The floors here are stickier than a night club. This location needs TLC. Shelves are bare of product and dusty. Overall not a pleasant experience. My visit was extremely short.

Ghetto store. Good prices, bad clientele. Some of the staff seem to know what they are doing, other days it has been ridiculous. Could be better organized, but I attribute that more to the clientele than the skeleton crew they have running.

Went in the store to return an rca chord i had bought that was the wrong size for my stereo. I had receipt , and box. They would not give me a refund or store credit. Said it was store policy. I left the item on counter and walked out. I shop there 15 times a week. Will not be back.

It's usually a quick step but they've changed a lot of things around. It's kind of hard to find what I was looking for but I did store seems to be the same

Store Manager and Loading Staff for deliveries were extremely rude and slow. Store is unkempt and stock is overflowing in the aisles. It is a safety hazard just to navigate through the store with as much merchandise that is stacked 6’ to 8’ high.

This was my first visit to your location. The store was definitely a large store. Wasn't sure where the things I need, but the employees were courteous and helpful. The cashier was courteous, friendly, and made sure I found everything I needed. I don't live in neighborhood but if I am in that area, will stop in. Thank you.

Always a good place to go for great bargains. A step above Dollar tree most times the FAM FAM and The GENERAL is my #2 when looking for almost anything for the house, as well as clothes food and Party supplies , stationary products , holiday decor, and q variety of toys for the he kids. This particular spot has had issues in the past w the neighborhood its in (across from country town) so u get a small taste of CHATEU LA GHETTO, however the employees despite being local were very polite and semi helpful. I'd say worst part of the trip was cleanliness of the store tho I've seen way worse conditions at vestal ave stuff kinda strewn about and semi unstocked shelves, though that's only partially the fault of the workers. Again that location gets busy and its hard to man the cash register and watch thieves and stock and clean the isles. Though I just say nobody harassed my wife for her luscious backside which is almost always a given while in that neck of the woods. Give my trip a 6.5 out of 10.

Me and my sister in law couponed here recently and when we requested our total we were completely ignored!! We asked if our coupons came off? Once again completely ignored!! We needed up paying way more then I would have if I knew what my total was!! We were ignored when we requested literally any information but the cashier had plenty of time to talk to her co worker then once I pointed out that some of my coupons or something had not came off she finally acknowledged me and gave me attitude and told me they did come off which is correct some of them did but not to what it should have!!

The tap pay option on the registers does not and has not worked all year at least, and the employees are rude and obnoxious about it every time. The manager just told me a few minutes ago that the problem was with my phone, and that it has worked for everyone else today. I attempted on all 3 registers and the manager was no help whatsoever. She was very rude about it as though i was bothering her by asking to pay for my items. That store is also always unclean, with unpacked boxes always in the aisles. The store is clearly a reflection of its management, and i won't be going there again.

Great staff. Always nice and clean here and the staff aren't overly aggressive about trying to catch shoplifters by purposely setting traps that look attractive to cleptos and poor people. I had to do this when i worked at Spencer's gifts and I honestly hated doing this. I didn't feel right about it at all. Other than that I like this family dollar location. Was checked out by a guy named Troy last night and I appreciate him trying to help us pay by looking for change on the counters and floor around him. Very sweet and caring kid, man. Nobody's like that these days.

I like how close this one is to my place so I don't have to walk far. I do wish they had a bigger selection of female shoes and sometimes clothing, and I also couldn't find thumb tacks here, either. Other than that I love this family dollar. Lots of good snacks, huge selection of hair dyes, products and shampoo/conditioner, which is super important to us females. Makeup and nail stuff is now being held behind the counter and im glad they did because so much stuff was being obviously stolen. Usually it smells amazing in there as well.

I will not be a regular as much anymore cuz u cant bring empty bags in the store & u also cant bring ur carts in the store anymore. I was a regular since they opened in Binghamton north side. I am very disappointed in how they treat me now. So now I leave them with a 1 star over all.
