You get what you pay for and what I paid for was a decent car wash that left my car cleaner than when I arrived. I’ve realized other negative reviews expect too much from a drive-thru car wash so take them with a grain of salt. The staff was also very friendly for a busy Saturday morning.

I went to the newly constructed Flagship Carwash on Padonia Rd earlier today. I went to get a Basic Carwash for my SUV. I must say it was a disappointment. The pictures will show you why. I was going to do a monthly unlimited plan but not for this lousy service

I’ve been a full-service member here for over 2 years, and I recently took my car through the wash only for it to come out with scratches and chipped paint. When I brought it to the manager, Elado, he immediately dismissed my concern and told me it wasn’t possible for their machines to cause the damage. I take very good care of my car and do routine walkarounds, so I know this happened here. I was then told to fill out a form and informed I wouldn’t hear from anyone for 15–20 business days, which feels more like a stall tactic than a real solution, almost as if they hope customers will forget or give up. For a long-time member, the lack of accountability and poor customer service is extremely disappointing.

Terrible experience. At the end of September 2025, I went through this car wash after a buddy of mine, who worked there, let me through. During my visit, my wallet was stolen. I reached out to management multiple times and never received a response. To make things worse, the management, especially someone named Caesar, started harassing and threatening my friend who worked there until he eventually quit. This place is completely unprofessional and unsafe. I would never recommend anyone go here or work here.

This is my happy place. The employees are super friendly and the car comes out sparkling. I am a purist and prefer to detail the car myself after the wash and there are lots of spaces for I do that. Sometimes they run out of towels though

5⭐️ I’m impressed. From the smooth drive-through to the thorough hand-dry, every step felt dialed in. Wheels, windows, and interior all came out spotless. Great value, clean facility, and attentive team. This is my new go-to wash.

I brought my mother's car in as a surprise 70th birthday gift for her. She takes my kids different places for me on a regular, so that's the least I could do. Needless to say, my kids aren't the cleanliness! I paid the $44 for exterior and interior. I should've done it myself!! There were smears on the windshield, the nav/radio was not even touched. It looked like they might have lightly touched the dashboard with a dry towel. The steering wheel was not touched. There was still left over trash and food in the crevices! None of my family eats sausage patties at all and there was one sitting in the space between the center console and drivers seat! Ewww! Where did that even come from?! It was not there when I gave the car to them! I know for a fact because I picked up some straws that were laying in the same place before I even went through the wash to help them out! The doors were not cleaned with anything! All they did to the doors was steal the change my mom had in her door! The tires looked like they spritzed tire shine on the tire in one spot only. The only good thing about that place is that you can go vacuum your car after a wash... which I should've done to start with! I paid way too much money for the awful job they did! The description of what the cleaning entails says it's a 30 min job. They were done in 10 mins. I'm so upset that I paid that for the awful job when I ended up having to do it myself after anyway! I should've read the reviews before I went. Oh, the attendant where you pay was the nicest, most helpful, and courteous young guy! He deserves to be noticed in a positive way, because he was great!

Specifically requested careful attention to the inside of the rear window and front windshield. They promised that the service person would do so. They returned my car with the same dirty windows that I left them with. So much for their promises. First and last time going there! To be fair, the rest of the car looked ok, but the windows were of particular importance to me.

$44 “flagship” car wash. I’m not impressed. Let me start by saying that I don’t expect a detail level of clean but if the standard is simply “clean”, then I atleast expect that. I don’t believe I’m being nitpicky in the review. I went on a Wednesday morning at 9 AM so it wasn’t a busy time. I opted for the top menu wash which is their “flagship” wash at the cost of $44. My vehicle is a new 2024 suv so it has hardly had time to accumulate layered dirt and grime The wash machinery mostly functioned correctly with the exception of the dry buffer at the end of the tunnel I then moved into the interior tunnel for the remainder of the inside cleaning. Upon receiving my car, I noticed: -Quarter sized dust spots on the dash that they missed. -The windshield was still filthy -Bug spots on the grill -dust in the real tailgate jam -my floor mats are still filthy -cup holders still filthy -water spots on windows Unfortunately I was heading to an appointment so I did not have time to get a manager involved. It did appear that there was one walking the floor so I don’t understand if he is responsible for quality control. If so, it was blatantly lacking I won’t be a repeat customer for now

The price is high. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get the service and I did the ultimate inside and outside service for $36 and they didn’t even vacuum inside of the car. They didn’t dry the windows and the from of the car was with black spots that I have to tell somebody over there and the lady that came did not clean it with the towel.

Purchased the Flagship Wash! Not impressed at all!! After they washed my truck I asked for a manager. He came out and I showed him the rear bumper and my running boards were still dirty. He said the bumper was unacceptable but the running boards were what they were. He said he could run it thru again but when I said " We'll it didn't do any good the first time, what is going to change by putting it thru a second time?" He then proceeded to get a bottle of something with a rag and sprayed it on the running board and wiped it and said wait a minute and when it dries it will come back like it was. We'll, it did not and I said " This is my first and last time here if that's all the better you can do" and he said, quote" You have two choices. We wash 100 of these all the time." After that comment I said I will never be back and drove off. The After are from when I got home and used soap and water with a rag that the dirt washed off and AMAZINGLY didn't come back like he said which I already knew it wouldn't.

Worst place to have your car washed, the manager so rude, my car got rear ended because they are squeezing so many cars so close to each other, got few dents on my car while inside the car wash, and manager was basically telling me oh now you are telling me how to run the business, not even one apology and said do whatever you wanna do , don’t care!!!!! Worse customer service ever, if you like your cars don’t even get close to this one.

I wish I could give this place a 0/10 a complete waste of $44 they literally cleaned nothing it was ridiculous I should’ve known after they only took 2 min to clean and left there dirty rag in my car lol this is literally the worst place you can get serviced I usually don’t even write bad reviews but this service was terrible I would’ve contacted there corporate but the man at the ksiok didn’t even give me a receipt smh

Let me start by saying, if I could give zero stars I would have. If you want your vehicle clean and done right don’t go here. When I first arrived I told the guy what I wanted and he selected the flagship pkg. I than ask him again will that pkg cover everything I want done to my vehicle and he stated yes. I purchased the service at 10:54am. I went through the car wash which I stated to the guy that I didn’t want my vehicle going through there I wanted it hand wash and dry. So he told me to pull forward at this time I couldn’t turn around. Strike number 1. Than after going through the car wash I was instructed to get out my vehicle. I went inside to the lobby sat my bag down and went to the bathroom. Which was all of 5 minutes. When I came out the bathroom they were pulling my vehicle out saying it was done. When I saw my vehicle I was saying to myself how fast it took. When I checked the inside and out of my vehicle it was still dirty. I ask if they could clean my vehicle again, by now he giving me attitude because I was showing him how dirty my vehicle was after it was so called clean. He took my vehicle back around to get a second round of cleaning and when it came back out the second time my vehicle was still dirty. Here are the pictures to prove it. This was on 04/24/24. Please flagship do a better job with cleaning people vehicles because it no way you can clean a whole pickup truck in less than 10 minutes.

Think twice before signing up for a membership. They make it real easy to sign up, but when you want to cancel the staff treat you sarcastically, hand you a card woth contact information that does not work. I opted for vall back and "hold a place in line" but 4 hrs later no one calls back. Worst customer service. I need this membership canceled.

I'm one to keep my car generally clean but I like a little extra every now and again. Today, I thought I'd take a shortcut and let someone else do it. I paid for the interior and exterior cleaning only to be left with a job that I'll need to do myself anyway. Vacuuming, half done. Interior wipe down, half done. Exterior cleaning, also half done. You can see food, dust, and grime left. Might I add that they weren't busy; when I pulled in, I questioned if they were open because no movement was observed from the entrance. Upon going around the maze, there was 1 car completing the initial payment and then 2 other customers inside the lobby. No reason for rush nor lack of care.

This location is unprofessional and negligent when providing good customer service . As a woman I will not return as a customer. I have never felt uncomfortable and unsafe like I have during my visit today! My car wasn’t cleaned properly with trash left in my vehicle. Workers are eating Burger King and eating donuts while cleaning and operating customers vehicles . I asked to speak to a manager who I spoke to Wendy who stated she was an assistant manger and a shift lead by the name of Cesar who both addressed me aggressively when I tried to explain the situation. The staff here don’t communicate and do not respect the customers who spend their hard working money . As an educator, mother and paying customer I will not support this business and if you work hard for your money I’ll advise you not to do so also !

Terrible overall. I got the most expensive $75 a month package from them. The package covers interior and exterior, including wiping dash doors seats, all glass and vacuum. Every time when I go through interior cleaning, the car is not clean. Today not only the car wasn’t clean, but I had two new stains on my seat. I took pictures and went to the front desk to talk to the manager. After I show him the pictures,he didn’t even hear me out, interrupted me and told me that they don’t work with stains like that. I tried to explain that the service is this satisfactory repeatedly. The manager, though wasn’t helpful at all he had unapologetic demeanor and provided bad Customer Service.

How do you get your car interior clean but it comes back just as dirty as before? I have never seen a place literally not white surfaces and give your car back. They may be had my car for 10 minutes before I got it back still completely filthy. Do not waste your money at this place, when I say they literally didn't clean anything but my floor mats I mean it. Follow-up: to be offered a coupon for $17.76 for a deluxe exterior car wash as a resolution to spending over $50 to barely have your car cleaned is not what I would consider a good business practice. At minimal wouldn't you expect a free car wash to make up for the one you paid for? That's what I would consider at minimal good business practice.

This was my first and last experience with the flagship car wash, specifically the $75 package, and I must say it was quite disappointing. Car was not vacuumed and wiped down . I tired to add photos but it won't let me . Staffed seemed very unfriendly .
