I've been a monthly customer all's was well until my Jeep Wrangler was scratched by the car wash I reported it to the car wash office and the response was unbelievable he cancelled my monthly wash when I complained and would not accept responsibility for damage I wouldn't recommend fuller's car wash because of what happened to me...I'm telling everyone I know that WASH U is better!!! They have free towels and sprays and it's cheaper than fuller's and I can go more than once a day if I could have given no stars that's what I would have done ✅ DONT GO TO THE fuller's car wash in Bedford Park location they SUCK!!! AND are not honest!!!! I forgot that when you sign up for monthly wash at WASH U THE 1ST. MONTH IS ONLY. $9.95 and I'm going to be letting everyone in my company know what fuller's did to me!!

If I could give less I would. Don't sign up here if you ever want to cancel. Raised our rates from $10 to $35 dollars but hides this info in the receipt at sign up. Cancelled before our March bill, and got charged anyway. Then got charged AGAIN in April. Now it's May, and we've still not received any refund. When I called them AGAIN, they said the only record they had was us canceling online, which was by their instruction after they failed to cancel the account the first time. I have call logs detailing all the times I called and they said they wouldn't refund, and to call the bank and have them charge back if I wanted one. So I will, and I'll NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND THESE CROOKS.

Scratched my car heavily, I had one scrap before I went in and they used that single one to tell me I was wrong about everything. They caused about 3k in damages, manger is very very rude. Deciding if I should take it to small claims court. 2 stars because other then the manager the employees were very nice.

I've been using the $35 unlimited for a couple months. Be weary, my trucks hood came out all scratched up today and was basically told to take it up with my insurance.

I’m here today when it’s supposedly opens at 7 am but it’s definitely still closed. I pay a subscription to get my car washed and keep it clean for work pls pay your people better or make a better schedule this sucks. Canceling subscription after this.

Horrible customer service I went in today at 8:30 am I pay monthly for a membership my sticker wasn’t working and some guy with black glasses was extremely rude didn’t offer help had a nasty attitude and told me “ go to the office if u want to” and walked away!!!! What kind of service is this???? I also called to complain and no one answered. I suggest you guys go to another Carwash instead of this place!!!!

This is one to pass by. Got my car washed here Friday 6/14/24. Didn't get a package or unlimited but paid $10.00 for a wash. I was working that day so I didn't stop. When I got home I checked my wheels and tires and low and behold tires and wheels not touched. My car is garage kept. I had my printed receipt I stopped at this wash on Monday 6/17/24. I outlined my problem with the wash attendant, then the crew manager and was bluntly told that's what the wash I paid for does " not wash the wheels or tires" $10.00. Will not be coning here again.

Customer service sucks. I went to try the $25 wash to see if it was worth the monthly pass, but the rollers that dry the car didn't work. So I asked a guy, and he told me because they were so busy, they turned them off. If I didn't like it, then don't buy the monthly pass. He was very rude, so I told him that was not the way to talk to a customer. Then he said if I wanted to come back the next day and speak with a manager, he was going to talk to me the same way.

I couldn't even wait to get home to write a review about how shitty car washes are. I spent $15 for a 'car wash' that maybe got half my car. The rest is still streaky with dirty water. My windows are still salty. I will never be wasting my money on another one and will be making fun of EVERYONE who ever tells me they go to a car wash. I cannot believe i fell for it. Buy your own supplies and wash your own damn car
