Took my vehicle in for routine oil change & tire rotation. Wait time was as originally estimated by the sevice clerk. Customer lounge spacious & clean. New ownership has raised prices 70% compared to prior 2 servicings.

My wife and daughters are on a long road trip and my Lincoln was victimized by a piece of a rogue tire in the road which knocked the plastic engine skid plate off. These guys got her in right away and inspected the vehicle and although they didn’t have the parts to fasten it back they were able to improvise and get it zip tied. They spent the better portion of a half hour doing this which we were expecting to pay at least the labor fee. They handed her the keys and said no charge! Wow, that was incredibly kind of them. I use Quicklane for all my maintenance and light repairs and I want to let everyone know that this particular location gets 6 stars! Thank you for looking after my vehicle and family on a long road trip!

This was my first time trying this place. They moved from hwy 38 down to the Ford service area. The wait was long but expected. The video taken of your car is a nice touch. However what I didn't like was saying they checked items when clearly they did not. I purchased the works and I noticed later that day my tires were not rotated. When I looked more into the findings on the worksheet I was even more disappointed that items checked were not completed. The oil looks clean but you have to wonder if they skipped a few items what else did they skip. I have tried to reach a manager but am unable to get a response.

Absolutely the best service!!! Price was very reasonable. They informed I needed a new battery, which Ai had no idea. Mariah Freeman was very knowledgeable and attentive.

I came in after my truck's app told me there is low air pressure, which ended up being bolt in my tire. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable man who listened then pulled up my vehicle on the computer. He explained if they can fix it, they will and if not, I may need a new tire, which they had in stock, but either way, my warranty will cover the cost 100%. I ended up needing a new tire. The work was done right away and I was on my way. I am always satisfied here!

I use Quick Lane for almost all of my vehicle service needs, they always give me a breakdown of my service and any further services that may be needed. The only reason there is not a 5 star rating, would be the wait. The old service center I used to use kept the Quick Lane side for what it stands for, Quick Lane. Usually was in and out in 30ish minutes for a works service on my vehicle. With this Quick Lane I have waited up to 2 hours for a works service. I would make sure to call ahead and find out what the wait is before taking it to them.

Pricing scam. They charged me $200 just for the diagnosis and then wanted almost $1465 to fix it. I'm not a mechanic but I went to O'Reilly's and did the job in just about the same amount of time they're billing labor for. Here's what I actually spent: $70 water pump $50 premium serpentine belt $70 thermostat housing+thermostat+gasket $60 3 gal of coolant (from Meijer) Total: about $250 I only needed a socket set to do the whole job. And saved about $1200. I guess their labor rate is around $240 and hour?? Not to mention you need to take off and put the serpentine belt back on to replace the water pump, it literally takes 5 minutes but for them an extra 50 minutes I guess. To me this doesn't seem close to reasonable. I won't be going back. Picture of quote is attached.

I wanted to give a shout out to Josh and the Quick Lane staff. A week ago I had them service my car. After leaving I noticed that there was an issue with my car. I called them and spoke to Josh. He had me come in and they quickly examined the issue. Within days the issue was fully resolved. Thanks again for your professionalism and making things right.

Very nice, friendly people work here but I find the service to be inefficient. Unable to make an appointment, I showed before 7:00 along with a number of other people. During the first half-hour, only three service bays were being operated, a fourth one opened about a half-hour later. They got my car in after about 30 minutes. Once serviced, it sat in the service bay without anyone doing anything to it about 30 minutes before someone came to me. After paying $62 for a "quick" oil change, I pulled out two hours after I arrived. I have used Ford Service (Quick Change) for about 25 years. I will probably continue to use them when I need to drop off my vehicle for work to be done. But for a quick oil change, I'll be looking for a service center that values my time as well as my vehicle.

My service advisor Josh was very helpful and professional. I got a great video from their videographer Jesse highlighting what issues i had with my vehicle. I would highly recommend coming to Lafayette Quick Lane.

My daughter has told me for over a year to go to Quick Lane. It isn't the closest to me so I hadn't until last summer. I now go nowhere else due to their honest, courteous staff. They have great prices on the "works" I will be buying my tires from them within the month. Love them! Nothing better than great customer service. Great waiting area also. .

I highly recommend their service. I had an experience beyond my expectation there. My service advisor Geovanni did a great job in helping me troubleshoot my rear signal light problem and provided appropriate plan. Not only did I get free diagnoses, I also applied the coupon they sent me as DM.

I left my review in the wrong place (Ford service). At the Quickie Lane, It was a great visit. I stopped by in the morning because I knew you can’t make an appointment and I asked when things slow down. They told me late afternoon, and they were totally right. I had an oil change, and it only took an hour. They were very friendly, and it was great service! The one down side was I told them I had a leak in a tire and all they did was more the tired from the back to the front.

Do NOT go here. The are very scummy and use predatory tactics to got you to get unnecessary repairs. Last year I had my struts replaced (they did need work admittedly). Today I go in for an oil change. After my truck got done, they say I need my struts replaced. Unless they messed up the install THAT bad the first time, they are blatantly lying to my face. Very shady stuff. I even got new windshield wipers THIS YEAR (not from them but autozone) and they said I needed new wipers. SMH. I guess the next thing that they are gonna tell me is that the sky is brown and the grass is high vis orange Horrible business strategy, you guys used to be good now you suck.

I took my car to the repair shop for break change. I came back a few days later explaining something didn’t sound right and was told everything was fine. Fast forward to now, a year later. Still having break issues took to different shop only to find out that’s my brakes, calibers, and rotors are all destroyed due to lack of installing them correctly. I now have to pay over $1000 to fix their crap job. Do not take your car there for service.

I went to the Quick Lane and told them I needed a wheel bearing replacement and that I believed that it was my front passenger side. I was fairly certain that was the issue. After they inspected it they swore it was mybrakes wearing unevenly. Normally, I would change them myself, but they already had it in the air, so I let them do it. After they were done they test drove and noticed the noise I was talking about. They then inspected further and told me that my original diagnosis was correct (I should have trusted myself). The big problem is because I let them do the brakes I couldn't afford the $1100 they wanted to do what I Iinitially asked them to do. They gave me some spiel about how they couldn't hear the bearing because of all the other noise. Funny thing is I could hear it and told them all the symptoms of a bad bearing. I am giving them 2 stars only because the guy was very nice, but I am pretty angry.

The staff seemed awesome, one of my friends worked there so I had a hookup. Great. Cool. Fantastic even. Just needed a diagnostic on a certain part of my car. Ended up having issues less than a week after I took it to Quick Lane. Magically, two of my bolts went missing from my spark plug coils. Not sure how. Bolts don’t just magically go missing a week after you take to a mechanic, especially after you just saw them there the day before you took it to the shop. After the diagnostic on the whole car, this wasn’t reported to me. Now, about a month or so later, my car breaks down again. This time, my water pump is missing a bolt. I’m seeing a common theme here. Not only that, a spring was found in my coolant line. I’m not saying this was all Quick Lane, but they will not be seeing my face around there any longer.

Hey everyone! Want a good deal on an “as-is” car with hidden motor issues so the dealership can make thousands on a clunker trade in they’re not wanting to auction off and deal with? Well, look no further! Come on down to Ford Lincoln of Lafayette where you can buy a 1 owner, 2013 Honda CR-V just like mine and have an $5,000 engine replacement within a week of ownership! Purchased this vehicle “as-is” for close to $10,000 after taxes & fees. New oil leak (as they cleaned this car up extra clean knowing I was coming 4 hours away) was discovered when I arrived home in Ohio. Oil leak was discovered to be coming from the cylinder heads, and would require a head gasket. Upon diagnosis, low compression was also discovered. It was fiscally viable to replace engine than to rebuild engine. They claim vehicles are “as-is” and have not been inspected. To translate this, they just want these car out of here & stick you with the bill! We’ll see how far “as-is” goes in court if Ford Lincoln of Lafayette refuses to reach out in 30 days of this post.
