Kroger is intentionally misleading customers by not updating inventory for items that are currently in stock and in store for a pick up order. Forcing customers to use delivery and spend more money, which is FRAUD. I have proof through chat and multiple agents stating that online inventory is not always accurate. So Kroger knows the problem exists, yet is not correcting the issue so they can make more money off of delivery orders.

My visit here was just for a few vegetables fruits and that's about it actually and something to drink I was in town all day I normally don't go to Fred Meyers but I did this one particular day it was close and I like it it's it's a nice place it's well the aisles are are large enough to get through without bumping into anybody it's very well laid out and lots to pick from the vegetable and fruits and that section the produce is really nice so it's pretty quick and you know they have a lot of cashiers going plus the the 10 10 items and less self checkout so yeah in and out was pretty easy

My wife had a feinting episode in this store today due to a medical condition. I mostly caught her as she fell to the floor but she knocked her head slightly. Without even having to ask for help, within seconds the store staff was there assisting in any way they could. One was on the phone with EMT's immediately. Truly a remarkable crew working there today 9/5/2025. Multiple store leaders and staff members showed the utmost care for her as she slowly came to. The pharmacist was there within maybe 60 seconds. Even the loss prevention manager came over to say he pulled video of the incident. This store has staff that cares! In these days, when you get this type of care and attention, it's worth pointing it out. Mega props from us!

While I understand and fully support the rights of individuals with service animals, I’ve observed several instances where dogs that clearly appear to be pets (riding in carts, not on leashes, or showing disruptive behavior) are allowed inside. This raises valid concerns about health, sanitation, and safety—particularly in a place where food is sold. I kindly urge you to revisit and reinforce store policy regarding animals to ensure it aligns with local health codes and maintains a safe, clean environment for all shoppers.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The closing shift staff and especially the manager at this establishment are abysmal and abhorrent. Their behavior is nothing short of repulsive and they should be ashamed of themselves I know we are. Not only do they create safety and egress issues, they force unsafe practices on their patrons and treat paying customers as less than and scum. I fully suggest spending your money elsewhere as this place no longer holds true to the values in which they pretend to uphold. Good riddance.

Fred Meyer has been a fixture in Bend for years. The location has food, housewares, auto, garden, sporting goods, jewelry, floral and sells gas and diesel also. This is a good one stop shopping center! 🤠

It was the first time I've been inside the Fred Meyers in Southwest Bend on 3rd Street. It was a great atmosphere with holiday music and it's humongous and they have a little seating area outside. Everybody there was very helpful.

Huge thanks to Wendie in the bakery! After another big store canceled our cake order the day before my kids’ birthday party, Wendie went above and beyond to save the day. She was so understanding and professional—truly a breath of fresh air in a stressful moment. Not only did she make sure we had a beautiful birthday cake and cupcakes in time, but they turned out absolutely perfect and delicious. My kids’ faces lit up with the biggest smiles when they saw their cakes, and I’ll never forget that. Thank you, Wendie, for your kindness and incredible work!

It is the best store we have I think in Bend . But in every review there is something that is a little off . At times the produce isn't that great and they're constantly clogging up aisles still stocking the shelves way after opening time. Going down the cheese and butter aisle can be the most difficult part shopping due to product blocking the aisles.

Really loved this store b4 their last remodel. They lost organic produce space ( although it's gotten a little better), some of the pricing is higher than other stores like cleaning supplies, and I just don't find some of the products I used too. As a plus though, they do let you cash in your green bag recycle cash for a 20% bonus on instore purchases.
