Went to get Beauty a spa bath here at Evershine. Great car wash. Joseph helped me get set up using the bay with the scrub rollers. I have seen him working around there on a couple of visits. He is pretty active. Always walking around doing something. Most of the time I see the staff sitting in the both until someone drives up. He was friendly and professional. I have a Fins car wash by the house, but I don't feel like their bay does the same quality job as Evershine.

I just came to Evershine and Joseph fixed a window for me that was stuck. He was wonderful and so helpful and itty v to my needs. I would recommend coming here anytime and asking for Joseph if you need assistance.

HORRIABLE PLACE !!!! I have used this car wash several times all of which I had to pull in to empty lot to wipe down car because it does not dry car correctly after wash. Three ( 3 ) times now both the touchless and the other one have left soap covering my car from the passenger doors all the way back. Yesterday, I pulled into All Pets Concidered and called the girl over to look at the mess I had. She stands there tells me she dont know what to do. Said they could rinse it off with hose but that dont work either. She called manager over and he stands there like I dont know what to do. He said I can send you back through - I said then it will still be this way . if it is leaving soap all over car then why would i go back through. I told them the soap is drying on the car and I needed to do something ASAP.. he said i can give you some paper towels.. REALLY !!!! Oh so not only would I have soap all over my car I would get scratches from the paper towels. THERE ARE CAR WASHES UP AND DOWN BATTLEGROUND.. NO NEED TO GO BACK TO THIS SORRY PLACE.. NEVER AGAIN.. I AM DONE.. Now the smart thing would be to refund my money also. I paid for the full services $18,00. AGAIN I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE BUT I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I COME INTO CONTACT WITH NO TO USE THIS PLACE DUE TO THIS AND THE OTHER 2 TIMES MY CAR HAS BEEN COVERED WITH SOAP AND NO RESOLUTION.

Always clean, always available. I wash my car at least twice a week w/ my unlimited account. Staff is always friendly, especially Joseph. Most times he will stop by and see if there’s anything I need.

I call Joseph on battleground every shine. This gentleman has been so helpful each time I believe he’s the assistant manager and he has always been so helpful and kind to me. I am elderly with mobility issue and I come through each time and when the price got too high for me. I did it like six months. He was able to help me with a $10 off or $10 renewal which I did today and I went through the wash two times because I have a white car and again he was so patient with me I was able to wipe the car down and I got the racks and everything but you guys are fully stopped and this is a long view, but I wanna make sure I say all that I need to say Being the age that I am I love to give good reviews in this every shot is the best!! Shout out to the battleground crew, Joseph, and all those who work with him!!!😍😍😍😍👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Went there 2/10/26 around 8pm. Paid for the middle grade $15 touchless wash, gate arm opened up, the wash never kicked on. Same thing happened to the car behind me. So took my money and never received a wash. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers. Filled out there online thing yet no response.

Evershine is the BEST scenario around for washing your vehicle with a vendor who provides the option to avoid using the swirling brushes - now my newly enhanced black paint with sealant clear coat can avoid visual "swirls"! Price tag for service is very reasonable. The courtesy cleaning products along with free use of towels is a nice classy touch! ASK FOR JOSEPH WHEN VISITING THE 2612 BATTLEGROUND LOCATION - his support and hospitality is second to none!!!

I love this car wash. Love that they have a car wash section that cleans the car with only pressure and soap because the other type of car washes can chip your paint. Also, Joseph was an amazing help. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

Normally I have a great wash here. This time I paid for the highest wash to get the car clean after the winter weather we had. Paid $18 to have soap left all over the car, wash didn't touch the wheels at all. A big waste of money. Totally bummed because it's usually good. Contacted customer service through the website and...crickets.

Went for a free wash so can't complain much but I could definitely do better at a self wash. Also, whatever they cleaned my tires with left some kind of black residue that rusted off. It didn't rust my rims but it looks like rust. Luckily it wipes off but can't say I like the outcome of the auto wash

I got my free car washed today at Evershine. I like them anyway I always come here. Today Joseph helped me to scan my coupon code and he was very pleasant. I saw he was always helping all the other cars and checking to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you for the free car wash. That is so awesome that you’re doing that. I also appreciate the free vacuuming with great suction.
