I went to wash my car yesterday ,terrible work, they didn't clean anything, I paid the full price lady always offered monthly subscription, so like this I can’t ,so scripted my dirty dashboard, trunk, they didn't do vacuum, I won't go there again

Terrible car wash!! The worst I ever had in my life. Spare yourself time and money because this shady business is going to rip you off. $40 for this?? Their people are lazy, negligent and their supervisor Ricardo told me you came woth a dirty car!! Was I supposed to come with a clean car to a carwash?? Never will I ever again come back here and I will make sure no one that I know comes here too. They deserve zero stars

I was told my car was too dirty for a car wash, and refused service. I pay a monthly subscription but I’ll take my car back to VA to get it washed around the house I guess 🤷🏽♂️ Edit: Not a one time experience. I was advised to take my vehicle back to VA as they have flat out refused me twice…….. Inconvenient to advertise multiple locations if I can’t run my car to get washed in my lunch break. Taken this vehicle to 3 separate VA flagships and NO PROBLEMS AT ALL and they are faster…..I feel bad for yall up here

It doesn’t have a zero restart it otherwise I’m gonna give him zero don’t try this location. It is not a good choice to wash the car. They’re gonna mess up taking a damage the paint and they’re gonna put some scratch in your car. Please don’t do that I swear that they are just to take the money I spend like 44 for one time and they just not clear exterior is totally the same thing that I was bringing.

the worst workers I've seen don't even dry the car properly, I'm not even talking about the rest, a friend recommended it, he hadn't been to this car wash for a long time, he said it was great, he cancelled his subscription here on the first day!!! they wash and service terribly here

the manager here is a scammer my advice when you let them wash your car you need to shoot a circular video!!! the manager brazenly told me to my face that it was your fault our car wash is not to blame after the wash it happened they don't want to admit their guilt be careful!!! I also posted a photo before the wash, there was nothing there

Charged the wrong package and didn’t get all the benefits for it. Then the inside staff was rude when I asked if they took Apple Pay despite it being my first time here. I’ll find another because customer service should be genuinely better.

This is not a great location. I have the upgraded package and they do the bare minimum. They never wipe the insides and I always have to vacuum my car. The worst part is the people can’t even drive the car after it comes out of the car wash. And they get annoyed when you ask them too dry the car. I always end up with spots all over my car. The lady who works inside the store is very nice. And I know they’re a bigger problems in the world.

This location for certain earns it's current 3.1 rating. I have a monthly subscription with Flagship car wash so I go to all the DMV locations and without question is the worst. Today they didn't even attempt to dry my vehicle off then had the nerve to complain that I was block

This location is dishonest. I purchased a brand-new car and, during the second week of driving the car, I wanted to take it to a touch-less car wash. At check-in, I asked a woman taking the order if this was indeed a touch-less car wash. She said, "Yes," and then tried to up-sale, as I was getting the basic service. When I approached the car wash, I saw long-red-hanging-cloths strips in the middle of the wash entryway and a drum-like spinning brush on the driver's side. Before entering, I asked to speak with someone who spoke English (some staff members didn't speak English too well, excluding the woman at check-in, so I wanted to ensure) and a man showed up and stated that the car wash is touch-less. It clearly is not since the red strips and spinning side brush touch the car; nonetheless, I went through since I had already paid. Wont return again.

The only reason I go here is because it's close to my home. Other than that - it's incredibly chaotic and they do not do a good job cleaning. I just picked up my car (after paying the unlimited monthly package) and they didn't wipe down the cup holders or dash. I guess I will do that myself...

I guess it’s time to start going somewhere else. If I don’t leave my trunk open to remind them to vacuum it they don’t do it. This time I left the console open and they didn’t even bother vacuuming. For $44 they should be doing a better job.

Really, really expensive. And, they did a really good job on the exterior and most of the interior. They didn’t wipe the door of the glove compartment, but they did thoroughly wipe down the backseat, which I appreciate. So why the low review? When I dropped off the car, I specifically said that I needed the backseat and the trunk cleaned, but less concerned about the rest. They cleaned the backseat, but not the trunk. At all. The kicker? They said they wouldn’t do any of that unless I got the most expensive wash they had. Yup, not going back. If they give shoddy service to the most expensive level of customer, not worth paying for a regular service at any other level.

I don’t mean to be picky. I wasn’t expecting a 10/10 but my car was literally pretty clean not much had to be done. I was more worried about the exterior which was fine. The interior was basically untouched. I had vacuumed my car prior to coming because my favorite car wash was closed. I asked what happened get with the $44 and I definitely didn’t get what I was told I was getting. My doors and dash remained dirty. They didn’t vacuum under my carpet. They were more willing to sell me the membership instead of cleaning the car correctly. I’ll definitely not to return to this location. They lost a potential customer. Also I drive a cx-5 2025 and there was a Mercedes ahead of me and I saw they definitely put more effort on that car

This business definitely doesn't protect its customers' rights. They have two car wash lines, but they absolutely don't follow a queue system. They are unfair to customers; they don't care who came first and who came later. I came here to get my car washed and entered the left car wash line. Five cars that came after me were given priority in the right car wash line. I waited for more than half an hour for my car to be washed. This is not fair; such discrimination is not good. I don't understand what criteria they use to give priority to people. There's no need to give priority to anyone; they pay the same price, and I pay the same price.

Paid for the flagship package. Exterior was fine, but the interior work was absolute garbage. They basically didn't touch the console or cupholders. The 'vacuum' of the trunk and backseat was laughable - they left full leaves in both. The windows were sort of half-ass wiped down with a dirty cloth on the inside - they look worse than before. I get they are constantly busy, but they do a really uninspired job with the interior. Disappointing for the $44 price point.

I almost never post any reviews, unless an outstanding job was done - this was the exact opposite. At $44 you’d think it’ll be a decent cleaning job, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not a single wipe over the dashboard, or surrounding area, door trims weren’t touched, wheels weren’t touched despite paying for them to be cleaned. I explicitly asked for no tire shine and they lathered the crap out of the tires to the point of no traction for several blocks. The car was clean before, and all it needed was a simple dusting and a quick wipe down. Not sure if the pictures capture the dust and lack of wiping done, but I had to go to another wash just to wipe it down myself. Ridiculous and very disappointing.

Tried my first car wash here after losing the car wash on Georgia avenue. Absolutely horrible to not waste your money nothing is clean everything is halfway clean. Even the windshield isn't clean. The wash includes tire shine they did not use tire shine the picture is of how they installed my antenna after the wash. The woman that put it on looked high as a kite. She fumbled with it for a good two or three minutes and that was what she came up with. If you like your car at all did not take it to this car wash. Literally the worst car wash I've ever been to,

I’m a loyal customer of Flagship Car Wash and usually have great experiences at the Rockville and DC (Connecticut Ave) locations. Even when they’re busy, the service is fast, organized, and the wash quality is consistently excellent—both interior and exterior. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday at the DC (Wisconsin Ave) location was completely different. When I pulled up, I sat in my car for quite a while waiting for someone to approach me. Workers were actively detailing a car directly in front of me, and although they clearly saw me waiting, no one came over or directed me. I wasn’t helped until they finished the car ahead of me and finally told me to pull forward. Because the lot is very small and only has one wash lane, what is usually a quick exterior-only visit turned into a long wait while multiple full-service cars were handled ahead of me. It felt inefficient and poorly managed for customers who are just there for a basic wash. It got worse during the wash itself: the car wash was stopped mid-cycle, leaving me stuck in the middle with soap dripping down my car while the workers hand-dried the vehicle in front of me. When the wash resumed, it was clear my car didn’t get properly cleaned—my windshield still had the “B” marking (for basic wash) on it afterward. Unlike the other locations I frequent, this location also doesn’t have an air dryer, so every car was dried by hand, which seemed to slow everything down even more. Overall, I’d recommend going to another Flagship location (like Rockville or Connecticut Ave) for a smoother, faster experience and better service.

I never leave bad reviews. I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt. But this was just terrible. Needed a car wash as I’m traveling, stopped in here looked very nice and professional. I got the $25 deluxe exterior wash, didn’t need the inside done. Gave the guys a $20 tip before they began drying my car to maybe incentivize I just want it to be cleaned nice. And this is how I left with my truck. My friend’s own car washes, sent this to them and they were stunned. Truly terrible. They need to have a manager check vehicles before leaving. Literally still have snow on my truck.
