I go to this location in Eastland for the dog wash. Just wish they had a table or hooks to set or hand stuff. when we wash our dog. we bring a bag with a big towel and some grooming supplies. there is no place to put the bag, leash, or collar. This location is one of the better ones if you need to use the dog wash station. Also, the workers are helpful and friendly.

Took both of my jack terrier mix dogs to get groomed. The groomer refused to trim my female dog, lied and said it was against company policy. She called me an hour later to pick up my male dog and his coat was all chopped up, underbody uncut, and face uncut except for the area I told her not to cut😡. When she brought him out to me I told her work was unacceptable and all she kept saying was she'll try and do her best. I said for $75 you need to "do" and not "try". NEVER EVER going back there for any reason whatsoever. Should have just stayed with Petsmart

Awful experience, I came in to get a refund for a puffer fish that dies cause it wouldn’t eat from the first day I bought him, he showed signs of illness soon after I brought him in my house, despite having excellent water conditions and having thriving fish. As soon as I walk in and ask for a refund I am met by this young and honestly xenophobic, rude young girl who made a comment about my accent, and told me there was “no need for being disrespectful” even though I only asked to speak to the manager. I am never ever settling foot in this place again and I’d urge you to do the same. You don’t deserve any business when you treat your clients this bad. Also all your fish are often rotting and dying in their tanks.

First of all, 7.1.2025 at 5:30 pm, the gentleman here? You are awful. Truthfully your attitude is awful. Energy is everything and you treated us like dirt. I asked where the bathroom was because I really had to go, and you ignored me and waved me off. The sweet girl there was so nice. She needs a raise. Then we bought a dog carrier and installed it in the parking lot and we didn’t see a garbage can, we could’ve just left it outside your door bro, but we walked inside and you said “you can’t bring your garbage in here”…. Which is funny because you’re in there 🤔 anyway. Be nice or stay home because the world is awful enough without your awful attitude. Thanks.

This one has been coming for a while. As an avid pet lover, this is just disgusting. There are DEAD pet Betta fish sitting on the shelf, the ones that are ALIVE have JUST enough water to be able to move. I have NEVER seen a place that could let this slide. They may be just "Fish", but that does not mean that this level of NEGLECT is alright. I have seen other reviews from months ago that show similar living conditions for the other animals in the store. While I was there I didn't see any others in this condition, but given fish are some of the most simple animals to care for... I can't help but worry about the other creatures in that store. Absolutely, utterly, tragic. I want to know how long fish have to sit in that water before they begin to SHRIVEL UP INTO BONES. I am seething at this store and will be reporting them to the animal control.

Update: I went in recently just to see if it had gotten better and it was soooo much better. Tanks looked like they were in decent condition but could have been a little better. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I have never gone into a pet store and seen fish tanks in the condition these are in. Completely disgusting…every single one.

Feeders Pet Supply in Eastland has very good selection of food for all kinds of pets. Staff is friendly and professional. I recently ended up placing an order on a Sunday afternoon to be delivered, and I honestly wasn't expecting to get it that day, but it was, so that was a pleasant surprise. I usually enjoy going on and browsing, but the delivery option is nice to have when needed.

The Feeders Pet Supply on off Winchester Rd, in Lexington KY is THE best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. It’s always clean, they’re always polite and quick to help or offer help! I’ve always had a very positive experience working with their online customer service too but at this specific location, they’re the best. Hands down

I visit this store almost every Wednesday. Usually the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Today was a very different story. 2 people that I have not seen in the last year and half of going to this store were neither welcoming nor helpful. They were the opposite. The young male behind the counter seem annoyed that I asked for his help with a certain brand of collars that had a place and sign but no product. They had the product a few weeks ago, as I purchased one. I asked for a manager as the young man said he did not know anything about it, but someone came in and took a lot of product off the shelf. The manager came out from the office. I explained I needed to exchange a collar. This collar has a lifetime warranty. He said I needed a receipt for this product. (This was not the collar I purchased a few weeks ago. But I was so happy when I saw the brand there as I have purchased this brand for 20yrs due to the warranty.) I stated in the past with this collar company they just needed the damaged product in exchange since it is a lifetime warranty. The manager told me not get loud and rude and asked what were we doing here. I was also bit confused since he actually was the one getting a bit louder. I placed what product I was going to purchase on the counter and walked out. I did not raise my voice matter of fact I have laryngitis, so no loud sounds even if I tried. I am sad to say this ruined my weekly visit routine and more than likely my business for all of Feeder Supply.
