Edit: Tried this place again, came home and saw scratches on my dashboard. Not interested in coming back to this place again! It's a 2021, so not that old to have this much damage. It's not the greatest. Been there a few times, they always leave spots unwashed and they just throw the mats back in without properly securing them. I almost slipped. I was about to give an extra tip until I heard one of the workers audibly groan and complain that "it was another truck". Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll go somewhere else.

Revised! Lazy! Read the other Platinum reviews. Its the same horrible experience! We have gone from excellent to we don't care. I have recommended this place and you acquired two new customers. Now I will recant and you will lose three. I just paid for Platinum service ($27) for my Black Porsche. Not only did it NOT rate as "Platinum" it doesnt even represent a regular wash. I was paying the cashier when i inquired about detailing. Why on earth would I pay you $225 for detailing when you cannot even take accountability for cleaning my car? I was in disbelief when the ladies turned my car over within about 5 mins with interior and exterior dirt. I began to wipe away the surface dirt and called the cashier out. I almost choked when she said I need interior detailing. So I have to pay you for detailing in order for you to actually clean the surface and exterior of my car? BTW there were no other customers behind me. The ladies went back to chatting and playing with their phones Its a bum rush assembly line to take your money and run. I will go to Porsche for detailing and will never come back here! Comprede? ------------------------------------------------- Excellent prices and services. I was going to west orange car wash on Main Street. I watched prices creep up to $28. It's soap and water people. I feel almost foolish now. I should have left Long ago!

You get what you pay for. They’ll do your interior and exterior for only $15. But you’ll probably have to clean your glass again because of the streaks. And the vacuum job is negligent. Avoid any of the higher level packaged with wax because they don’t take the time to apply it properly, so you end up with globs of dry wax all over your car (see pics). Also, had to wait for almost fifteen minutes because a car got stuck in the wash. Not so much as an apology for the wait. Not recommended. But good value wash.

I have been going here with all the cars in the house for years. They have always been OK. I have bought their prepaid books of car washes and I have taken several cars to the associated detailer. Today I came with the car we don't use often and had been sitting under a tree. It was a little dirty on the hood. It wasn't like anyone took it off-roading. I was told it was too dirty to wash and I would need to go to the detailer for $80. I will never go back. I guess I need to find a new car wash.

Paid for the “best package” — apparently that means “barely cleaned” and “soak the floor mats for fun.” Interior still had dirt and crumbs, the exterior (not pictured) looked like it skipped the wash entirely, and to top it off, our floor mats were soaked. Thrilled to have spent $26 for what looks like the “good enough” package. Truly top-tier mediocrity.

I wanted to like this car wash. It’s convenient and quick. However recent reviews are still accurate. I took my car to be cleaned because I didn’t want to manage the dust, spots, etc. I paid for Deluxe and the wheels are still dirty, which was supposed to be included, and my seats still have dirt and stains. I’ll probably look for another option. I’d rather them move a little slower and more methodically to be the job done than aimlessly wipe down my car.
