This store now has phone salesmen at both entrances who are aggressive and annoying. I will not shop here until they are moved away from the front entrances. That is wrong to do that to your loyal customers!

I was filling a prescription for my brother who had surgery today and there was a slight glitch in the order and both Oksana and Karen worked hard to fill it promptly. Every time I walk into my local Fred Myer, they call for a security check over the loadspeaker. I feel like I am being targeted by security for no reason. I am a regular customer there, but I fear someone in security may be using thier job as a fake excuse to watch me on the cameras. I am an attractive female and I also believe this could be a form of sexual harassment. I have gone to Fred Myer dozens of times over the last couple of years; they have had literally countless opportunities to observe my actions and purchases. The calls for security checks lead me to believe security there is either incompetant, or they are flat out harassing customers. The last time I was there was today and before that I was there 8/11/25 accouding to my credit card statement. It is possible I was actually there 8/10/25 and the charge just didn't show up until the next day, I don't know, but I would like corporate to check the cameras and hear the announcments that I have been putting up with. I went in around 8pm that night to get a few items and within two minutes of entering the store there was an announcment for a security check over the loadspeaker, as usual. I looked around and the store was pretty empty aside from me. Woman have a right to buy groceries in peace for Gods sake!

I will never shop at Fred Myers ever again, I went through self check out to get the elf on the shelf for Bella and the machine said transaction not processed and then I looked at my account and it was charged and I showed the girl at self check out amd she said if the machine didnt print a receipt you need to call your bank and you can not have your items so I asked for a manager and she told me to try my card again so I did amd the machine said transaction not processed and then I checked my account and then there is now two transactions and she said I have to wait 24 hours and to contact my bank!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! ILL WAIT THE 24 HOURS BUT IF NOT BACK ON THERE OH MAN! I ALREADY MADE A REPORT TO CORPORATE AMD THEY SAID WAIT 24 HOURS!!!!!! good thing I have cash cuz that wiped out my account!!!!!

This store is a con outfit. Tells u one thing and gives u something different. Sold us a life time sizing warranty then won't honor it. I would never buy anything at this store ever. Recommend a complete boycott of this store.

This Fred Myers has to be the most annoying Fred myers I've been to. The layout has you all over the place to get simply needs. Who puts the liquor department way outta the way of the groceries area ? Definitely suffering from functional obsolescence.

This will always be in my top 3 places to shop for groceries. No matter the name its under, Frys, Krogers, Fred Meyers has good prices, good selection, and good quality. I Love they have gluten free, dairy free, Asian and Mexican options available, and a great produce section! Also, I cant get enough of the fresh sushi!

I was undecided to put up a complaint although I think its important to pass forward. I usually don't want to waste my time. The Customer service has become evident and completely unsatisfactory. I went to the meat department today. Engaged in what I call small talk but the Meat department worker was completely shut down. He didn't recognize me as asking him a direct Question. He looked directing through me and didn't phase him. I still didn't get a answer. I literally walked off and left my cart and didn't finish my shopping in the store. Custo.er service is out of Order. What needs to happen is shear Firing get rid of the idividuals non ethical Employee who have customer skills. If you work in public have some dignity and A smile on that face,Talk to customer. Never less put a smile and realize you work for fredmeyers they don't work for you. Or simple hit the road jack go to Burger King and have it your way. This young man needs the college 101 course. Good luck man cause ur gonna need it, no video game will teach you what skills you need in the working world. 8pm 12/31/2025

So much variety of organic fruits available and gluten free, dairy free items. Also, the workers were pleasant and eager to help us find items. Although, I wish they would carry frozen Applegate chicken sausages. We had to go to Wal-mart for that.

Deborah, in Coeur d'alene, berated me at my door about my tip. I am a widow, on a fixed income. I tipped 10%. She said to me, "You should really tip more". Well believe me, I let her have it. Instacart shoppers get paid for every order. Tips are above and beyond that. I was absolutely appalled that she had the BALLS to say anything to me about my tip, and I let her know it. I also called Instacart customer service. They were very kind. I hope they take action.
