Veronica in service handled the claim efficiently and kept things from stalling. Updates came at the right times, questions were answered without back and forth, and the overall coordination was solid. Made the process easier for everyone involved.

We had an issue with our 2019 RAM Laramie at the worst possible time. My wife and I were heading up to Crawford to get married over the weekend and my battery died. Being from out of town, I wanted to make sure it was serviced by a Dealership, just in case there were other issues. Grand Junction CDJR understanding the gravity of the situation and our plight got us in right away! They performed diagnostic testing and replaced the battery. My truck was back to me within 4 hours, and came in under the initial estimate of cost by $100! That is definitely under promising and over delivering! A big shout out to Tyler, our Service Advisor and Jackie, who took my initial call. With over 35 years in the retail auto industry myself, I greatly appreciated how they handled the situation and treated us. I highly recommend this Dealership!

I came in with my check engine light on. Austin and Tyler in the service department got right on it for me. They found the source of the problem and ordered the part for the fix. They made sure my car was safe until the repair is made. Service is prompt and efficient !

We bought a brand new 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee L from Grand Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge A few years ago. Ever since then we’ve had multiple warranty claims on the jeep. They’ve been Able to fix most of the issues with it. A few of the other times it’s taken a lot of extra trips back to the dealership and some Over the top explaining to get them to finally “find” the problem. But that unfortunately isn’t the worst part. Every time we take the Jeep in to get these warranty claims fixed they try pushing service for the jeep onto us. The most recent time we had to take the Jeep in for an oil leak. The jeep only had 30,000 miles.. While dropping the Jeep off in the morning, the service writer tried convincing us that Jeep recommends, and for warranty mandates that we have an extreme Service done to the entire drivetrain of the Jeep. That Includes brake fluid flush, front and rear differential flush, And a few other unnecessary services for a vehicle with such low miles. All of this totaling out to about $800. I Respectfully Declined the service, But was badger continuously that I needed to do it For warranty. After dropping the jeep off And Going home, I looked in the owners manual and saw exactly what jeep recommends for service at 30,000 miles. All of which did not included any of the services that the service writer pushed and pushed and pushed. This isn’t the first time that we’ve been pushed to try and do some services on the Jeep. Every time we drop the Jeep off for a warranty claim, they do something very similar to this. Which, unfortunately in my eyes is a scam. That is exactly why the only reason we take our Jeep back to this dealership is to get warranty claims done. Which is unfortunate because the salesman that sold us the jeep was amazing, And I really would’ve liked to have done more business with him for the most recent truck that we purchased. But due to the service departments actions, we no longer want to do business with Grand Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

We are on a three week trip from Oregon to Albuquerque. While in Moab the passenger window on our new 2025 Ram 2500 would not roll up. It was a Monday and we had to leave Moab on Tuesday. I called early with my emergency and they said bring it in and they would diagnose and repair if possible even though Mondays were usually busy. 120 miles later I arrived and they immediately worked on it. Turned out it needed a reprogram and I was back on my way back to Moab in two hours. It's fantastic to find a dealer who understood my dilemma and prioritized the repair. You want good work done? Go here.

I live six hours away from grand junction but they were still able to help me with finding the right vehicle for me. Their customer service was quick and efficient! All I had to do was drive down there and sign some documents and I drove home in my new vehicle in less than hour! Carlos is amazing at what he does, i definitely suggest this dealership if you’re interested in getting a new vehicle.

My Girlfriend bought a 2017 Ram 2500.. We had a great buying experience. Thank you to Curtis, Robert and the whole team for going above and beyond and meeting our needs. You guys are the best. I recommend GJ Chrysler to anyone looking for a vehicle. No bs, no tactics or games, excellent service and knowledge not to mention the financing was great also. I've never been treated so well and respectfully from any other dealership I've been to.

While returning home from vacation, a warning light came on in my 2021 Ram 2500 truck. I was 60 miles away from the Grand Junction Ram dealership and was able to make it to their service department. They immediately brought it inside, performed diagnostic testing and were able to replace a faulty part. I was back on the road that same afternoon. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided.

I’m not sure how to even begin to describe my experiences with this service center. It started last year when there was a factory recall on the clutch in my Jeep that I had bought at this dealer. They installed a clutch that was not functioning and the car would not get out of 2nd gear. They let us take the car away and when we could not get it into gear we drove it back. Unfortunately, it was a holiday weekend and everyone had left. We rented a car to get home to Moab. When we finally got ahold of them they pushed back on paying for the rental even though they let us drive away in an UNSAFE car. They told us “it’s not my fault you live in Moab”. Literally. They finally paid for the rental When I drove back to pick up the jeep after they called and told me it was fixed, it actually was not fixed and I spent another day in GJ while they worked on it. I made the mistake of bringing the jeep back to this service station as I had several items that were broken. I made the appointment a month out and told them specifically what was broken so they had time to order the appropriate parts. I dropped the jeep off and got a call about an hour after saying they would need to order the parts to fix the issues. That is why I CALLED A MONTH IN ADVANCE! Additional I tried to get a loaner car which was one of the reasons we bought the car here and were informed they have discontinued that program. When I picked up my car they had also removed my glass break tool and left it sitting on my seat. Why? No idea. I’d heard from folks in Moab this service location was not great. And so like everyone else in Moab, I will drive to SLC for my service needs. If you have to go here for service , Dayne is a really nice guy and is trying to do the right thing there. Ask for him.

I have used GJ Jeep for years now (since 2014 I believe). They took care of my JK, sold me my JL, exclusively service my JL, and now sometimes service my new to me TJ. I have never had a bad experience from this dealer and this includes lots of times before I ever made a Jeep video. First off, buying the JL was a great experience and I ordered it during COVID. I will admit, I should have listened to Curtis (my salesman at the time, he’s now a sales manager) when he told me to get the auto, but other than that, the JL has been rock solid. I sold Jeeps briefly for Pollard Jeep in Boulder and I learned sales gets a bad reputation thanks to things out of their control, but they really try to do the right thing here. Next, service. I went to a local shop for an out of warranty 2012 JK and was told I needed a new engine for 8k+. Luckily, I knew that didn’t seem right and went here for a second opinion. They found that I did NOT need a new engine and did a top end rebuild instead. Although I traded that JK in on a JL, the guy that bought the JK found me. My old JK is still going strong and getting used hard (maybe harder than I was on it). I have a 2021 JL with extended factory warranty. They do all the work on it. No issues with GJ Jeep’s warranty service. GJ Jeep has been great… only one issue with Stellantis over Rock Rail durability (not a GJ jeep issue). I have since bought a 2004 Jeep wrangler TJ. Since usually service is going to be cheaper outside of a dealer, I use a great local shop for it. However, I had my starter fail while at the dealer and so instead of towing it, GJ Jeep took care of it. They also took care of other issues I had been saving up to fix at a very reasonable rate. In fact, they fixed some things I didn’t even mention all for what they quoted me. I’m very happy with how my TJ is now and will be using it in some true remote overland trips in 2025. Parts, they’re great! Having a lot of Jeeps… I usually try to buy Factory/Mopar stuff. No complaints! I reserved a Scout Traveller because I’m fed up with Stellantis (altho I think they’re trying to right the ship now). My only issue with getting a Scout is not having GJ Jeep to deal with whatever issues I suspect it will have (Scout is trying to sell directly, but I believe Dealers are still needed). Luckily, I haven’t fully made up mind on the Scout. If Jeep keeps up the deals they’re offering right now, I may just get another Jeep instead of the Scout when the time comes. Pics of my Jeeps this dealer has taken care of are included. They have done a great job on all of them.

My car had a recall. I was told it would take all day. I arrived with two friends. One had a large dog named Bella. Everyone was polite even though I was almost an hour late. My questions were answered immediately. The shuttle was the best part! Our driver was entertaining and knowledgeable about the area. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. The waiting area was awesome. Individual seats with built in accessory outlets, tables that swivel and wide arm rests. A separate room with a TV and numerous toys. (Where the 4 of us slept comfortably in peace)The crayons need to be replaced. 👍🏾The normal beverages tea coffee hot chocolate.. Very comfortable and inviting. Overall a pleasant experience.

I purchased a 3-oil-change package, but when I came in for the third oil change on January 9, I was told it had expired in December and I had to pay. No expiration was disclosed when it was sold. I don’t drive my truck often, so my intervals are longer. After service, my remote start stopped working. I was told the engine was pressure washed and it may have damaged the hood sensor. I later noticed oil all over my driveway. I was quoted $480 to replace the hood latch. I won’t return. Ask for prices upfront — I paid $292 for two diesel fuel filters. If I could give zero stars I would!

I recently purchased my beautiful 2022 Dodge Challenger from GJCDJR, and had the best auto shopping experience i have ever had. Donaldson is a fantastic salesman who actually listened to my needs, and wants. I was able to test drive a wide range of vehicles, and felt comfortable doing so. This week I visited the service department for an oil change, and tire rotation. They are wonderful, from check in to pick up. Tyler, and Cody did a fantastic job. The ladies in the back office are kind, friendly, and helpful. Triston was extremely helpful when I needed to process a payment. 10/10 recommended, and will definitely be back.

Had my truck towed to dealership had good start with communication truck was at dealership 4 months was very lucky warranty did cover it when I picked up truck drove home 20 hrs to Texas I called dealership that day I called to inform them someone scratched my truck and dented it They try hiding it with a paint marker or paint stick when I called dealership got a response straight denial Got a call from the service director Austin Henderson he said he reviewed camera video and said it was not them, he has pictures from when I first dropped it off, but did not send them to me. I had left the review and when I told him I was gonna leave a Google review His response was , “go ahead the damage is already done!” pretty much like it didn’t matter when I asked him to send me the pictures I did not get a response all he said was 20 years working there no one‘s ever made a mistake which in life people make mistakes, but honest people take responsibilities for their actions, and obviously this dealership did not have the respect and courtesy of hearing me out and at least try to help me out, they did take photos when I first arrived but did not provide them to me if they had pictures of it when I first got there I would’ve dropped the whole situation but they don’t that’s why I’m making this review to help the next person who runs into having to deal with that dealership. Hopefully, this review helps double check everything before you leave the dealership because they will not take responsibility for their actions.

I just wanted to give a thumbs up and a five star review to these guys. I want them to know that small good deeds don't go unnoticed. I called them being in a pinch and just needing locking lug nuts removed. I was prepared to pay for it if they could do it. The guy that answered the phone was super courteous and said they could probably take care of it immediately. When I got there they had me pull my truck in, and the service guy found the right tool and whipped all four lug nuts off in just a couple minutes. I think his name was Tyler. If I got that right, he was 100% professional and courteous. I had called a few other places. But with my first encounter with this Dodge dealership, I just think these guys are worthy of checking out no matter what you may be looking for. I think you would get the same first class courtesy and service that I did.
