I visited this business today and only wanted my exterior washed to remove the pollen, since I just got the full service yesterday. However, upon exiting the wash the manager/owner Chris Lee informed me that since I had only purchased their $8 dollar service that his staff wouldn’t dare touch or dry my truck. I’ve never been treated so badly by a business owner. I informed him the guy that sold me this service never mentioned my BMW had to air-dry. I even offered to pay the difference; however, Mr Lee raised his voice demanding me to move on that he couldn’t be bothered, since I had only purchased the $8 exterior wash. I’ve never been so appalled and will never patronise this business again. I hope that this isn’t the way people who are less fortunate are treated. No sir, I was the customer and never raised my voice or was unprofessional with you. You are the one that tried to demean me by only purchasing the $8 was and if you are the owner then you should’ve apologized for your employee not selling me the correct service. I even offered to pay the difference to get my vehicle dried.

I went to Five Star Car Wash this morning to see if I can get my Jeep cleaned up from the snow and salt last week. There was about 6-7 vehicles in front of me but the wait wasn’t long at all. I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked which service I wanted. I think there’s 4 choices. I was interested in the silver option ($12) which cleans the under carriage and has a tire shine. I ended up signing up for the monthly silver package which is $29.99 a month. I’m very impressed with the results I got from this car wash. The only reason why I didn’t give this review a 5 star rating was because the 2 employees at the end didn’t wipe the body of my jeep. They only wiped the windows and the windshield. The temperature is low 20’s and the water droplets froze on the body of my jeep. Not a big deal but just wanted to give my honest opinion. Thanks Five Star Car Wash!

This car wash is the BEST! The quality exterior wash is excellent and leaves a beautiful shine!! I have the monthly plan for me and my wife, we love it, you can get your car washed everyday if you like, it’s well worth it. The manager is a great guy, excellent customer service and very personable. We don’t mind cleaning our own interior so this car wash is a great fit for us all around!!

I like this Car Wash because my car does come out clean with the 20$ Premium wash, however you still end up doing most of the work at the end. Vacuuming, wiping off excess water, wiping your inside dash and windows, step boards,etc. Like other customers said I don’t know why they have a tip box when the customer does all of the after work. They may as well just get rid of the car wipers because there is no point in having them there. This is NOT a 5 star car wash more like 3 Star! The employees and owner are nice though!

I’m just leaving this car wash that I paid $20. This car wash stripped paint off the side of my door, and my car is still dirty! Spoke to Chris who was not very helpful. I will never come here again, and neither should anyone else. They DO NOT take responsibility for their damage to your car! I repeat, DO NOT come here!

Please go the another way customer service and car wash isn't worth it here. Your vehicle is half clean after paying top dollar. Please ya'll put the word out they are terrible they need to be shutdown completely

Every time I come to this car wash they shut down early. They suppose to close at five but they shut the vacuum cleaners down at 4:20 , when I first started coming here they had someone to dry your car, now you have to dry your own car and you rarely get to use the vacuum because they are either broke or they took the hose in early for they can go home early, if there was another car wash close to me in Fort Washington, I would definitely be there instead of here. The customer service is horrible. The service changed, but the prices didn’t!

I rarely ever give a bad review....The car wash was fine but the man who took my payment on Saturday 1/25 was rude, acting as if he was doing me a favor, inviting me to leave after sitting in a long line for service. The last time I checked the customer is the one keeping them in business.... Done & done

I like this car wash. For $20, you get tire dressing that is consistently applied (Jeep Gladiator). It does a good job in getting the grime off for the cost.

Terrible. Not the 1st time that I rush home from VA. Fighting DMV traffic to get here for it to close early. Teriible service and the staff is worst than the service. Short guy with little black beard, who isn't the owner told me he doesn't care if I bring my 3 cars back here or not, so I won't. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt when their machine broke off my Mercedes Benz emblem. Some people aren't worth your money. I guess are neighborhood isn't deserving of great service from this car wash. I get it, it's Friday and everyone wants to start their weekend early but when you own a business, there are certain standards that come with that. I give them an F!

I'll start by saying the owners need to visit some of the competition to see what they can do better. The guy that "preps" your vehicle for the wash only sprays the bug spray at the hood and mainly on the driver's side only. There's no brushing the rear (these car washes are notoriously bad at cleaning the rear end). At one point in the wash, there was a sprayer that was only aimed at the driver's side, so whatever it was doing was uneven. The drying left a bit to be desired. After getting out and hand drying, I noticed the wash didn't get all the dirt off (bird crap was still on my headlight). The tire shine was thick and left a grimy residue on the wheels that took some effort to wipe off. Lastly, there was no signage stating that the vacuums were not available. Long story short they have a long way to go and I will not be going back. ----------------------------------------- After seeing the response from the "owner", I felt the need to follow-up. M comment about the vacuums was simply to say you should have had signs out saying the vacuums weren't available. To that end, I spent $20 for a premium wash and didn't get to fully clean my vehicle. Add that to the fact that the vehicle wasn't clean as expected, approaching you about it just to get a rewash wouldn't matter. If it didn't get clean the first time, why would I go through again? At the end of the day, it's my fault. If I had read the reviews before going, I would've saved myself the minor frustration. Oh, and spraying the bug spray from the driver's side does not provide an even application. I also assure you that the rear of my vehicle was not sprayed, as you suggest. 5 Star by name, but not in execution.

This is a decent car wash. They offer 2 monthly plans besides the pay-per-visit washes. My only issue with this place is that it's hard to tell when they decide to close early due to the weather. They don't answer their phone when you call to check whether they are there or not. I wish they had some sort of automated system on their phone line that would give customers a heads up.

I brought my brand new Volvo here today for a premium car wash and left with a damaged car. After receiving the car wash, I noticed many scratches all over my car; I then communicated with the employees outside & they confirmed that I was not the first person who complained of this, I was however the first to take it to management. After speaking with management, he communicated there was no way I could have gotten these scratches at the car wash, even though I emphasized there was no damage to my car prior to receiving their services. After realizing management did not want to further investigate this claim, I communicated I will be taking legal action and left. I would not recommend coming here unless you would like to risk damage to your car.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a couple years now. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend anyone expecting a complete and professional car wash to come to this place. I paid for a full car wash with bird droppings that happened on my car about 15 mins prior to my arrival. I brought this to the staff members’ attention immediately after the wash and instead of trying to resolve the issue, he refused to offer any form of compensation, refund, or rewash. There was no effort to make it right. Customer service matters just as much as the service itself, and my experience fell short on both. Regardless of the type of package I get, I usually have to spot clean some part of my car. I don’t recommend this “five star car wash”. It’s really just a one star and based on other customer reviews seems like this place is getting worse especially due to their lack of concern and professionalism.
