$12 for a monthly pass is a pretty good deal. The basic wash does a decent job, especially if you go regularly. It is a touch wash, so I would avoid it if you have a nicer vehicle and want to protect your clear coat from micro-scratches. The free vacuums are nice, though they don't always have them all turned on, and it's not clear to me if there's a way to tell which ones are on before getting out of your car. I recommend backing in, since the doors aren't in your way that direction. The door mat washers are okay for a quick touch up, but don't expect a deep clean.

HUGE shout out and ALL the gratitude to Grant, Stacy, Brenden, and Summer at Express Car Wash today! My poor pup was so sick this morning on the way to our vet appointment. She destroyed my car mats! The Express Car Wash crew were amazing and helped me wash/clean my mats and let me use the vacuum free of charge. They were so kind and eased my frantic/stressed brain. Thank you SO much!

First and last visit yesterday. While the automatic wash itself was good enough, the person who was supposed to pre-wash my vehicle did not. They very quickly sprayed half my windshield, then barely splashed my rear window. Didn't spray any other part of my car, like the tailgate where auto washes have a hard time cleaning. As result, my car still has some dirt on it and brush marks where a real pre-wash would've made a huge difference. If you're gonna pay someone to pre-wash, teach them to actually pre-wash, especially in Winter. There was plenty of time to hit lower panels and tailgates to break up the dirt. This is your standard of service, at least yesterday, since the cars in front of me received the same sub par service.

So I bought a pass here because there was a good deal on it. And I've tried to use it and what has stunned me in a pleasant way is that the staff people are more friendly than other places. In fact, they go out of their way to be friendly. There's always somebody at the check-in kiosk helping you out and being friendly and then the people directing you into their car wash are super friendly. It really adds a wonderful touch and makes them stand out.

Please avoid this car wash: 1. A lady started screaming at me and scared my infant son for no reason. (I think it may have been because no one was manning the spray station and I was already getting into the wash) 2. Left my new Tahoe with scratches on my tail lights and back bumper. 3. My car did not look clean after the wash; there was dirt residue all over the hood Do NOT recommend

I came to this place on the weekend and they offered a “Platinum” car wash for $21. Ok, I’m busy, so I’ll bite. The girl standing at checkout offers me a $5 trial of a premium plan… sure, why not? So I run my SUV through. The front and back weren’t really completely washed. So what? I can come back tomorrow when I am less busy right? So…. Monday I come back and they say my credit card was declined on the previous transaction. Huh? I saw the charge, but rather than argue, I gave the guy an AMEX. So… they then charged me $30.99. I ran through again and got a text later in the day saying I had another membership. I now have 2 memberships that will rebill me $30.99 for the same car. I call… no one answers. So I go down and the guy behind the counter confirmed they charged me $5.00 on one card and $30.99 on the other. They were nice enough at my request to cancel both memberships, but it would appear I still paid $35.99 between 2 cards on what was supposed to be a $21 wash. Be careful with these guys

Do not bring your car here unless you want it to get all scratched up and damaged. The manager will just blame his employees and not offer any assistance after they damage your vehicle. Plus when he was taking down my information, he wasn't even paying attention and wrote my email and phone number down incorrectly. But even AFTER i fixed it he never contacted me about compensating the damage. No email. No call. I waited over a week to give him a change to make things right before leaving this review and a subsequent Yelp review. Maybe they will care if it damages their business like they damaged my car.

They just created a customer for life. We had a spot on our windshield and side of the door that didn't want to come off. I asked we could run it thru again. The second time still didn't get it. The managers came out and helped us scrub it by hand. The female manager insisted we run it thru a third time to make sure it was all clean and shiny. The professionalism, customer service and friendliness of the entire staff was well above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we got our car cleaned to our satisfaction and more importantly that it met the high standards the car wash itself has in place. I will not only come back for all my car wash needs but I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for going above and beyond to insure our happiness and satisfaction.

I don't have a review but I have a question? The express car wash off of Dublin is now closed and I had a subscription. So my question is, did iour subscriptions automatically close?? or how do I close my monthly subscription so I don't continue to be charged each month?

Great Carwash, my car was clean after I went through and shout out to the staff who stay out there. (Stephen, Izzy, Brenden, Arien, and Stacy!) Makes sense on why all of the locations are losing staff. You can tell the employees get treated like crap. But all the people who work here are always nice and professional. It's a shame that the owner can't seem to treat his employees like people :/ but the wash always gets my car clean and the team is great!

When we entered the wash, the employee used the high powered hose on our windshield. It was so abrupt I jumped. Once the automated wash started, I saw a crack in my windshield from top to bottom. I think that the high pressure hit a small chip and cracked the whole windshield. We figured we couldn’t prove anything so didn’t talk to them, but maybe the hose holder stood too close to our car when using it?

I Had used this car wash a few times prior and had good service. I took my Nissan armada, and as you can see from the pictures below literally stripped off the paint on my bumper. Brought it to the owners attention. All I was offered was five free car washes. That is nothing and if you’re damaging one of my vehicles why would I bring the other?!!! They were in willing to repaint my bumper and told me I should have paid attention to the warnings? Be very careful when using this car wash.

I’ll come back again. The vacuum cleaners and mat cleaners are free which is a plus. I paid for the basic wash and was charged $8 (although their posted sign and their flyers both said they charge $7). I asked the attendant and she said they’re raising their prices and haven’t updated advertising yet. I thought that was a bit misleading, hence the 4 star rating. The car wash itself was a good experience and I left with a clean car.

Unfortunately I have to leave two stars, I genuinely have enjoyed using this car wash, because of how close it is to my office. In early December, my family and I went to get my Tesla washed, my Tesla slipped out of neutral, and as I attempted to put it back into neutral, I was hit by a black jeep behind me. After a minute or two, the car wash finally stopped, and I was able to get my vehicle back into neutral. I spoke to the team lead that was there and had a report filled out. I waited a week for their team lead to tell me, (in person after I went back because no one had followed up with me) that the accident was my fault, and "I hit the car behind me." She then let me know someone would be in contact with me, and since then, no one has. At this point, I will have to live with it. After speaking to an attorney it was evident that Express Car wash did not have the proper supervision over the vehicles in the car wash when they were supposed to. I will not be using their service again, and I would not recommend anyone else use this place as well.

I came in here with a free wash barcode for their top tier wash. I still had my ski rack on which wasn’t an issue. I was overly impressed with how clean my car was when it came out, most of the bugs were knocked off. This is a no frills car was so no dash wipes, glass/surface cleaner or drying towels so remember to bring your own. Vacuums worked very well and got everything in my car. I liked how there was no high pressure sales people to greet me trying to sell their membership package which I appreciated. They do have one mat washer and it did a great job getting my floor mats clean. Affordable no frills car wash. Bringing my car back here!

The staff here are some of the most caring and kind people I have ever met! Paint spilled in our car and we pulled up there in a panic. Despite the company not having all the commercial resources to help us, Ross gave us a tarp, a bucket, sprays, a trash bag, gloves, disposable towels, and towels! Amazingly hospitable! After we finished cleaning the paint up, he helped us wash the mat and we went through the car wash. The car wash was had fun colors and scrubbed the car really well with the brushes. An amazing car wash!

Express Car Wash at 1378 Republic Drive, Colorado Springs CO 80921 is my GO TO Car Wash for my family. We have an unlimited wash plan for both cars and our Dodge Ram 1500. They are in the perfect location at Voyager/ Interquest intersection. Right across from the Gas Station. Right next door to my favorite restaurants, Fuzzy Tacos, Mission BBQ, and now IHOP. The lines are always manageable. I love that someone is there to greet you and hand you a wipe for your dashboard. They have a complete parking lot full of free vacuums for you to pull up and clean out and vacuum your car. There is an attendant there to line you up so you can drive in straight. They give you reminders about rear windows down and turn your automatic wipers off. They power spray your front and rear bumpers for bugs and heavy dirt. With the winter and rainy weather I love I can go there an unlimited time with my family plan. It makes it so manageable and affordable as a full time Real Estate Professional. I am a raving fan and would recommend everyone use this car wash. Go there today, and bring a friend.
