I walked in to see if they had shaving cream. The woman there was putting up product and on her personal cell phone the entire time. I wanted to ask where the product was but she blantaly ignored me and walked away talking on her phone everytime I got near her. Thanks for the help... I'm still not sure if you had it but I don't plan on going back to see.

This store is not only the most unprofessional family dollar customer service I ever had. There was a cashier that was an old lady with glasses making false assumptions saying that the money wasn't mine and that I stole it from someone within the store and the person came up and that I'm not the guy and then I had the worst attitude when just trying to pay ridiculous q

No one acknowledged me, even tho I came very close to several employees. I even came up to the counter to ask a question. Two ladies behind the counter were talking quietly to each other, I know they saw me. I stood there a minute, waiting politely for them stop talking. They did not, so I left. I won't return.

I shop at this family dollar all the time and this time I went back in to pick up some items from the red tag clearance shelf. They had a sign that said additional 50% off red tag items. Well nothing she scanned came up to 50% off the red tag. I went and talked to the manager and she said she would not lower the price. False advertising.

I live very close to this store so it's convenient to buy my mascara from. Half way through shopping there the clerk's boyfriend/husband comes in and they start bickering. I finished my shopping and went to desk to check out. No one came when I rang bell. I look outside and she's outside smoking! And arguing with her boyfriend/husband! I waited for almost ten minutes and she still didn't come back inside. Not to mention when she did she needed to wash her hands before touching my items ... Gross!! I finally gave up and was too mad to want the items. She must of known I was standing there because I went to my jeep and she turned to me and said I'm sorry ma'ma. She should of not made me wait, been arguing with her boyfriend at work and been smoking while she should of been doing her job. She was very unprofessional. They lost a customer. -A loyal neighbor-

This Family Dollar has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered they do not put the customers first and always have an attitude! I had just walked up to the counter after another customer literally checked out and said I am ready to check out as well and the lady Joan said let me finish this first and started putting a bunch of candy into a cart very aggressively and loud throwing it and taking her time when she should have immediately helped me the customer and there was even another person behind me! Every job I have had customer service is the number one priority!

In the pet isle I found a couple of very cute cat dishes 2.95 each got everything I needed went to pay they wouldn't sell the cat dishes because they was pennied out? Absolutely refused said she would be fired if she sold them and they needed to get sent back to wherever. They lost 6 dollars last night and a customer I will be contacting home office as well so just wanted people to know that all things on there shelves are not for sale apparently

This store has helpful, nice workers. Good variety of decor, shelf food, pet supplies, and good prices on cold/ frozen foods. There is a wheel chair accessible sidewalk at the designated parking spots, BUT no button to open the heavy entry doors. Bring a helper. Digital coupons in the app!

Found these in the clearance section didnt even know Elmo was 50! Great customer service. I find all the little deal and steals I can't anywhere else. This is a one stop shot for home essentials for sure. 2.8.2022 Got a bag today for a dollar and kitten chow!! Iv looked all over for this brand and the lady at the register was very sweet!
