This has got to be one of the greatest concepts EVER! Take a bag or two or three full of dirty clothes somewhere, leave it there and then on my way back home from work, pick up sparkling, fresh smelling, perfectly folded pieces of clothing I can just lay into my drawers. This place is GREAT! Everyone is friendly and helpful, always listening to anything that you may want to tell them. The first time I went in I didn't know anything about the different types of fabric softeners and all that other stuff, they helped me realize what I did and didn't need. For the price, the place is practically a steal! $1 per pound if you drop it off to them, and usually if I drop my stuff off before 10am, I can pick it up on my way home from work. Because of American Mega Laundromat I went from doing my laundry once every few weeks to being able to have everything done once a week. Actually made me realize that I have way too many clothes and should probably get rid of some of them. This place is a definite recommendation in my book. They also apparently do a Pick up Service too. I considered it, but its actually on the way for me. But if you are out of the area, I'm sure this should be the place you call! MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I had to go with them after the wash dry fold laundromat I was using before.....folded (pun intended). I'm now glad they did. Their attention to detail is above par and they are always timely with our loads. Before I had to pay extra for a 24hour turnaround,and they would still occasionally lose my clothes. Now I get my clothes back sometimes in less than 24 hours nicely folded and organized per my requests without worrying about lost items.

My washer has been broken for about a month now (complex is being slow to repair) and my husband and I needed work clothes! We put it off at first thinking that it’d get fixed but at some point you run out of everything! I’d used a wash & fold service before, years ago, in New York, so I know the procedure. I called and asked about pickup and delivery though because my car decided to start having issues right before Covid, then I didn’t need to drive it so I’m not in any rush to fix it. THEY OFFER PICKUP AND DELIVERY (AT NO EXTRA COST)!! It was a Friday evening when I called and was told it would be picked up the next morning (Saturday). He went over their minimum pricing (I forget exactly but it was a minimum of 45 lbs, which came to about $107?) and for comforters or blankets it would be by the item, not the pound (I didn’t get that pricing as I was only having clothes done this time). At first I thought I wasn’t going to come close to 45 lbs, but I was actually just barely under that, so it wasn’t unreasonable at all. He said they weigh it when it’s done as it’s usually lighter (because less dirt)? I downloaded their app and in the profile setup you can choose detergent type, water temperature, dryer heat setting, fabric softener and/or dryer sheets. The next morning at around 9am Tony came to pick up all of our stuff. He was so friendly and professional on the phone and in person! He told me he’d be off the next day (Sunday) but that I’d get a call from another delivery person to deliver it back next day! Sunday afternoon around 3pm Tony calls and asks if I’d heard from anyone. I told him that I’d called and they said they were behind on an order but they’d still be able to deliver back to me. HE CALLED TO CHECK ON MY LAUNDRY SERVICE ON HIS DAY OFF. He said he’d call them to make sure and get back to me. About 20 minutes later Tony called back and said he was going to come by and deliver our laundry because they were so backed up he didn’t think they’d be able to get to my delivery. He was at my house with all my laundry about an hour from his first call! ALL OF THIS ON HIS DAY OFF! We had work clothes for Monday morning (next day service!) and couldn’t be happier with the quality work (the clothes were folded and packed beautifully and they’d followed my detergent instructions because my husband had no allergic reaction at all!) and the amazing customer service. I did not expect Tony to work on his day off to accommodate me, but he did anyway. Tony is definitely the head of customer retention! I’ll be back at least with my comforters and blankets (more often and with clothes as well if my washer stays broken). Thank you so much Tony for saving us from having to go work in dirty clothes or sit in a laundromat for hours in the little time we get off. Thank you to the staff members that did our laundry exactly to my preferences and folded so nicely I didn’t want to take it out of the bags!

I experienced exceptional service with laundry pick up, wash and fold, and drop off professional services by American Mega laundromat. I also got a bag or two for a free gift. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional. I explained to him that this was my first time using their company and he explained in detail to me what the process was. Even when I called back to ask more questions he was polite, patient, and professional. I would suggest anyone use their service. Especially if you have a huge amount of clothes like I did. They were great professionals.

Love this place!! I use the Wash and Fold service. I have frequented this facility for the last couple of years. I drive 20 minutes away from my home to use their service. All of the staff are very polite, professional and exude excellent customer service. I've never had an issue with my belongings. We contacted American Mega Laundromat for a rush job of 600 towels, to be washed for a music festival. The owner, Seyid, went out if his way to ensure that his wonderful team would have the towels washed and folded in time for our opening the next day. In fact, they were done same day! He was incredibly responsive and professional, with very reasonable pricing. We were thrilled with the results, and their ability to get this sizable job done so quickly. Recently utilized their services, and I must say, I was truly impressed in both the quality and rapidity in which my laundry was picked up, cleaned, and returned. Immaculately folded, all prior instructions adhered to, and even managed to get some stains I thought permanent in some of my white collar shirts. Price was somewhat high, however, given the amount of clothes I gave them to wash (5 full bags worth) I was already expecting a hefty price tag. All in all, Megalaundromat is run by professional and kind people who do a job well-done. Thanks again guys - you’re the best!

They’re incredible. I just started the wash and fold delivery service and I’m mind blown. I called in a request at 6pm, they picked up my laundry at 8. The gentlemen who I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. Not even 8pm the next day my laundry shows up at my door perfectly folded and super clean! I was so impressed!! PLEASE READ for detailed exceptional experience: I used to be an avid customer of Rinse but started to feel uncertain of the quality of the actual cleaning when I got our clothing back because they did not have their own facility and I was never sure who their third party partners were that they used to do the actual cleaning. I started to wonder if they just washed the items at their own home. After our washer broke I knew I needed to find a more professional and dedicated service as I had a HUGE load of all of our belongings. I wanted to make certain our household belongings and clothing were well taken care of and cleaned at a professional facility so I did some research and found American Mega Laundromat . I was so impressed with my entire experience and truly blown away by their kindness and quality of service . Right when I called I spoke directly with the manager that explained everything about the process. He was so kind and helped me through out the entire process as I had a HUGE load of laundry to do from our washer not working for a month . It was extremely refreshing to actually talk with someone through the whole process and I felt genuinely well taken care of. The service, quality and professionalism was exceptional through every step and from the entire team. The fact that they had a dedicated team of professionals handling basically our entire wardrobe and large household items AND their own facility with dedicated washers and dryers that observe CDC guidelines made me feel like a huge weight was lifted because I knew everything was in good hands. They had one of their best drivers, Mr. Tony, pick up and hand deliver our laundry which was all sorted out, nicely folded and so fresh and clean. Our towels felt like fresh hotel towels and our wardrobe was cleaned even better than we would if we did laundry on our own because of their professional quality washers and dryers and expert team. PLUS they were able to deliver EVERYTHING the very next day! I was SO AMAZED- I'm talking several large bags of laundry and more plastic bags full of bedding, towels, bath mats, etc. I HIGHLY recommend American Mega Laundromat. Their customer service was exceptional and I felt so much more comfortable with them versus the apps I was using prior that did not have their own dedicated washer and dryer facility. Don't hesitate to call them-they are the the definition of a quality pick up and delivery laundry service that you can trust and count on!

She checked the machine, explained what was wrong and asked me to switch to another machine; she then immediately reimbursed me what I had paid.
