My car was a dirty mess. My granddaughters had trashed the back seat of my 2014 Altima and I didn't have the strength or the will to clean it. While looking for detailers near me, I happened to come across Glitter and Shine. I called and got appointment for the following day. They were located 4 minutes from my house. My dropoff time was 930 and I recieved a call at 145 that my car was ready. I was so excited to see the interior of my car looking showroom new! All the french fries and soda stains were completely gone. My floor mats gleamed with pride to go back in such a spotlessly clean vehicle. Glitter and Shine is now my go to for my car. Do your car a favor and go too!

I got double charged for an interior detail that was completed over a month ago. I still have yet to see a refund for this charge and whenever I try to call on the phone I get no answer. I would take you vehicles elsewhere unless you want your money stolen from you.

Some of the employees need more training. They will mess your car up. Never again! Not worth it. Keep your sanity. Take a old car that you don't care about but don't take anything nice. This place should be shut down. The employees should also do more work and less talk. Then they might be able to do there job properly. There should always be a manager onsite overseeing jobs. People pay a lot of money for their cars and deserve better. You will get sued one day for sure. Also, wash the car from top to bottom. Not from the bottom up. Sheesh

I called in for a ball park quote, and the operator spoke the 5 year kid. I understand a final price can’t be given without seeing the condition of the vehicle, but at least offering a starting point would’ve been help. Horrible customer service.

Ive been to glitter and shine a few times over the years. I haven't had a major issue with anyone that works there. Most of the people who work there are kids who are young and want to make a honest living. The cars come out clean shined and dried. The person cleaning the cars will always ask if you are pleased with the results and if you aren't will jump right on it. The prices are fair and the time it takes is reasonable for a hand wash. Is there room for improvement? Of course there is but name a business that doesn't?

I paid $40 and one side of my whip (the side I wasn’t standing on) windows were streaky smh this location was definitely better back In the day thanks for the wash but y’all can’t be charging a arm n leg and have me leaving with my Windows tore up I guess y’all don’t do wax no more because that wasn’t offered either

Do not take your car to this shop. You have been warned, just like I was warned by the mechanics and people who work around. I didn’t listen. I paid $130 for Altima-detailing. I was given worse car detailing job you could ever imagine. My car soaked/flooded with water neither the dirt/mud on the carpet floor removed. I spoke with walter, the manager and happened to be working on my car. He did not do anything instead he told me “oh it’s a busy day”. Absolutely nothing was done on my car other than spraying it with water. Going to this place is at your own risk.

I took my car in for a full detail on New Years Eve. The gentleman there, DJ, was extremely professional and courteous. They did an incredible job cleaning my car. I was absolutely shocked when I picked it up. They must have removed years of ground in dirt! Even buffed out some body damage. They gave my vehicle a complete makeover to where it looks like brand new! It was wonderful starting off the New Year in what felt like a brand new ride! Will definitely be back!

So we selected this place based on its reviews and took our minivan in for a FULL detail. The price was not much different from most places and the location was near our home so that was important to us. I would recommend this place mostly because the management here will do what's necessary to leave you a satisfied customer. When we got home with our car we noticed some places where the car could have been cleaned better. After calling them to discuss we were told to bring the car back in to have it redone the next day--no questions asked. We did take it back and the car was perfectly detailed the next day. We believe in 2nd chances and this place made sure we left happy. If something is not up to your liking, speak up, I'm sure they'll try their best to make it up to you.

They did a good job and my car looked better than ever before and their prices are very affordable. The staff was also very professional and even though I had to wait while they completed the job the waiting area was very accommodating and comfortable and the owner was also very nice. This review is pretty unfortunate. I came to this car wash based on the positive reviews I saw online, and planned on bringing a second car for a clean up if I liked the service on the first car. The technicians outside were all polite, courteous, and very professional. I cannot say the same for the manager. After one of the technicians opened the door for me to the waiting room, I said “thank you” and walked in. The manager was sitting inside and said hello, so I said hello back. Then he decided to follow up with “isn’t that what you usually do when you enter a room, you know, say hello?” I paused for a moment, genuinely thrown off at the point in the comment at all. So he double down and repeated himself, as if I, the customer, was expected to entertain him in some capacity. So I realized that exchange meant neither he nor the establishment wanted my business and walked out. I just found it odd because I would expect the agent of the business to greet the customer first, not the other way around, and then become indignant about the response, which was a simple “hello.” I know if I were a man walking into the waiting room with the same demeanor, that exchange and the follow-up would not have occurred. And then to follow that customer outside and get defensive while over explaining his lack of professionalism…. It all was awkward, forced, and reflected a need for improved customer service training. It’s even more unfortunate for the technicians who missed out on two possible tips for their services due to their manger’s lack of basic hospitality. I will not be returning to this business.

They definitely deserve customer loyalty. They gave me a good deal and it was well worth the wait. My car was a hot mess! Very nasty (yes I am ashamed I let it get to that point) and they left it spot less. There wasn’t a spot that wasn’t touched. If you are planning to get a full interior cleaning, I do suggest to do it on a day when you have nothing to do. They put the DETAIL in detailed hand wash cleaning. If they do miss a spot they will make sure you are taken care of and a very satisfied customer.... just gotta let them know. I recommend asking for Keith.

Recently had my driver's side passenger window busted in.. after getting it repaired it was recommended to get my car detailed. I hadn't put much thought into it at first but once I got cut on my finger from glass I was like that it. So I hoped on google an the first shop to appear on my phone listing was here . Called for detailed pricing and was told if need now I can come so I went. In 15 20 min arrived for service.. no wait .. very pleased with services provided . My work was done by Keith . CAR looked spanking new in inside. Very spotless. I would definitely return. Hospitality was there also for me & my daughter. Not only did I make a same day appointment but the price for my buck was worth it. Recommend.
