I prefer driving past a few places in my area to get my car wash here! The workers do a beautiful job with my car! I never have to go back and say you forgot to wipe here! Even my tires last until the next wash! The workers are terrific! Happy to make the drive!

Decent car wash, however, if you go and they are particularly busy, do NOT get one of the more expensive washes. It is not worth your money as they don't spend as much time on the service you've paid for. They try to rush cars through to keep up with demand (understandable) but the quality of the wash/interior cleaning in particular diminishes significantly. Additionally, I've lost track of the times I've gone to get a car wash and they are either A) closed without notice or B) still on lunch break (1:00 - 1:30pm) well past the 1:30 mark. It's very frustrating.

Terrible, half-assed, and lazy work. I paid for the Super Works and it doesn't look like they bothered vacuuming the floors of my car or the seats. I still had the same crumbs there that I went in with. Plus, there was still dust and grime left on my console. And if that weren't enough, they damaged my driver side door and refused to do anything about it. My door handle was broken and the button/sensor had fallen out. I spoke with the manager and the people who worked on my car and they all lied and said that it was already broken when they got it when in fact it was NOT!

By looking at the reviews you would think that this is a horrible car wash. It’s by far one of the best car wash I’ve been to. I really would like to know what do y'all expect paying less than $40? This is a car wash not a detailing company! Maybe if y'all keep up with y'all vehicle y'all wouldn’t have to worry about them not cleaning it good! By some of the pictures I’ve seen, y'all need to get y’all vehicles detailed not a quick inexpensive car wash!

I stop by here because my regular car wash was closed. However ,my experience here was overall pleasant. My XL SUV was detailed clean inside and out they even clean the third wheel floor mat- Don't see that at too many places. These guys definitely had my big baby spotless! They definitely got a tip for me. I will be returning here in the future (Paid for the $35 super wash package) Thanks! 😊😊

They are so unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their actions. They ruined my car/door has a dent and my car was not like that. My sister got out the car fine and the employee sow nothing was wrong with the door. Now my door messed up and saying they do not know what I’m talking about and talked to me all Spanish. They did not want to give me no information such as the owners or company. Trust me you will see less business because this is getting posted everywhere.

I paid $16 for the regular car wash. It is a deal, interior was cleaned as well and I was not expecting that. In total, I was there for less than 10 minutes and the workers were so quick and efficient. There were couple spots, very minor, that needed a little rub down, but I didn’t mind cleaning it on my own. I definitely will be coming back to visit. As I was waiting, I appreciate it if they had heat lamps. Make sure you leave a tip.

The worst car wash ever. I paid 35. They have not even touch the back. And worse scratched the wind shield. Interestingly they warn you that they are not responsible for any thing including such incidents. Terrible service

“The exterior service is good, but the interior service is terrible. The shine they apply is way too sticky, and they don’t even clean the interior properly. They left …they left a lot of dirt and made my carpets very damp.”

Two stars because the guy at the checkout was nice. Car still dirty. I’m driving cross town to get it cleaned properly now. :( still crumbs. They charged to clean the trunk and it was never opened vacuumed or cleaned. I got the $35 one and tipped 20%. Def not worth it since I will have to get it done again. I even asked to go back over it myself so they did do more vacuum than initially when I was told they were finished. Note the dirty windshield driving wheel and foot rest. I didn’t feel like photographing the trunk. Gotta go clean the car. Such a. Bummer. We could have had something.

My people of color, don’t go to this car wash. They are racist. They close the car wash at 4:30 p.m. but start putting out the cones at 4:20 p.m. They let Hispanics in, but if you’re Black, they won’t let you enter or wash your car. I went and asked to speak with the person in charge, and he gave me attitude when I asked why they stop washing cars at 4:15 if they close at 4:30. I told him I’ve been a regular customer there and that they shouldn’t treat me that way. He told me I wasn’t a customer and that he had never seen me before even though I’ve been going to that car wash since 2014. If I were from Central America, they probably would have let me wash my car. I will never go back to that place again, and I’m asking every Black person or person of color not to go there. They give special treatment to Hispanics or anyone who looks Hispanic.

I'm disappointed in the service received today at Dr. Wash Car Wash, Riggs Rd, MD. I paid $36 for Super Works (the highest package) to clean my ATLAS appropriately. However, when I advised them of the issues before driving off, some of the cleaners rushed from one car to the next and could be heard "complaining about me-complaining." I have been going here since moving to DC and never had an issue. The services received today were beyond mediocre. I'd instead get a bucket and mop in the interim or find a decent car wash vendor who takes pride in caring for their customers.

TERRIBLE car wash with horrible quality work. Judging by my pictures, you would not think that I just left the car wash less than two minutes ago. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they decided to argue me down stating that I should have told him that I wanted it fully clean so he would have been able to tell me that it couldn’t be cleaned (Even though it’s a car wash that is supposed to clean cars…..). Instead of fixing the issue I was told not to come back. No accountability and lazy work overall
