I just had my 2024 Ford F-150 Black Widow Edition ceramic coated at Gloss-It and I am so happy with the way it turned out. Rich, Amanda, and team took Excellent care of my truck. The paint on my truck is so shiny and feels smooth as butter. Josh did such am amazing job on my ceramic coating and I cant thank him enough. I will be going back soon to have PPF done on the front. I also purchased several of the products Rich makes and I am very happy with the results. Far better than anything you would buy at the auto parts store. The Ceramic Detail spray is Amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the ceramic coating on my 2026 BMW M3. The entire experience, from booking to completion, was top-tier and professional. The finish is flawless: deep gloss, mirror-like reflections, and the paint feels incredibly smooth. Water beads right off, and keeping the car clean is effortless now. The team at Gloss It did a great job getting my truck looking like new again. All the small scratches I had along the sides left behind from dogs and fallen trees are gone and the headlights look like new again. I had them use a black satin PPF on the hood and roof to hide the clear coat damage (truck is 10 years old and been through so many different climates as well as on a boat across the ocean twice) then finish it with their ceramic coating. The two tone looks cool - thanks for the recommendation Rich. Amanda kept me informed with pictures as the guys went through the process (which took a few days, not long). It looks amazing and so glad I decided to have it done as it will extend my truck's looks/life a lot longer! It's worth the investment - I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a preowned, 3 year old, vehicle in black and found that color of paint shows any and all fingerprints, scratches, rock chips, etc. With that, I wasn't sure whether I wanted to only get ceramic coating, full-nose PPF, or full body PPF. Amanda helped lay out each option with the respective pricing for me. I eventually decided on selecting a package with paint correction, front PPF, and ceramic coating on the whole car and I am super happy. Throughout each step of the process, I was sent images and updates, which was helpful for me to better understand when I might get my car back! The team finished the work in a few days and were professional the whole time - taking the time to answer my questions and last minute additions after I already left the shop. I wish the car had all these additions when new b/c there are some small rock chips I've seen (not the fault of Gloss-It) from the previous owner. With all that said, the work Gloss-It put in came out beautifully! I'm really glad I went with that package that Gloss-It helped me craft!

I bought a new 2026 Toyota Camry three weeks ago and wanted to get a ceramic coating put on it. I started searching Google and reading the reviews on the places that popped up. When Gloss-It Auto Detailing Studio popped up, I red some reviews and went to their website to checkout some videos and decided I was going to give them a call to get an estimate. When I went for my estimate, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Everything was explained to me in detail and they make sure you will get the best package for your car. Super friendly and welcoming crew. Took the time to explain the process and did not pressure me during the sales process. Very realistic in setting expectations and not over promising. After the consultation, I decided to go with 2 step paint correction and 6 year ceramic coating. They were super detailed and kept me informed through the process by sending me pictures and quick messages. Punctual with promised time frame and was able to accommodate my busy schedule by allowing me to pick up the GT-R an hour before they opened. To wrap it all up, they provided detailed after care and maintenance instructions to preserve the gloss for years to come. Been following Rich and Gloss It on IG, FB, and YouTube since 2022. I was impressed by their work and Rich’s 30 year history in the business. I really wanted to get my truck worked on but was hesitant due to the cost. So I just bought their products such as ceramic detail spray, gloss envy, gloss enhancer, EVO Pro Body Guard and did it all myself. Fast forward 3 years and I decided to pull the trigger. I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else and decided to have faith in Rich at Gloss It based on what I’ve seen the on social media and personal results from their products. Met with Amanda for a personalized quote which detailed all the products that would be used for the services I was interested in. We went over the different options and as we were doing so, Rich popped in to introduce himself and made a few suggestions. He then made an offer I couldn’t refuse. Pulled the trigger and got the work done. I couldn’t be any happier with the results. My truck came out better than when I first bought it brand new. Solid experience. After doing some research on ceramic coatings I ended up at Gloss It after seeing reviews. Communication with Amanda was timely and accurate prior to my appointment. I got recommended to the shop from my friend (who is super OCD) and had them wrap my car along with ceramic coating to protect the paint. I recently had a full paint correction done on my BMW at GlossIt, and I’d like to share my experience. On the positive side, the initial work they did was impressive. They were professional in terms of the actual paint correction, they negotiated a fair price with me, and the job itself cost $1,500, which I initially felt was reasonable for the quality I saw at first glance. However, my big disappointment came with the after-service. Just two days after the job was done, I noticed cracks in the clear coat on the front bumper. When I reached out to the shop, they basically told me that since it wasn’t something they noticed inside their shop, it wasn’t their responsibility. They emphasized that they were professional in measuring the paint thickness before buffing, which made me confident they wouldn’t overdo it—yet here we are with a crack that appeared almost immediately. They could’ve at least offer me to come by to take a look at it, maybe refer me to a body shop or guide me on how to fix it, something at least as the bare minimum. But it was pretty straight forward, not our fault we made our money, please rate us 5 stars for free wash & bye bye. In terms of a star rating, I’d say the actual workmanship was probably a 4 out of 5 at first glance, but the aftercare and customer service brought the experience down to maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 5. So overall, the after-service really needs improvement and it’s important for future customers to know that.

Gloss it really knows there stuff. The work they did on my car is top notch. They did a full color correction that looks top notch. Then they did ppf film on the the front to protect it and then a ceramic coating. This is the second car I’ve had them do for me and anyone considering using gloss it will be very happy. What they do is complicated and requires real expertise. This is not making a burger. You want it done right if you’re spending the cash and have a vehicle you care about it’s completely worth it. The best I can say is when I get a new car in a couple years they will do that one too

We spent a lot of time looking into where was best to have our 1957 Porsche Speedster taken for paint correction and PPF, as it requires delicate handling. After our experience, I can honestly say that Gloss It does the best work by far! Right from the beginning before even seeing the car, they took the time to investigate and review the paint to make sure there would be no issues, and continued that same level of care through the whole process. Paint Correction: The paint had some light haziness and fine pitting that I thought was a result of the paint quality. The team did a full paint correction, and the depth of the shine is incredible. The paint looks liquid-smooth. They somehow worked their magic and the car came back absolute perfection! PPF Installation: They applied their high-quality, self-healing PPF to the front end. What impressed me most was that they removed the headlights, trim, and badges, wrapping the film behind edges for a truly invisible finish. No visible lines, just deep gloss black paint and protection. Overall we were blown away with the level of customer service right from our initial inquiry, to the shop visit, meeting the team, through scheduling and even after pickup. Rich went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, do a thorough evaluation of the car, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the process. During the process, we received regular updates and pictures as the disassembly happened, the paint corrected, then ppf install, and final product. It was nice to see the process as they went along, and know that it was being handled with care. They were even nice enough to install a few interior emblems after cleaning up the paint issues on the dashboard which we really appreciated! A special thank you to Amanda and Josh, who continued to tweak a few issues we noticed after pickup, and continued to address all of our concerns until we were 100% satisfied. That is a rare thing nowadays to have a company fully stand behind their work, and we could not be happier with our experience with Gloss It. We have been so happy that we have already referred others to check out Gloss it, and plan to have them handle our next car once it arrives! Gloss It is not just another PPF shop, they do amazing work and they understand the care a vintage type of car requires. Great job guys, thank you again!
