I had a great experience at this car wash in Oak Lawn. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Moe. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and that I was satisfied with the service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. Asked for a $5 cleaning, asks if I'd like a $10 one instead. I respond no. Then offers to give me a deal on the 10 one and I respond no again, just the $5 wash. Takes my card and charges me for the ten. Mohammed R. Needs help picking which service to charge on the register.

took 10 minutes of waiting in line with one car in front of me and i was instantly tried with an upsale to a monthly membership and then this is what a $16 wash gets you. 2nd most premium wash out of the options which claims a tire shine. my mirrors were both pushed out and windshield wipers ruined as well. will not be back
