Katie was an excellent service adviser! She provided timely updates about my vehicles and was excellent about communicating between myself and the technicians working on the issues. I also a requested a loaner vehicle for the day and went above and beyond by helping me transfer car seats from my vehicle into the loaner. It was a great repair experience!

I had an major problem occur with my 2016 Ford due to a recall. The dealership that I purchased from was helpful but knew I'd incur several out of pocket expenses so they suggested I have it taken to a Ford dealership. I called a few locations, even one closer to me and was advised to pay everything out of pocket and send them the bill once the recall was in full effect. They were nice but not really willing to help as the recall was still fairly new and pending parts with no true ETA. I ended up speaking to Katie at Ford of Lafayette who was honest about the situation- yes, they had an idea of the recall but not any details but she had another customer with the same problem, so she did her research and advocated for us with other departments. It took a few days but she was able to help get the car over to them where they confirmed the recall issue. A little more time passed but then I was approved for a long term rental while we waited for more updates. Months later I was finally able to pick up my car, fully running again! I was provided updates through the entire process, even if it was just checking in with a "hey, just letting you know we haven't heard anything yet but we should have a meeting soon". Once it came time for pick up, I had dealt with some medical issues that made establishing a pick up time a little difficult but they were incredibly accommodating. I seriously couldn't recommend them and especially Katie, who was my primary contact, more. I really appreciate the whole team that was involved and all their hard work.

Great customer service. I went in for an oil change, but came out of the visit with a list of things that needed attention. The service team helped me as much as they could with pricing and gave me a loaner while they made the car repairs. I didn’t expect to get a list of needed repairs and I didn’t expect the customer service to be good based on the reviews I had read. I was pleasantly surprised all around. Kaleb is one of the best customer service reps I have dealt with at a Ford dealership; I have visited several Ford dealerships in several states.

Left floor mats dirty, didn’t put an in mileage so who know how much they were driving my car but the gas tank was lower than what I took it in by a considerable amount. Also Don’t buy a warranty through them it is a waste!!! Plus can even put the car back correctly.

They were able to get us in and fixed two days before Thanksgiving called service talked to Andy told him are situation we were out of town camping and are f350 powerstroke was acting up took it in the next day they diagnosed it and was able to fix it along with an oil change and we were able to get back home Saturday with the camper, thank you very much.

I was in need of a new key fob for my 2013 Taurus Limited. I was helped by Gloria Kincaid. She really took the lead on getting my fob ordered and setting up the best time for me to get it taken care of. She was very professional, but also such a delight to chat with. It was obvious that she takes her job seriously, and more important to me the customer, it was obvious that she cares about customer satisfaction. She made the experience pleasant and because of her efforts I will not hesitate to return to Lafayette Ford the next time I have something worked on. As a matter of fact, because of the good experience with Gloria Kincaid at Lafayette Ford, I am already making a list of more things I want done on the car. I had just purchased a 2015 C-Max. It had an open recall for a transmission bushing connector thingy. I am so sorry I am bad with names, but when I calle, the service rep was very courteous and professional. He set up a home appointment. On the day of the appointment, the mechanic got in touch re: arrival time, then arrived promptly and took care of the issue in about a half hour. I had trepidations before I called, but they all melted away. Great experience!

One visit was exceptional but this past visit was not as good. The price published for a four wheel alignment is $149. I spoke with my service rep and explained my car had modified parts on it. He said he had a tech that can handle the job with no problems. After the work was complete I was handed a bill for $253. I asked why it was more and he said it took the tech longer than expected because of the modified parts. No where in our previous conversation was anything mentioned about extra charges being possible.

Brandon Freeman at Ford service center has been nothing short of amazing. We have had to take my car in several times and I ask for him every time. He is quick, efficient, friendly and always goes above and beyond to assure all my needs are met. He calls with updates as they become available to him. I never worry about how my service/customer service will be when he is handling things. He quickly got ahold of my insurance for claims and took care of a recall all in one day, with no notice. He always goes above and beyond and is truly appreciated!

The service team was fantastic in their communication and ease of drop off and pick up. They were servicing a hardtop leak and were able to reduce the volume of water penetration with a simple adjustment. That being said the leak has not been eliminated in its entirety.

My car had an airbag recall. I went to the Lafayette Ford on Monday afternoon. I spoke with Brandon, he told me I could drop my car off tomorrow and that the parts were in stock. Tuesday morning I dropped my car off and spoke with Josh because Brandon was taking care of something else. I received a message around lunchtime from Brandon saying it was completed. When I returned to get it I spoke with Josh and Brandon while they brought the car around. Both of these guys were very knowledgeable and courteous. Brandon was my service advisor but I am glad I got to meet Brandon as well. I left happy and felt everyone worked hard to make sure I was. Thank you. Great job.

Everyone I encountered was so sweet, nice and caring. Updates on my car and the videos were very helpful and informative. Josh was amazing he was on it! He really helped me and guided me through my journey of getting my car working again! Awesome messages back, and very immediate responses and very helpful responses! As well as making a claim and working with my warranty company! We had to take it back for a second look over, they did amazing. Having the drop off’s for my car at work was so helpful, more than they know for my situation. As well as the complementary chauffeur, he was very nice, and helpful and great conversations! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience, especially for my first time doing this alone as an adult and helping me understand and not taking advantage of me. I have definitely found my dealership and my mechanics for future car problems!

Beware I was charged for parts that were NEVER installed. If I didn't catch it and bring my truck back in they would have gotten away with it. On another note Phil did make it right. The part the technician swears he replaced had rust on it that he claimed was just "oil". Anyone can see the difference between oil and rust. The situation was made right. But if I didn't know better I was definitely getting taken advantage of. By the way to change turbo coolant lines cost 4k so for that crazy price no one deserves to be taken advantage of. I will not be back.

I left a great review when I bought my Ford Fusion 5 months ago but my experience with service today was horrendous. For the last three days my car would not start or intermittently. Yesterday I took my car to both Midas and Walmart. The consensus was my battery and alternator were good but there was probably a parasitic drain etc. They suggested I take it to Ford Service so I has it towed there and made a 7 AM appt today. First every time I called it was very time consuming. I was told up front that diagnostics would be $240. High but I agreed np. After 5 1/2 hours all that was done was the battery was charged but something was draining it. Two more hours of diagnostics needed and now would cost $710!!! I assumed the $240 was a flat fee no mention it would go sky high if more time needed. I spoke to the manager Corey who was completely unsympathetic to this lack of disclosure but did agree to not charge me if I told them to stop now which I did. Fair enough. Subsequently found several quality auto repair shops that did electrical diagnostics for far less. Taking it to Momax Auto Repair on the 30th recommended by a trusted mechanic. Very disappointed after my excellent sales experience.
