I would have given a much higher rating of stars, however, every single employee was grouped in a huddle talking to a customer and they were being very loud and allowed this customer to vocalize a great deal of curse words. It was very unprofessional. Also not all the prices matched up. So dreading going back. Hoping I don't have to

I live just around the corner from this particular store and go there nearly everyday. I am one of those customers who engages in conversation if the cashier doesn’t and I am extremely polite, as I once worked in customer service and understand it’s a frustrating job. There is an older African American woman who works there, Francine, and she has to be the worst customer service associate I have ever dealt with. She will engage with any and all people who are brown skinned, but absolutely refuses to speak to the Caucasian customers. I ALWAYS say “hi” and thank her and she completely ignores me and ignores every other white person who does the same, as I have seen with my own two eyes and my husband has also seen it firsthand. My 7-year-old is also a people person and attempted to engage with this associate and she looked my daughter dead in the eyes and completely ignored her!! She needs some serious re-training and I will continue to call and make a complaint until the issue is resolved.

Nice,clean, does not enforce facemasks. It does have a sign stating "Face coverings required to enter". Walked right in as well as about 10-15 other customers within 10 minutes without one, got a bunch of stuff, cashed out without anything said about it. If you are an anti-mask freedom fighter like I am this is the store for you!

Evett was excellent!!!!She acknowledged every guest and was very helpful.When I called the store later in the evening ,Zach answered and he was very helpful and cheerful.Its so nice to see employees who enjoy customer service. I have 35 years working with the public.I actually love my job.... but It takes a special kind of person to excell when it comes to this line of work...I am new to the area and because of them I will be returning. And I need to add the store was very clean and organized. Customer service is a thankless job sometimes. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication.

The store did not have much. I got a couple things myself and three other people waved at the cash register for about 10 minutes, ringing the bell for somebody to come from the back to ring us up, I mean, come on how hard is it to do your job the lady came out from the back with a whole crappy attitude like we were inconvenience her if you don’t wanna work then don’t get a job. Let the people that actually want to work get the jobs. Ridiculous.

Great service, worked with me when they didn't have enough change. But not one minute after I cleared my cart after purchase loaded my bag and put the cart back for them did someone come zipping around the corner as I'm opening my orange juice, (I just purchased from inside and went to light a cigarette in the clear smoking area) Tell me I can't smoke a cigarette here but it is the smoking area. Very disappointing end to my two mile morning exercise. Needless to say it made for an awkward experience that I would rather not have to deal with first thing in the morning. If I were you only drive here. Because you won't even make it out of the lot of foot before someone tells you that you can't even open the drinks you buy before you leave there property.
