I can't stand when you wait in line and the staff opens a line and starts checking out people behind you. Guaranteed that I'll drop my items and leave the store. Beside that, the store was pretty messy and disorganized compared to other Family Dollar locations.

This location is the filthiest location in the city! Products aren't put up, floors are really nasty, shelves empty, boxes in the aisles. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed!

Was in there to get a blanket the worker was less than helpful wouldn't even point us in the right direction couldn't find anything after walking around the store the shelves haven't been stocked in quite a while. Will never go to this location again.

Make sure yall check your receipts when going ro family Dollar in Eastland they are over charging people the price you see under the product is not the actual price so they may charge you more than what it actually cost so make sure you check cause the lady stated that it wasn't her fault that the managers haven't chane the price tag and that she has to charge you the price of what it may ring up So once they scan it and if the price is higher than what it is on the shelf they wont change it or give you the difference so technically they can rip you off and get away with I won't cone back

Have filled out several application and never been called or talked to go in their everyday have to eat least a 30 hour in line to be treated rudely. Contacted David store meager and easy told because I was missing teeth and not to thief standards I have worked fastrood without teeth and was loved by my customers and will be contacting attorney for discrimination he also likes to sexual hrase the young pteety girls witch is inappropriate

Everything I go to this location I'm charged more for things than they were marked but today when I went there I don't know how they did it but they ended up charging my card $10 extra dollars! I spent $11 and noticed later that my card was charged $21! I swear they're out right stealing from people here! I'm so sick of this store!

The worst Family Dollar location in Lexington,KY period! Employees are rude and very unprofessional. This location should just close I'll be sure to tell everyone I come across to avoid this place.

Usually get a soda or something cheap. Tuna or sandwich 🥪 stuff. Cell phone chargers and things. Tuna. But this place. Made up a situation in helping police lie about me. Basically to help physically keep me trapped and living their lie after trying to stop what was being done to me by people saying I told on someone. The accusations came. So the police contacted this place. In a situation that has nothing to do with what their saying. Basically because some people u got into with worked for police when they accused me of something they just bent everything to fit what they wanted. Later the told me everything had got figured out. After that from a lot of people i was told multiple things about someone setting me up. So they were right for about 2 years I was told this, at the end people said more and more serious stuff. That they wanted dead and what they said was to get me hurt. So i found out my phone was hacked people started acting different and my life totally changed I got told everyday not to say anything and hurt. Couldn't go to the police because they were lying and laughing about it. They attacked me and drastically changed my health. Ended up they was hacking my phone, making it look like i told on people they were. Trying to get me hurt watching who I talked to lying to them, came anywhere I went with police behind them, after them mentioning the situation they caused to happened I started looking at conversations of a girl that was with my aunt these people were close to my aunt and trapped me there but everything I looked at involving the situation was completely deleted. Then police rode around me and made a big scene years later when they deleted a direct conversation with someone they definitely had going back and lying like they were. Basically laughing at me in public. So this story got contacted and made up a situation where I was told to leave. Because I was buying food and police are definitely still setting me up trying to mask it and do things like this so they can hurt me if I don't act how they want atm witch comes from them filming and hurting me. Very cruel what their doing and completely obvious.

This big bodied worker at this exact location tried to accuse me of stealing yesterday and demanded to check my purse even though nothing was in it. I believe she was discriminating and I can’t believe I even spent my money there. Save the headache. Don’t go here.

Went to get some items I couldn’t find. Got treated like a criminal with employees following me through the store. Asked for help finding something but they wouldn’t help me. Finally found what I was looking for but had to wait on a cashier and then it rang up for more than what was listed. Had to get a manager to but she wouldn’t change the price. Overall an unsatisfactory experience. Really makes me question why I shop here.
