I have been in business for many years. And know great talented people in customer service. However Kathleen is the best I have seen. She really went out of her way to help us out in our travels. You are very VERY lucky to have her. The storage was very clean and she was easy to work with. We need more people like Kathleen in this world.

The place is nice and that Elevator, was an experience for me ! Maria & Mark are both very nice Ppl really down to earth understanding Ppls needs. From a financial, point of view. The only thing I have to say is it took me longer to move in due to the fact that they have a shortage on the flat beds. Using Grocery Carts was awful. Other than that everything is well worth it. I highly recommend Bow Tie, Their prices are excellent. Happy to have found this place.

My things have been stored here (Mini Storage Depot @ Antioch)for 2 1/2 yrs. In the climate controlled area. Finally able to move it into an house!! I was delighted today to come back and find everything is safe and in great condition. The place is always clean and Kathleen at the front desk is a pleasure and provides excellent customer service.

One person in particular is Tion the manager is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that I have. The property is well maintained and secure. So far my experience has been good. My last property with them was the same.
