Went to 2 times and neither time did the worker spray the side wheels or wheel wells asked the attendant if I could I really done mind “their policy to only spray front and back I could go through again” unfortunately will have to cancel and find another wash that will spray wheel wells and wheels….

Been a member for years. No problem at any other location but this one. Numerous time cars have been on their brakes in the tunnel almost causing crashes in the tunnel. Iv laid on the horn, every time but tunnel attendants do nothing, bring it to the manager's attention and nothing is done. Try to talk to the people that do it they laugh on my face and tell me they're not going to get banned and they do it all the time. Ima just going to start posting people that do it.

I will never return to this location ever again, I’m pissed! I came in for a wash and followed the attendants instructions to align my car to the track, but my car wasn’t on the track properly. I was terrified in my own car because the spinners kept hitting my car on the left side and shaking it. During the drying process my car got caught somewhere on the left side, so I panicked and drove out. When I get out and start vacuuming; I see my car is scratched all the hell to the left side. I’m so upset I could cry! I never had a horrible experience at this location until now, I’ll be going to state line instead from now on. I can’t believe it!

The worst Go carwash around!! The soap, wax, clear coat and any other things that you are supposed to get usually are empty or very minimal. The tire shine gets one area on your tire and the rest is running outside on the ground. The car never gets dry and you usually have white spots all over your car

Love the place and the price but when it comes to cancel the membership it is a nightmare if you changed ur license plate or number, I had to cancel my card to get it to stop charging. If they made a simple app I would go back to being a member

I have a monthly membership and each time I come to this location, it has the blue cones up blocking the entrance to the wash. This happens during business hours that they advertise themselves as open..I think I will cancel my membership because it is an inconvenience to me as this happens more often than not.

This place kicks dirt's ass... I have a work vehicle that I run through this place once or twice a week... it's awesome... wash and vacuum takes a little more than 10 minutes... whoosh, and you're on your way in a clean car. The people that staff this place are friendly, courteous, and professional. You get a little scented disk that hangs in your car to help it smell better... really good experience.

I have a membership here. While the staff here are great, I am always disappointed in their vacuums. I always end up pulling into a space where the vacuums aren't working. The other day I pulled in and out of 3 spots and ended up leaving without vacuuming my car as the rest of the spots were taken. Please mark the spots that aren't working so we know they aren't usable and also, when can we expect them to be fixed? I've been going to another location now until they are fixed because otherwise it isn't worth the money monthly to go to the closest one.

I been out of town about a year or better traveling for work! I just returned Wednesday and thought I’d come back as a monthly member. I signed up for a package wash and ran my car through the tunnel and my mirrors, spots on both sides and half the back had obvious dirt still on car that never was touched. The tire shine brushes barely applied any dressing and the tunnel pushes your vehicle through too fast not allowing brushes to do their thing! Not a good impression on very first day after being gone a year! Can management look into these issues? Thanks!

When I tell you, I’ve been coming to this location even before it became go car wash I’ve been a member here me and my whole family but today at 5:44 PM. I came into the line the first line closest to the police station and there was a guy explaining everything to a car in front of me and I understand if there are new to the services, but I have kids in the car Family in the car and this client in front of me kept asking him different stuff about how to get a membership and I understand. I’m in customer service too but when you got 15 or 20 cars trying to come in here and get their car washed it’s kind of hard to sit there and explain to someone else they keep asking you questions over and over again so The manager is gonna tell me if I’m not happy with the service here. I need to back up and get out the line and go somewhere else. I told him to be a customer service manager that’s the rudest thing you could tell somebody I’ve been coming to this car wash since 1996 and I have never had no one to be so disrespectful and talk to me in the manner that he did. This is the location off of blue Ridge.

I pay a membership fee every month!! I should be able to utilize my perks…this is the 3rd time I came and I didn’t get the car wipes wich is supposed to come with my membership because they are out!! On top of that they don’t even offer any other options!! At least tide car wash offers bottles of windex and towels!! Not to mention we have to play ring around the Rosie to find a vacuum that works only half of them has pressure!! I would definitely like to cancel my membership if someone would tell me what I need to do.

The people working in the tunnel are very good. The ones working at the entrance gate are kind and welcoming. However, more often than not, the car wash has cones set up blocking entrance/closing in the middle of the day. Today I decided to find out why: there were 3 people working and all 3 said there wasn’t enough people there to run it. When I asked why, I was told by the manager that he was leaving and not supposed to be there in the first place… that the manager supposed to work didn’t show up! Again, this happens more often than not! Need better management!!!

Great place to get your car wash at. The only issue I have ran into is that this locations tire-cleaner brush system seems to be down a lot. Other than that, pretty reliable place to get your car washed. I just wish they would stop raising the prices on premier memberships.
