Some ok deals on seasonal stuff. Store was somewhat messy. Prices higher than expected for a dollar store, several items could be purchased cheaper from Walmart.

This place is just wrong I bought a set of Sony headphones walked out to my truck plugged them in my phone they don't work turned around walked back in the store and they said no we will not return them because of covid-19 here's the fact headphones are not essential items they are returnable had to fight like hell tothe name of Lady and the guy and the store manager and they couldn't even tell me the store's phone number that they were working at very unprofessional store needs a lot more training

The cashier Sarah was extremely rude accused me an my son of stealing because we didn't buy something from the store. Also claimed the beep noise did not go off. When I walked back through the doors it again didn't make a noise, however she again wanted to check my purse. Which might I remind u nothing was found because I am not a thief. I will not go back to that store. I did not even get an apology.

Every time I look for something online and I come to the store, they never have it. They need to learn how to use their inventory and market down so people aren’t coming when they don’t have it…. Hate having to go to Walmart but I’m done with City market

I have NEVER had any thing but a great experience at this store they just tend to run out of things but to me this just say's they have what people are after and at a good price. They just need to stock up more often that's all. Out side of this every thing is great. It's by far better than the 1 out by Rim Rock Walmart and I quit going into that 1 as some of the staff at that 1 can get to be rude. I learned that 1 a littler over 4 years ago and have not went back in since. I don't shop at $ tree very often but when I do I choose the Clifton 1. This review is actually for the Clifton "Dollar Tree"

I had someone (i believe it to be the person that checked me out ) Fridays ago ,use my check card info to make two charges for $500 + each to my account after I had shopped there that day. I should have trusted my instinct thinking that it was kind of odd and unproffessional of the male employee to be on his phone (speaker phone) activating his credit card while he was scanning the items i was purchasing that day. Then I realized that very next day that my account was in the negative because of two $500 +purchases at Family Dollar posted back to back after I made my $60 purchase there that day! I would be willing to bet that he was activating a card that didnt even belong to him! I would appreciate if Family Dollar would give me back the money that was stolen from me at their store by the way of allowing 2 purchases for over $500 to be made on my check card ! Who spends $500 at Family Dollar and NOT TO MENTION TWICE IN ONE DAY BACK TO BACK!?!?

Had to pick up some items for our new house can't expect much from a dollar store but this place was absolutely disgusting. Not even 10mins in here walking through the isles, dead & alive Cockroachs in the isles... we went through the house hold area and seen multiple alive dead and was even more disgusted to see them in the food isles. Will not be returning here!

Buyer beware my grandma went into this store and the manager was extremely rude. Failed to honor an advertised price she just ripped the sign down and laughed at my grandma for asking for a number to file a complaint. The manager told her that no one was going to do anything if she complained. Corporate was contacted and hopefully no one else will have to deal with this unprofessional behavior.

The store itself is nice, and there’s a lot of stuff, but not very family friendly. Unfortunately, every single time I have gone there, the restrooms have not been open :( which is really hard as a family trying to help a get a toddler to learn to communicate and let us know when they have to use restroom. We get there, she tells me she has to go potty, and every single time the staff tells me that the bathroom is closed, so I have to tell my kid we need to go home which leads to an upset ordeal because we literally just got there to look and now we have to rush home . Pls get bathroom fixed. I hate taking my daughter there just to disappoint her right when we walk in the door Because she was a big girl and communicated she had use restroom only to get rushed out
