I'm sorry but not happy with the finished product and customerservice. I specifically asked if the carpet and headliner would be shampooed and was told yes but neither were shampooed and still had dirt and stains when I picked up my vehicle. I called Jordan to voice my concerns and he offered to do this if I brought it back but after further investigation there were areas that didn't even get vacuumed or cleaned so I decided to cut my losses. I then noticed the 2 umbrellas that were in the vehicle were missing. I contacted Jordan again and he said yes they had the umbrellas. I asked them to bring them to my home since the shop is across town and no reply. I finally went to the shop to get my umbrellas but they only had one if them. I have pictures of the issues as well as chats of our conversations. I for one will not be a repeat customer.

Their deals are scam. I found their ad on social media and reached out to them. The advertised price was $199 for a car cleaning, but Don charged $199 plus taxes and only cleaned the front half of the car. The trunk, which was full of dog and cat hair, was left untouched, despite me specifically mentioning that I needed the car cleaned for my children. When I messaged him to ask why the back wasn’t vacuumed, I received no response. I even gave him a tip, thinking he had done a good job, but these guys are dishonest. I would not recommend this place for car detailing.

I've never had any of my vehicles professionally cleaned before. My daughter wanted her car detailed in preparation for her baby girls arrival. The car was an absolute mess! This car hasn't been cleaned in 3 years and only God could tell you what all had been spilled on the floor and in the seats. It took 8 hours of hard work to get it clean. I had my moms car done. She passed few weeks ago. I wanted it ready for her celebration of life Saturday. Made appointment they set time was late by hours not minutes. With daylight dimming fast they was to start then they left. We agreed on 200 special!!! They called said it was to bad. I was upfront with condition before hand, he said no problem. That’s why they left not because it was getting dark. Then they charged more money 200 to 400$. I wanted ready for Saturday so I gave in. They came next day again late sapose to have three guys only two showed up. Done horrible jobs smears everywhere windows looked like they used a mop. Hair and loose dirt in seat and floor area. Streaks of their cleaners left behind. And again they left cause it was getting dark. To return the next morning. Which they did but had the chance to see it clearly in the daylight!!!! They did not make it right then either. Still wanted 400$ offered to come back again so he gave me the chance to try again yes. But how many times do they need to come to be a professional???? So I declined car has to be ready for Saturday. He was nice on phone yes 200 at most probably less. Charged me 300$ that’s way too high. If your car is already clean then they probably do good. If it’s used then probably not. They rushed my car 100 percent. And took several attempts to finish and still failed. They blame the condition. It was bad but not bad enough you couldn’t get back to normal. There was still loose dirt on floor and seats and back of rear dash area any shop vac would have easily took care of. Now I’ve spent 300$ and still have to vacuum. I’ll just do my own for now on! I would have on this one but dealing with loss of my mom. Lies dishonesty he won’t make right with me thinks 300$ is right he’s wrong he owes me money and knows it.
