The company is fraudulent. I ordered tires online, schedule my appointment, show up 10 minutes early, wait patiently only to be told they didn't have the tires available. What type of clown show is this? I'm not happy at all with service I received. After calling costumer service they suggested I drive to Fayetteville. Not understanding your customer much. Such a fraudulent company.

Went in for an alignment and was in and out in less than an hour. I also made an appointment so if you’re worried about wait time just go online on their website and you can book an appointment. Easy peasy

First time taking my car here and I was pleasantly surprised! Booking the appointment online was very quick and easy and they even got to my vehicle early. They displayed excellent customer service with notifying me of discounts and even calling to let me know of any additional issues they found with my vehicle. I'll definitely be back again

Don't let these fake reviews lie to you this place is a scam they charged me $260 for an oil change they didn't do, put my truck on the lift and started taking parts off in a "courtesy check" without authorization from the driver. They added oil to the old oil and most likely blow my engine due to being over filled and its having mechanical issues now. And don't say anything or the manager with threaten to keep youre keys, make false police reports and threaten assault if you don't pay. Now I have to deal with corporate for claims on the damages. Picture is after I left.

They didn't turn the back rotors. I did a visual inspection and noticed the rear rotors were still groved and shiny. I asked the salesperson to examine it, and he did. He instructed me he discuss it with the mechanic. The mechanic asked the sales person how I knew they weren't turned, and saleman replied that the rotors were groved and shiny. After that conversation, they agreed to turn rotors. No explanation or sorry , just have a seat. Stumped at the level of lazzy incopatance, i asked, thinking of other things that might get looked over to make sure the rear parking break was adjusted. The reply to that was that we didn't charge you to adjust the rear parking break. With no offer to attend to that issue at all, I had another Firestone dealer inspection of the work. I was informed everything looked ok except the rear rotors looked like they were turned too fast. That dealer will be adjusting the rear breaks at a later date. Update..the rear parking break just needed adjusting. It's working now. Any one that knows breaks knows to adjust the parking break. Once again stated everything else looked fine. And yes, I paid the shop additional money to adjust the parking break. I did email social care today. Will see if they truly respond. Again, please note this is not my experience with other Firestone centers. Just this one shop. I've had work done at Firestone from Indiana to Texas and never had such an experience. I hope this shop gets what it needs and the community to get fair work for their hard earned money. Update, I was asked to send over documentation of the event via email. So I did. I was asked what they can do to make things right. My reply in a nut shell fix the store issue and give the community a respectable place to have work done. Firestone replied that they will forward this to the local store and that they may reach out if it's ok. I replied yes and haven't heard a thing since. I don't want to argue but I will not take my car back till I know things have been address.

Got a tire fixed, they are really high $$35.00 to fix a flat... my lord hope that what ever you used will last. The service was really slow took forever just to get into the system to get the service. Thought the tire with the screw would be flat before it got back there.

WOMEN BEWARE. A few years ago I went here, & was still paying the price until recently when I got a different car. They took of all my new nice tires at the time & replaced them with crap "sure fire" or sure drive brand tires. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO THIS. & then they told me they were "complimentary". I didn't want that done!! The tires had nothing to do with what I had come in to have done either. Even other Firestone locations I talked to later on that saw the work orders & the notes & everything didn't know why they would do what they did & give me "complementary tires". Completely scammed me, I had no men around at the time to help me & was in college. My family runs a mechanic shop & there's no way in hell that they would give out free tires. My car didn't get fixed right, & I left with crappy tires because they "couldn't find them" & then changed their tune when I mentioned my dad had a shop, but by then I was too busy doing college to get them.

Friday was a difficult day for Firestone—there were several miscommunications between the tech on call and the team about what was going on with my vehicle. I had missed an important doctor’s appointment because the radiator hose had a hole in it. When the vehicle was driven again on Sunday, the clamp came off and the radiator blew. When the staff at Firestone heard about what had happened, they didn’t hesitate to make things right. Not only did they replace the radiator, but the tech on staff personally gave us a ride home while they kept the car overnight to finish repairs by Monday. They fixed the problem at no cost to us, and that kind of integrity and kindness is rare these days. Despite the rough start, Firestone truly went above and beyond to make things right. I’m very grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and the way they took care of the situation. It turned a stressful experience into one that restored my faith in great customer service.

Very disappointed! Had an appointment my car was pulled back, they had the wrong parts had to go get different ones. Car sat for over 2 hrs with nobody working on it and I had to keep asking for updates. Was there for over 5 hours. Also unable to fix the codes from changing brakes. Very upsetting as I had no dashboard lights on when I went in and now I have 2! Definitely will never go back!

After having a flat tire while picking up supplies today, we stopped at 3 tire shops before stopping at firestone in Fort Smith and they were the only one that got us in right away with great customer service! We even called 2 of the other shops closer before we made the trip to their shop to make sure they could get us in immediately, after assuring us they could we made the trip to their shop just to be told we had at least an hour wait before they could even get started on our flat. So we went to firestone and they got us taken care of immediately. Awesome job guys! Thank you all and God Bless!
