I had my LEXUS SUV washed and I paid almost $50.00 for the type of service Wash and the Mexican guys who are drying out my SUV are too lazy and they didn't even clean the inside and I really have to tell them and pinpoint out with them to wipe what they missed or did not clean up. I can not recommend this Car Wash Station

Poor customer service. Prices for super deluxe wash is listed on sign at $37.00. However, now they charge $45.00 for super deluxe plus a tip. It take them a hour and 30 minutes to wash a car. Please take every thing out your arm rest because this company will take anything you have.

What an amazing establishment! I got my car detailed a few days ago and it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot when I bought it brand new. It was literally glistening. The attention to detail was awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Went to get a car detailed...generally this takes them about 3 hours. Was there for literally 7 hours because "somebody told him (the manager) that I left".... Didn't even get so much as an apology. We used to take all 4 of our cars to this location for washes and detailing. Never again.

My first, and last time here. I got the super deluxe inside and out wash. There are water spots all over my car. Dirt still on my mirrors. They didn't wipe any of the interior. They didn't vacuum the back seat area. The splashed the tire shine on everything. So 35$ later and I'm going home to wash my car myself. Never going back or recommending this place!

If you have a new vehicle or care about your vehicles, this is the way to go. We were very pleased with our service. This place was awesome, very professional, very clean and very friendly. The employees were very nice. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened due to reading the reviews that they take a long time. I asked for the interior detail as my car needed some lovin'. I noticed small details like smudges on the metal or on the glass. But overall, they did a good job. They said they were going to call me when they got done and I ended up calling to check if it was done 4 hours later and it was ready... Hopefully they were just about to call me... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.

My car is squeaking clean!!! It was months since I last cleaned my car thoroughly and sure enough received professional results which was what I needed! I am excited to get my car serviced by them in the future and have no complaints. Everyone was professional and my car was like new. Highly recommend!

My vehicle was a mess, we went to sand dunes, if that wasn't enough it sprinked ands sleet, so my car looked like a pile of mud with just the front windshield, clean enough to see out. When they were done with it, I couldn't believe how clean it was. Before and after pictures

Broke my windshield and they stated they aren’t going to cover it even after knowing and admitting to breaking my windshield :/ reporting them to the business bureau. All they had to to was own up to it and pay the 500 deductible I payed for the replacement.

My sister took the car to get washed and after picking it up the screen was all broken. We talked to the manager and he said he remembered driving the car to get washed and the screen wasn’t broken but if we didn’t have any proof that it was 100% his worker then he can’t do anything about it

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your car wash. As a regular customer who washes my four vehicles every two to three weeks, I believe there is an error regarding my free wash. Yesterday, April 6th, 2025, should have been my eleventh wash for one of my vehicles. Since I always pay for the $45 service, this should have qualified me for a free wash (discount). When I brought this up to the cashier, they consulted with Leon, who identified himself as the "Operator Manager." Leon stated that I had already received my free wash in January 2025, which is untrue. My receipt clearly shows that yesterday was my eleventh wash. I had my truck washed on March 26th, and that was registered as my 10th visit. Given this, the free wash could not have been redeemed in January, as Leon stated. In addition to this issue, I found Leon to be arrogant, careless, and rude, demonstrating a severe lack of customer service skills. His excuse, blaming another employee and stating that the person responsible for entering the washes into the system was behind schedule, seemed suspicious. Overall, Leon seemed unconcerned about losing a loyal customer. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and address both the issue of the misrepresented free wash and Leon's unacceptable behavior. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

This place is careless! Brought my 2018 Ford Raptor for a wash and wax. When they finished I noticed multiple spots that still had wax on it! The worst part is my windshield had a large crack on the windshield! When I talked to the manager he was disrespectful and said “it’s your problem now”. First time coming here and I get a crack in my windshield smh! Definitely not recommending this place!

I just got a new truck 2019 Nissan. Went for a car wash April 26 11:27. Trusted them to do a good job with my truck. They scratched my truck inside and outside. Totally unexpectable. Contacted the office to report, no manager available. Left message and phone number for someone to contact me regarding this issue. This has to be addressed soon. I have prior pics and the pics after the car wash. If this gets corrected I will post results.

Great carwash at a reasonable price. I received an express detail for 95 and it was the best carwash and detail I've ever received. I would 100% recommend this car wash make sure you tip your detailer. They are definitely going above and beyond

I came to Friendly bear car wash one time before and I felt they did a poor job, however they were very busy and I figured I’d try again and maybe get better service as they were slow and no one was at the car wash. And I knew of someone who was happy with the service from them. 1. I was upsold the $85 detail and it was discounted $10 (the usual special) so I paid $75 for a full inside detail and outside wash and wax. My car is a new 2023 with 10k miles and no trash I just wanted the inside dust free and vacuumed really that’s why I got a detail. It was already “clean” After a hour my car was “finished” I asked the guy if he could finish wiping down the car because there was gobs of cleaner left on the leather and around the edge of the center console. A new guy came over and did just that and he mentioned sorry the job wasn’t good and he was going to re vacuum and fix it. They wiped it down spraying a cheep cleaner all over the leather and plastic and just making it look more wet but without actually getting the dust off the surface. I stopped them because I could see the cleaner was causing spots to form along the dash. I asked them if it was leather safe. They just gestured yes yes it’s special, in the way like they didn’t understand. They speak English to sell you the service but they pretend to not understand when there is a problem. The pictures speak for themselves. I spent a hour at home cleaning off excess cleaner and trying my best to buff out whatever cleaner they had EVERYWHERE. And it was just saturated everywhere but came off dirty when wiping it away. My mats must have been put in the sun? My two back seat mats are completely warped along all the edges and now won’t protect the carpet. To be fair I can’t show photos of the outside because it rained today .. but the outside was just as bad. But fair is fair. And I had no intention of leaving a bad review but for someone to tell me Seemed like I just wanted a “free car wash” I told them no I didn’t ask for for a refund you offered me a refund. And I didn’t ask for one the last time you guys did a horrible job.
