Detail my car.Takes 2 hrs. Get there when they open. Make an appointment. They only have 2 time frames 8am/12pm. It will take some time (3 days) for drying with windows down for the fums to clear out. Be sure to keep, plastic down on seat that they give you so the chemicals will not mess up any of your clothes you are wearing. Price was perfect! $170.00 interior cleanseEVERYTHING plus basic car wash. I do recommend to get car wax buy not for $200 plus. Run your car through the machine for a $4 dollar wax. It saves you time/money. They accept cash,credit card and debit card.

Great inside detail.... they forgot to clean the back of rear seats & pretty sure they stole some of my dollar coins, about$20-$30, I accidentally left in the car. The guy who pulled my car up had this guilty look & walked away super quick. What's the point of the 'help us identify suspicious behavior while the cars are drying' sign if employees are gonna steal from customers anyway?!

Fast service, in/out. But easy to see why. Missed alot of spots. Bird leavings all over. Paid extra for drying but only center area of car done. Left side mirror was pushed in by machine. Ok party my fault but was not on list of reminders. All in all good only if you want a Fast wash & not worried about Details.

Free vacuums, $5 “car wash” and great location getting in and out. Pretty legit if you’re on a budget. Wife did the $2x upgrade to lightly detail once and said she would do it again.

Bad car wash and ownership. They wouldn't call me back about the damage done by the wash when it malfunctioned. If you value your car stay away from here.

Not meeting expectations, for $34 a month wash pass. The buff and shine (cloth that dries off vehicle after blowers) are saturated with water/dirt/salt that transfers onto all vehicles that pay for the extra buff and shine. You can only see how dirty it is, when a dark colored vehicle goes through the buff and dry system. It left a continuous long swirls and streaks from bottom to just above the wheel wells across both sides. Many of times this has happened at my visits at this Fullers. Talked to manager in regards to the issue, and it’s due to high volume, as 800 cars have already went through the system, and clothes are dirty and saturated with dirty water from the wheel wells, as clothes make contact with a part of the vehicles that does not get washed by the tunnel. He pretty much stated it’s a bad system when it’s a high volume day and nothing he can do about it. So, pretty much what he was saying it’s like using the same towel to wipe off 800 vehicles, and drying dirty wheel wells with it. Not a very good final application once leaving the wash tunnel. Came to get the salt and dirt off, for a clean vehicle, not to get it re applied at end of tunnel. So looks like I’ll be running out my membership, and switching to a different car wash close by, that does not have a buff and shine. A few new car washes, that are fullers competitors, are being built in Chicago Ridge and Oak Lawn.

It was like 15 minutes to close and I needed a car wash, but as I pulled up to the lot, the low tire signal popped up on my car screen. I asked one of the employees, Armando, if by any chance they had that service available, he stated no, but he had a portable air compressor and would help. After the car wash he fixed it, super grateful!! Thank you for going above and beyond, that kind of genuine customer service care deserves a promotion or raise, just sayinggg. Thanks again!

It was crowded, but the line moved fast. 1st time using Fullers. Being the dead of winter, I only chose the $5.00 just get the salt off my car. The wash looked pretty decent and I will be back soon. The people working there are pretty helpful

Some birds Pooped all over my car… I stopped by this car wash and got the basic seven dollar wash… But tell me why there was still so much poop on my car after I left… At my local car wash, for five dollars… My car leaves crystal clean.

All I came for was a basic car wash. End result: opportunity to request receipt was not given on screen. Asked the attendant for assistance. Was told I would have to go into the office to request one (purpose of going through an automatic car wash is to NOT have to get out of the car. If you're an attendant, you couldn't use your walkie talkie to request it for me so it would be ready once i was done???). Also, when I pulled out of the automatic car wash, I pulled right into the first bay for the free vacuum. I went in the office and got my receipt. when I came out, I started vacuuming out my car. Two minutes later, the manager comes out and shuts off the vacuum right when I was in the middle of using it. when I went back into the office to inquire as to why, he pointed out that I was in the full service bay. so basically, he did not feel as though he needed to provide me with a courtesy of stopping the vacuum while I was in the middle of using it to explain that I should not have been parked there. Very rude if you ask me.

I left a positive review here 4 years ago. The wash Upgraded their roller brushes. New rollers in the wash will scuff paint and leave marks on your car. Do not recommend using this car wash as of 12/30/2022. Can't wait to see how they deal with the damage claim I'm about to file for my brand new 2023 Sportage this wash destroyed. No happy at all.

Had my car washed there on Dec 4th. Got the full wash and tire clean, this was the best result for all 4 rims and tires. Tried to get an attendant but none around in the office. Only plus is the free vacuum. For how much the wash was, I believe that we should have received a better wash result.

$3 car wash anywhere is better than the $15 here. Wheels 1/2 clean more tire shine on the wheel than on the actual tire. Tailgate barely touched. Tree sap still on the hood. You can still see the outline of the wipers on the windshield. All the bugs still on front grill because no pre spray.

Member for 3 years, 3 vehicleswith best package available. Wash leaves residue on all the cars, customer service is non existent, always having issues with the RFID's. And the final straw was an encounter with an employee I had never seen wanting to be the window sticker police and make a big deal out of nothing, citing company policy. I canceled all my memberships over this. They are not the only car wash in the neighborhood and the wash doesn't work well anymore anyway. May want to start focusing on customer satisfaction at this point.
