The car wash wrapped around part of my car and ripped the fender liner and bumper partially off. The young kid taking the claim wanted to flirt and talk about Jesus. The manager scoffed and basically said good luck. He gave me an email to store manager that bounced back when I tried to follow up about the claim. Not a trustworthy business.

They don't wash your car. Every time I come out the back it is completely dirty. Attaching a few pictures below. Also, when you click on cancel membership on their site, it says that its broken and you can't do it. Its been like that for two months now.

DO NOT EVER use this car wash. I’ve been a member here for several years from Wash-N-Roll to GO. I’ve used it hundreds of times. But the last time I went through the tunnel it scuffed the paint off my front left fender. The manager, Michael Young, would absolutely NOT accept any responsibility for it even though their own cameras show that there was not a scrape on the paint before it went in. I KNOW the machines in the tunnel did this damage because the whole reason I went into the car wash was to get the left side cleaned better. I had just examined the car before leaving to go down there. It was an intentional trip to the car wash! I know what the condition of my paint was in before. And the damage was immediately apparent!! I even FELT the machine hit the car with a much harder force than normal. The whole car rocked which is not usual. As a regular customer I know how it feels to go through this particular car wash tunnel. It’s the ONLY one I have used. All I want is for the company to fix what they broke. Their machine damaged the small area of paint on the fender and he won’t admit to it or even offer to get it fixed.

Once I went in for a one-time car wash and they put it on a subscription even though I EXPLICITLY said I didn't want a membership ... fast forward six months, my wife went there for a one-time wash and was setup on a subscription she didn't ask for. Their team has been trained for this fraud.

I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever taken the time to write- but dang, this SUCKED. Car vacuums were the most pitiful suction, didn’t get any dirt or leaves or anything off the floor of my car. The spots themselves were also covered in oil- which I understand is unavoidable to a certain extent, but my shoes are now gross. On top of all of this, there was SUPER LOUD, screeching heavy metal playing everywhere. I’m not some 50 year old Karen, I’m a 21 year old who appreciates loud music in its place. This was NOT. At the end of a long work day, it legitimately pushed me over the edge. Between that and the crappy vacuums, I stayed to clean the inside of my car for all of 5 minutes. Total waste of my time, money and energy. Don’t waste your time coming here if the inside of your car is dirty.

Car wash left scratches on my hood. Think it was the guy who did my intake to the actual car wash who used a brush to soften the dead bugs. Missed the bugs on front (I hand detailed my car after and the car wash itself didn't get them off), but scratched my hood. No scratches on roof, nor did it seem like anyone else had this problem.

I would recommend NOT using GO Car Wash. It did NOT remove all the bug residue from the front end and side mirrors, even after two washes. However, the wash brushes DID remove small pieces of plastic from the passenger fender as very minor nicks/scratches on the hood and fenders. Interior amenities were tied to a cart with cables. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. While my vehicle isn't perfect, it is a very nice ride. Albeit a little less nice now. I will NEVER use this car wash again. Waste of money!

Spent $18 on a car wash that did a good job getting 80% of my car clean, but didn’t touch the back of my SUV one bit. I had to scrub the back door of my Jeep myself, with the singular rag I was able to find after visiting 3 separate towel stations. That single rag had to be used for my whole car since there were none others available - meaning I had to use it to clean the back of my car (which was still dirty), my tires, the inside of my car, and the windows. The location seemed busy, but the boys at the tire station were playing on their phones. Would have been nice to have a clean towel to use. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Okay, I’ve been a member here for a while and it has gotten so lazy and bad, I’m cancelling my Membership and moving to Soapy Falls. Entering the wash is fine, it’s when you get on the other side that it’s terrible. The observed employees are lazy and there’s no accountability in procedure or excellence. Their goal (it seems) is to dry where you can see with your eyes while in your vehicle so they can go and sit down or do nothing. They only wipe top half of vehicle, don’t pay any attentions to corners of windows, get half the hood, never even look at wheels, bumpers or grill and then wait for a tip on the way out. The. You go to vacuum station and the first 5 vacuums are broken hoses and have no suction. The “drying” towels are still wet from previous use out of “clean” bins. I can go on and on, but I won’t be coming back. This used to be a great place to wash my truck until it turned into GO Carwash.

The two young men that were working first thing this morning at the Lakeline location did a great job. They were both polite. The young man that directed me into the car wash had a welcoming smile. It’s a very cold morning today and I appreciated their hard work and good attitude in the cold.

Very well maintained wash, with the new Sonny’s Conveyor they installed. Although today when we went through I noticed the mitter was way too fast and it cracked our windshield. Also Stargates on the Mammoth dryers at the end are stuck open. They don’t close or open when a car comes past them.

Go stands for go and get scammed. They don’t tell you that none of the vacuums are working and that they’re waiting on parts and they tell you the vacuums are free as their excuse because you just paid for a crappy car wash that didn’t even work and then none of their vacuums work all of these people here with me right now are so upset Stop scamming people and taking their money. You should offer a refund or at least tell people when they’re paying that we don’t have working vacuums unacceptable business practice!!!! And yes, I asked the guy in the black shirt and he had the nerve to say oh the vacuums are free. You still should disclose that your vacuums are broke. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed in my experience today. 1. Giant truck in front of me was too big for the car wash, workers let him through anyway (unbeknownst to me). 2. Midway through the wash his truck reverses into mine- his aggressive trailer hitch punches through my license plate. 3. Workers stop the carwash- I am stuck inside with giant truck guy who is insensitive about the whole thing. And despite his aggressive financial investment in his truck- has not invested much into training himself to be a gentleman. 4. No one apologizes. 5. Car wash manager says it’s not his problem- I have to get Giant truck guy’s insurance information from him- which he of course refuses to give. His argument is valid- why did they let a truck through knowing he wouldn’t fit- his car was pushed into mine by the tire shine- kind of doesn’t sound like our faults. 6. Car wash manager offers no apology or attempt to compensate me. Even worse I didn’t get my car wash which I now, spending 30 minutes dealing with these ridiculous guys, no longer have time for. 7. At the end of the day I am filled with gratitude that I don’t have to live my life treating people as poorly as these two treated me- just a woman trying to wash her car.

Closest car wash from my daughter’s house and when visiting we always go to get the road dust and bugs off the car! Very friendly personnel, free vacuums and rags to wipe down the interior. The wash does a great job on my car. Great place!
