I have been repeated customer. Highly recommend. My Toyota Sienna back door was replaced a year ago and now have some water leakage issues. I stopped by at this place they glad to get that fixed. I came to Frederick Auto Body with minor damage to my mirror. Every other place I went to, to get a quote wanted to sell me a brand new mirror, but Kevin L. worked with my Ford F150 purchased only the parts needed for the repair and fixed my broken mirror frame back into working condition. Instead of paying $250 for a minor repair, I only paid a few bucks. I definitely recommend this shop and the team. They definitely want to please their customers first over making money. the guy who answer the phone was rude when asking if they have time for a estimate. when i show up for a estimate.the guy doing my estimate who had a ruff voice acted aggressive when showing him my car.he keep saying he knows everything when im telling him about my car in a rude way.then he give me the same qoute on the car same the other company.he acted like he didnt want my service.i recommend never using this place

Stopped in today to get a estimate or ideas what I could do for the messed up sides of my car. All three of the guys there could not have been more helpful. They were kind enough to try a liquid on my car it did not work. One went in and got another product and in a quick moment the damage that had been done by us looked 90% better!! So kind of them, something that quick may not seem like a big deal to them but it was a huge deal to me! No wonder this place gets great reviews! Thanks!!

Frederick Auto Body is great! I stopped by in a whim to have them look at my front bumper. I had a very minor run in with another vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who came out to look at it with me. He looked at it for a minute and then walked back inside and grabbed some type of degreaser. He polished the bumper and it looked good as new, the scuff must have been all surface level. I appreciated his help so much. For any auto body work in the future, this is my first stop! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I came here for a quote to replace a bumper. First, I want to say this place provided quick, excellent customer service. These folks were welcoming and very nice. However, I felt the quote was exaggerated for labor. The process for a bumper replacement is paint the new one, remove the old one with power tools and mount the new one with power tools. Without accounting for paint drying, this takes about an hour. 2hrs if you need to mix paint perhaps. I ended up getting the bumper replaced and painted elsewhere for $575. Again, No complaints with customer service though.
