Honest review is it is a mediocre car wash the self-serve wash bays the hoses are short so if you have anything bigger than a car makes it difficult and when I brought my car in for the touch-free automatic Car Wash they have I chose the $12 wash and it went through one cycle which is the soap and turned off and never turned back on so had to go over to the self-serve and wash it off and on top of all that they charged my card triple for the one mediocre $12 wash. I have been trying to reach them for a few days now and no answer and haven't seen any employees on the property so before you choose this car wash save the headache and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.

Last year I drove my new car into one of the bays and didn't notice that there was a gap in the grate over the drain trough. When my front tire hit the grate a section slid to the left and my front tire bottomed out in the trough, banging the bottom of the car against the concrete. I didn't see any damage, but would check it after pulling out. THEN, to make matters worse, the machine wouldn't stop charging my card. I paid $10 just to rinse off my car. What a way to start the day....

I've used both the self clean bays as well as the automatic wash. Don't waste your money on either. The automatic wash didn't even appear to wash my car, there was still a film of dirt and horrible water spots. In the self clean bays, the drains underneath weren't draining, forcing you to stand in a giant puddle. The foaming brush hose was broken and the machine above was leaking foam. The air blower wasn't putting out any air worth using. Whomever owns this car wash needs some serious maintenance and upgrades. Please do better.

This place used to be my go to in high school. I will not be back after today. The pressure these “high pressure” settings puts out couldn’t push a Rollie pillow down a hill. The brush looks like a tooth brush that hasn’t been replaced in 10 years and does not get the job done. If you’re looking to hand wash your vehicle bring your own supplies and only pay to fill up your bucket with water and to rinse your vehicle off. What a waste of money.

I paid for the $15 laser wash and it didnt clean the car at all. Litterally the rain trails from a few days before are still on the car. Worst car wash I've ever paid for.

Terrible. Air dryer don't work. It's cheaper and better off of crystal falls car wash down the street. Definitely won't be back

Great spot, little expensive if you're using a card, but overall washed the truck very well. Everything seemed to work, the brush didn't scratch the car, so I'll be returning again when I wish to wash my own car.

Absolute worst car wash I’ve ever used. I used the drive through wash. Spent $15. Don’t think it applies any soap. Came out of the wash, truck was just as dirty as it was when I entered. What a ripoff. I’m from out of town but I’ll know where not to go when I am back in Cedar Park. I think a refund is necessary but I can’t expect it. Interesting how none of the negative reviews have any replies from owner but yet they place a sign on the exit of the car wash asking for 5 star reviews. Makes me think the few five star reviews are strategically posted to boost overall ratings. I just wish I had read reviews prior to even using this car wash. May be worth handing over as a DTPA complaint. This owner is essentially charging you to spray high pressure water over your car and send you on your way. Total scam/ripoff. If this owner cares they would read these and refund those that have repetitiously mentioned how it doesn’t clean your car and in some instances makes it look worse than before you entered the car wash.

Had to lower my rating. The last two times I've been here I used the app for the touch free car wash. I paid for the $15 wash both times and the same issue arose both times. When driving into the wash bay, the side and undercarriage sprayers don't work. Essentially I'm getting ripped off and I don't like it. This place is obviously poorly managed since it's been that way for several weeks. I intend on found to the a different carwash in the future. Been coming here for 10 years. A shame.

Usually the automatic car wash cleans my car well. NOT TODAY 1/14/22. It’s not even a little bit clean?! For $15, I’d like a refund =(

It’s been many moons since I’ve been to this place and I’m sorry I went back. Their “spot free” rinse is the polar opposite. It should be renamed to “spot applicator.” I used my debit card to pay for the wash. When I stopped the wash, it showed a total of $4.75. Then it suddenly jumped to $8. What a racket! I could have gone through a reputable automatic carwash and saved myself the hassle. The owner should be sprayed down with the “spot free” rinse.

DO NOT COME HERE - soap broken and water broken. Soap doesn’t work, water doesn’t work, 12$ for nothing at the laser wash. Tried the hand wash. Same thing 10$ for nothing. Until it’s fixed with recent reviews do not come here.

FYI, the wash Bay next to the automatic car wash bay doesn't work. The spot free rinse doesn't work at all. This place is twice as much as Connie's car wash on Crystal Falls.. I'll continue to go to Connie's car wash.

Extremely rude foreign owner. Don't recommend this place at all. All the machines are broken and I was charged $3 more than what I actually used as well as lost $5 trying to use the 3 different vacuum machines with no broken sign on them and the separate shampoo machine that didn't after feeding it money. Total rip off.

The touchless car wash here is unreliable—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I came today, and while it was 'working,' it didn’t clean my car at all. I’d recommend avoiding this place.

This car wash was great for the first few years then it went downhill. Then it was fixed up...then downhill. That cycle keeps repeating. They seem to neglect things until they get terrible and only then make repairs. The last two times I tried to use this car wash I got nothing for my money. Well technically the last time I had the $1.50 privilege of getting soaked with soap by a broken hose that wouldn't build pressure to actually spray the car. By looking at other reviews it seems that it's been that way for at least 5 MONTHS!

The laser wash has the absolute minimum amount of soap, zero additives to improve water dispersal and the blowers barely push any water off of the vehicle. I'd get the same results running a hose over my vehicle. Sad, because this is one of the last touchless washes in the area! Don't forget a towel!

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to go to here a lot when I lived in Leander. Now I stop by occasionally. Won’t be going back. Card reader took ~10 swipes before it recognized a card was in it (yes I had it the right direction). The undercarriage wash started then shut off immediately before I could go through it. My car came out dirty and streaky. Guess I’ll be going to H‑E‑B to finish the job. Maybe fix the issues your customers are mentioning instead of offering to pay people for 5 star reviews and bringing in a food truck.

This is an updated review. I originally posted about their torn and tattered flags, but they have since replaced them with new ones, as well as five more in the car wash area. As you can see, their prices are lower than their local competitors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I use the automatic touch-free wash here all the time and absolutely love it. The app makes it so easy—I just pull in, press a button, and go. I’ve never had any issues, and it always does a great job rinsing completely clean (a lot of other washes leave soap or spots). I drive a C8 Corvette, so I’m super careful about where I go, and this is one of the few automatic car washes I actually trust. The owner was really nice, and I love that you earn free wash credits after a certain number of visits. Most places don’t even have a proper touch-free option, so this one is a gem. Highly recommend if you care about your car and want a quick, hassle-free wash that actually works! 🚗✨
