I've been a customer for the last 4 years, and when I first started coming here I was happy with the results, the customer service, and the attention to detail. They are no longer what they once were. There is little to no desire from the workers to do a thorough cleaning anymore. I would consider it a light wiping & dusting. I'm disappointed and disheartened that a place I once trusted could fall so far from their once high standards. I used to recommend Five Corners to my family and coworkers, but there is no way I could do that now. The exterior still had dirt, the interior was given one quick wipe. I used to be happy to give them a $20 tip because of how hard they worked and how thoroughly clean my car was at the end, regardless of the $90 cost. After my last car wash here, they don't even deserve a thank you.

Scratched the hood and window pillars of my car, brought this to the owner accordingly and was brushed off. He said he'd have his detailer correct the marring on the pillars, appreciate the gesture but I feel that is obligatory. Detailer himself said that the scratches are most likely from a car wash, yet this is the only wash I've been to. And yes hand washing can scratch a car, look up "wash marring". Not only was I not re-compensated but now I have to go to a shop to have the scratches buffed out. Will not be returning and I advise anybody reading this to take business elsewhere. Edit: In the spirit of transparency I'd like to clarify a couple things as well. Firstly I have receipts from my visit, demonstrably proving I had been to this wash in the past month and a half. Blatantly lying to attempt to, and fail, to prove a point is not the mark of a good business lol. Secondly, the marks on the hood and pillars were identical in pattern, depth, and breadth. A simple google search shows that these marks can be from handwashing; "wash marring", in particular, as mentioned above. The manager also mentioned that an instance like this has never happened before, which is laughably illogical. Just because something has never happened before makes it impossible that it may happen in the future? With my reviews I am not typically as thorough nor enthusiastic, but the service , response, and after care has prompted this.

This place used to have lines wrapped around the block. First red flag was when there wasn’t a line. The price for my SUV was OVER $50 for the most basic subpar wash. They made my car DIRTIER than before. What is this white paint??? Never again would I come here.

Pricing is a little high but that's to be expected for a hand car wash. I paid $62 dollars for the deluxe wash. It could've been better. Still have dirt on the exterior of my car. The interior on the dashboard still has dust. Just wished it was a better wash. They spend a short amount of time in my car, which was surprising since I paid for the most expensive wash. To each their own. This is just my review.

Very disappointed with this place. The pricing is completely inconsistent — every visit comes with a different price, and it’s always higher than before. It feels dishonest and misleading. The customer service is also terrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I definitely will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I tried calling a few times a few days ago and no one picked up, but I figured I would give this place a try again since they were offering me a birthday wash for my vehicle. When I got there, the guys who were vacuuming were nice, but the guy who gave me the receipt was not friendly at all. I should have inspected my vehicle more thoroughly there on the spot because when I got home, there was dirt, gunk, and acorns still around and near my windshield wipers! Edit update: The car spa responded and told me, “so bring it back”, stating that they can clean under my hood for the acorns when clearly in some of the photos the acorns and the gunk of dirt was not under the hood, so you don’t need to open the hood to even clean the area. Since someone else mentioned about the floor mats, I might as well write it here in this update too. I asked to have all my floor mats cleaned which they did, but it came back still wet. Whoever replied to my review from Five Corners needs to work on their customer service skills and learn from the female cashier, she was great! I gave this car wash spot quite a few tries, but I will just go elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks.

I found this place on my way home and really needed a car wash. It said open online. I go to the kiosk for an exterior wash and pay $35 dollars and I drive in and it’s closed and locked. I call and it’s an automated AI thing. I said I obviously want my money back and they said someone will “be in contact.” Complete bullshit.

I was told my car wash would be $50!!! When I asked what’s included in that the manager said it is more expensive here than in Florida hahaha. I guess he saw my plates. Then I asked if they wash the mats. He said yes. So I paid the $50. To find out they left my car dirty and disgusting inside. The outside was clean. I asked the men, are you gonna clean this pointing to inside, they said no that’s $100!!!! I left there with dirty windshield, dashboard wasn’t wiped down. Crap on my seats. I specifically went there because I had to bring my mother to my aunts 100 b day party. And I wanted to make sure it was clean inside not so much outside. But I’ll never be back to that car wash. Rip off

I have two complaints about Five Corners Carwash: The first was that I had initially signing up for one of their services, but changed my mind, called, and asked for a refund. I did manage to receive a refund, but I was met with an attitude from both the woman at the counter AND the manager (guy with thick Eastern European accident). I was particularly taken aback by a comment the manager made. It was along the lines of assuming what it means to be an adult. It was an inappropriate statement because I was taking responsibility for my finances and realizing what was more important to me. A professional manager would not have made any degrading comments, but would have simply been disappointed for not having made a sale. The second complaint is about one of the workers. There is a parking lot adjacent to the carwash where I parked. I wasn't there to get my car washed that day. Anyway, when I came around to park in the parking lot adjacent to the carwash, I saw discovered one of the workers urinating near the fence trying to be discreet, then staring at me afterwards. I thought it was weird and inappropriate. Also given that anyone could arrive at any moment for car service. I sent and email to the carwash and got no response. He was South Asian looking guy with glasses. Although the workers did a nice job on my car, I don't care to go back there and will have to find another carwash!

My partner had used this location for many years with always flawless results. Life happened and we moved so it wasn't so convenient anymore. Last year we went back and there were spots missed (eg: had dead bugs on the car from driving upstate and they weren't all wiped off after the wash). We always got the deluxe package. Gave them another chance recently due to the otherwise stellar history. I was in a rush to get gas and head back home so I didn't look too closely when they gave me the keys back. After the car wash, I went across the street to get gas and then noticed how dirty the car was. I will say most people I spoke to were nice including the man who handed me the keys and the counter woman at the register. However, there were still so many bits left to be vacuumed. The central mirror wasn't even wiped down(there was a few smears). Everyone who was actually cleaning the cars seemed to be working so hard but I wonder if current management gives them less time per vehicle, hence the rushed job. Pretty disappointed for paying $90 for a deluxe job.

This place used to be really good. Felt like the service was good for the price. However, it’s felt like every time I go here within the past 1-2 years, it’s been getting worse and worse. There are clear areas in my car that are still dirty afterwards. Got a wash yesterday and there is some sticky residue stuck on my car (might be difficult to see with the lighting). I cannot believe I paid nearly 50 dollars for a car wash where things were not cleaned well, and if anything, was made worse. The staff here are all very friendly and nice, the quality of service is just very poor. I unfortunately will not be going back here ever again.

The best car wash on the island. I've been going here for over 8 years. My car is always fully cleaned inside and out every single time. I recommend their monthly plan, it saves you money if you wash your car at least 3x per month.

I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Even when I became a detailer, I still remained loyal and washed my vehicle during the winter and recommend friends and family. As of today, I will not be doing that nor will I recommend anyone to visit this car wash. David who is the manager there isn't fair to his loyal customers. Each person is just another customer no matter how long you've been supporting him. Vacuums and air pressure are self service on the exterior side. Half the equipment there are either broken or not working properly. He hasn't fixed them in months. He has a man who claims to be another manager working for him. Tall older man with glasses who treats and talks to all clients poorly. Exterior washes are suppose to have first priority since they are quicker to attend too. When the exterior side doesn't work, he looks at the side and ignores it having customers wait over 10 minutes to be attended to. Last week I went and when the worker was wiping down my vehicle, I came out to wipe the door edges because the second I drive off, all the water falls back on the vehicle leaving it wet again. The man who claims to be the another manager yells and tells me to get back into my car. I told him I just need to quickly whip this part before driving off (which only takes me 1 minute to do). He said exterior is only outside. And I told him that makes no sense because a second I drive off the water flys onto the exterior so the car is wet again. I asked him if they use the window spray on the windows because there are water stains on it. He saids no we don't have to because the machine does this. Mind you this is a hand wash hand dry location. He then terminates my membership. I left a message for David the manager to call me about this matter. He has never called me back. I advise you if you are looking for a good car wash with people who will actually take detail to your car, go somewhere else. If you just need a wash then do as you please. But they don't care about helping. They will half fas your vehicle take your money and on to the next. There has been others who had the same experience as me as well. Tough when you're the only car wash in the area so you take advantage of your customers.

I have been coming here for 14+ years. The quality of products, attention to detail and service is best in class. There's a reason why a lot of high end vehicles are washed here. The monthly packages are reasonable price when you take into account what you get.
