The worst service I’ve ever got in my life not even trying to be exaggerating I just paid and they just give me the car back without even vacuuming my car because they said there was a lot of hair, but I will be attaching a picture of what they consider dog hair. I drive Custumer sometimes they have hair but that is not an excuse. I would never recommend not to my family or anyone else. 000000 stars btw I paid the $30

Very amazing experience, Yolanda took her time to fully and pay special attention to each detail of my car and didn’t seem rushed like last time although there were many other cars compared to my last visit. She is amazing and I will be back again for sure based on the way she conducted business. Thanks Yolanda😊 Side not the vacuuming section can be improved greatly. They didn’t do the best but it is better than it was simply it’s been a while but I still see particles that was missed.

Did a really nice job with cleaning the inside. Washed the outside very well as well. The older guy in the back was very knowledgeable needs to be promoted . This is a great car wash. Car wash is not in the greatest shape but this is a true definition of looks can be deceiving. The whole staff was cool people's

This place is horrible. They left my windows dirtier than when they arrived, with some film. They also didn’t seem to vacuum anything and hardly wiped down the inside.

Best deal I’ve EVER gotten on a thorough car wash! I drive across town regularly to get the car washed here. They clean inside and out for only $20. I always go during the week, and I’ve never had to wait in line- which is shocking! There should be a line around the block. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes. Bring cash tips, there are never less than 5 people with hands on your car! They are the best, I tell everyone I know to go to them.

The absolute worst bare minimum, complete trash experience and end result of a car wash. 🚮 I had to go through with a wash cloth and wipe down everything they missed. If this was a restaurant, they would serve literal trash

Would not recommend. Charge extra for rims, extra for a small suv, it’s also not brushless. Better off going to a drive through gas station car wash.

They do I good job and are very friendly. Sometimes you have to recheck your vehicle to make sure they clean it well because a few times they missed a spot. However, if you point it out they will clean it.

Disgraceful. Would rate 0 if I could: came in the other day for a quick exterior wash. The lady in charge of the rims looked at this (pictures below) and said to my face "all done". I obviously could not make a fuss over it or ask her to redo the cleaning, because I would be "the bad person", then, because how dare I expect someone to do their job properly? Definitely won't be coming back here!

My car went into the wash totally fine. It came out with massive cracks across the windshield, straight down the middle, and then across the bottom, with various cracks at the top. I immediately noticed upon getting into the car, and brought it to the manager's attention. He refused to even come look at the crack, stating it wasn't their fault, repeating "prove it, prove it". Obviously, I could not prove that it did not have a crack going into it. He told me to call the police, so I did file a police report for property damage. The man there said he was the owner, and refused to give me his name and insurance information, again stating I couldn't prove it was their fault. UPDATE: After extensive digging, I was able to find the registered agent (who is the actual owner!) who professionally remedied the situation immediately upon being made aware of the issue. He reimbursed for the damage and the wash, and was very responsive once I made him aware. I am pleased with the outcome, even though I wish it never happened.

1. People expect too much from a $20 car wash. You want your car detailed? Go spend at least $100 (probably $200 for a job well done) and stop complaining that a simple car wash didn’t make your car look like it had just been waxed and polished. 2. This place is really solid for the price. I got the highest price wash and they did everything they said they were going to do. Ended up being about $25 (SUV $2 upcharge....which I’m fine with). The guy who was working on my tires, the inside of the car and drying was really working hard. My Jeep looked great afterwards and I let him know through his tip (please tip these guys if you’re not, they’re working their tails off through all degrees of weather). This is the car wash to go to in the area.

The worst car wash experience I have ever had. Just visited today 12/04/22, They charged me 24 dollars to sprinkle my car and did not clean anything. I know my car is older but this doesn't mean he should just charge me and refuse to clean it. When I asked for my money back he started shouting at me. This guy should not be in business. I am honestly traumatized by this experience. Finally, when I was told I won't get my money back I cleaned the car myself. Attaching a picture to show you the kind of dirt he left on my car. Avoid at all cost!

The end process, the wipe down, tire and chrome drying plus interior wipe was excellent! Try them, attention to detail.

They do a much better job than the chain car washes that cost twice as much. I go out of my way to take my car here.

Don’t go here. Just don’t bother going here. If I could give them a zero I would. Even by car wash standards, the staff are disinterested. But the worst part is the selection you’re given for the level of cleaning. There’s no option for paying extra to get the dashboard or interior properly wiped down. The second third and fourth tier options have to do with things that I think most people don’t care about like cleaning the undercarriage or waxing your wheels. I think most people want a decent vacuuming done and a proper wipe down of the interior cabin, like the doors and the dashboard And clutch area, things like that which other carwashes do, but this one apparently doesn’t . I’ve been here a couple of times and I keep reminding myself that this is the bad car wash that I should avoid.

The service here is the BEST I've experienced in DC, & they're the CHEAPEST by a long shot! I've paid $65+ in Easton, MD to beg the detailers to scrub, then leave with dirty rims. I've paid $40+ in Waldorf & left with a completely dirty car and streaks on the windows. There's another location in DC who is also not great, but Express Car wash has been memorable enough with me leaving with a clean car & clean rims with no brake dust to ask for cash back for a tip, and even after the tip I'm not paying $40. They're NOT a detailing service, and they don't claim to be, but they have done fantastic everything right on the three cars I've taken there.
