I had the same experience as another person on here. I had a detailing scheduled for this past Friday and Darnell was a no show, no call, did not return my call. It sounds like he does a good job when he can be bothered to show up.

Had an auto detailing session scheduled for today 4/22 at 10 a.m. it was a birthday present for my girlfriend. Darnell straight up did not show up. No call, no email, no nothing. Would give zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else!

Contacted Excell Auto Detail to clean up my boyfriends car as a Father's Day gift. His car had not had a proper cleaning in about 4 years and within that time our 4yr old had wrecked the backseat area! After the thorough cleaning by Excell Auto Detail, his car looks like new again! The man is a professional - both in performance, scheduling, and character. I use him annually for both our cars and they look awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Darnell spent about 11 hours last weekend detailing our 4 vehicles. He did an incredible job, and a couple of those cars had survived years of MY KIDS. They all look amazing. The light fabric of one older car was not able to be completely cleaned, but he REALLY TRIED. He shampooed those seats 3 different times trying everything. He spent way more time and effort than we would have expected. I think he really didn’t like that one area couldn’t look completely new again like every other part of our vehicles looked because he has very high standards for his own work. (That car is well over a decade old and well, if you knew our kids.) Review written by Danielle Kappes , not Kolby as shown in Google account but he agrees with this all. The price was very competitive.

Darnell was outstanding, he communicated great prior to appointment, was on time and he did what he said he was going to do. Easy to work with and the GMC Acadia he detailed looks outstanding. It looks so good I don’t even want to drive it. He took his time, was very thorough and went over every inch of my vehicle. He used so many little tools to get into small places. I can’t say enough about him and his quality of work. If you need your car detailed, call him immediately. I already booked him again for my other car.

UPDATE: We had Darnell out again today. Took a 10 yr old car and made it look new! He immediately returned my initial contact, scheduled a mutually convenient time, and was the professional who I've come to appreciate in every way. Very efficient. Very fair pricing for the services offered. We'll have him back without hesitation. I can't speak highly enough of Darnell and his business. I was at work and left my car for cleaning they came and told me the cleaning was done so I sent the money when I went back check and the car look untouched with dirt still inside… try to call them back to figure out what was going on but they did not pick up ……… I trust them to do a good job while I am not present and they couldn’t deliver … not a trustworthy company really bad service

Darnell is incredible! Super responsive and easy to book with, great convenience with him being mobile. My car's headlights have been hazy since purchase (used) and I've been putting off getting them cleaned for so long. Darnell polished them up and made them look brand new! He's very professional and careful with your car, I cannot recommend him enough! After and before pictures below, it made a WORLD of difference!
