Brilliant service- they truly give you an amazing experience. We were there for the first time yesterday, they were almost closed but the owner personally took care of us. Made sure our car was sparkling by cleaning it himself after the interiors and exteriors were already done once. We have never had this kind of service before at any car wash. In addition to his amazing service, we really liked his positive attitude and kind smile through our work. Our car looked like a nice car by the time we were done. Thanks to Jay and his awesome team

Place looks run down but did I nice job. Did not like the fact guy at the beginning tried to hustle me for extra money on items I did not need. Womannat register very nice and helpful. Guys drying car did a good job. I do not like getting hustled for extra money otherwise would give them 4 stars

TWO great things at Englewood Car Wash, both of which I can't recommend highly enough -- 1) Ceramic coating, and 2)  the owner Jason who does the job himself with pride. I was not familiar with ceramic coatings before now, but between a friend recommending it and my deciding to splurge on my car after a collision repair, I went ahead and had it done and am impressed and happy. My car constantly has a show-room shine which regularly lifts my spirit. Washes need to be done far less frequently, and it becomes as easy to wash as a non-stick pan. Though it is a luxury purchase, knowing what I know now I would have purchased it years ago as I see it now as a necessary part of maintaining and enjoying your car. Speaking of price, ceramic coating should be done correctly and it's not a good idea to seek a bargain for a lesser product. Jason truly enjoys what he does, is highly knowledgeable and certified, and he takes the time to explain to you what goes into it. It's such a pleasure to work with someone who take such great pride in his work.

A+ Ceramic Coating Experience! Just had my Honda Accord Hybrid ceramic coated at Englewood Carwash, and it's safe to sat they've got a customer for life! Big shoutout to Jason, the owner, for making the whole process a breeze. Jason knows his stuff and made sure I understood what ceramic coating is all about. He threw some questions my way, really making me feel like my car's needs were the top priority. Super friendly and approachable - you can tell he's got some serious experience. The end result? My car looks straight out of a showroom. I'm over the moon with the job they did! If you're thinking about getting ceramic coating, I 100% recommend these guys. Jason and his crew deliver top-notch quality, and they're all about making sure you're happy. My wallet is happy too because the value for the money here is unbeatable.

I have never gotten my 2013 car detailed, my fabric beige seats had all kinds of stains mostly water, maybe even grease somehow that have sat there for years prior to me buying the car. Guys, I am so happy with the results!!!!!! They look so clean and as new as they'll ever look. The seats were my main concern when I dropped off my car, I had little hope. They surpassed my expectations and gave me good CLEAN looking seats again. Exterior looks so clean and polished! And the interior is extremely clean as well and not one spot was missed. I am truly so happy with the detail service provided by this business. Trust you will not be disappointed. Jason, the owner was there to hand off my car asked if I was happy with my service and was so informative! Truly a great experience. Completely recommend.

Had a disturbing rude experience here today. First I have came here for almost 14 years, before the new ownership. Today I went with my son (an adult) to get a wash. As we were checking out he was getting an air freshener. When the woman behind the counter gave me the total. I said "Did you get this"? tapping the freshener. With a very rude tone she replied "I SAID that the total". I went in confused tone "Okayyyyy". I looked at my son, who started paying attention. Then I paid and went to leave. I said "I am not coming back here again". I walked out, she called me back that I needed a pin & I handed my son the card & said just pay & let's get out of here. He came out & said she refuses to let me that I have to sign. I went back in & tapped & she said no more. My son said then asked why did I have to come back. It was obvious she did that on purpose. Then she had more attitude, phony smile. Do I want to talk to manager? She asked twice, so I said sure. She then got busy with next customer & ignored us. We left. There are other car washes.

Came highly recommended by someone I know who has their monthly package, and I didn’t really understand why they were so excited to recommend me the place, but they did not disappoint! I asked only to shampoo the carpet for one of the back seats to clean up a spill. They went above and beyond; it was obvious the car interior and exterior was cleaned as well. Price was more than reasonable, especially compared to other places which were upcharging significantly for the same work. Will definitely be back 100%!

I have family that live close by their facility and as a professional detailer myself I requested them to go see Jason as he's an accredited Gtechniq professional installer such as myself. They were looking to get their vehicle ceramic coated along with some paint correction/polishing. Man did Jason do an amazing job mirroring my own style of work! I have enclosed a picture of their Subaru and just look at that gloss 😍, I highly recommend this company 5 stars all day.

See pics below. I will NOT be coming back here ever again, after 5 times, finally ran out of patience. $25 diamond wash plus 3-5 tips everytime. Dirt is missed all around, windows are dirty, wheels arks aren't even touched. Diamond wash... really?

I visited today but they never vacuum inside even though Platinum Car Wash Packages. Just barely wipe out dashboard and washed only front mats. They did not even clean the trashes in cup holder. There are left water since they did not wipe after spraying.

I recently had my Kia Telluride Ceramic Coated at Englewood Carwash and I couldn't be happier. Jason (owner) was great to work with. He was very thorough on explaining the coating process and how to maintain the car after the coating. He was quick to respond via text to any questions I had. He did not upsell any products or additional services. I highly recommend using Englewood car wash for any car detailing needs!

Just got a Clay bar and Wax at Englewood carwash. They are Amazing! Staff is very friendly, provided detailed answers to all my questions. They did a superb job on my Wrangler. Jay, the owner, is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for Carwash, wax, ceramic coating, and Detailing!

Ok wash but not great. I bought their highest tier on the EverWash app (Platinum Driver) but the attendant always mistaken it with Platinum Wash or Diamond Wash which includes less. They don’t even have Platinum Driver as an option on their attendants service sheet so I’m not sure why they sell that option. The staff and everyone working there are really friendly but the wash is a little disappointing. I have a coupe and they didn’t even vacuum the back row nor any of the seats. The interior vacuum is basically only the front carpets. They lightly wipe the front glass, dash and console. The towel they use for the interior is really not good, it’s leaves a ton of yellow lint behind. I had the membership for a month and had the same car wash only three times and the results were the same each time, at least they are consistent. If you are using the EverWash app and have T-Mobile service, bring up your QR code before you arrive. Service is a little spotty and loading of the app can be a little frustrating. I probably wouldn’t opt for any of their higher trier washes anymore or at least request for no interior wiping.

Update on 09/16/2021: I left my car with the owner Jason yesterday, to have it detailed inside and outside. He called me today to pick up my car and my car looks showroom new. It was COVID-19 disinfected, the fabric seats were cleaned perfectly and are like new. He continues to receive 5 stars for service. 2 Years Ago: I've been coming here for a few months and prior to that I went to a car wash in Bergenfield where they abruptly closed and another in Bergenfield where one of the staff took a razor blade and attempted to remove my registration sticker, for space for my monthly car wash sticker from them. I bought a gallon of wiper fluid at Englewood Car Wash, the owner took it and filled up the wiper storage without me asking and put in the trunk of my car. The attendant Carlos is always joking and laughing and keeps things running smoothly. I've read some of the negative reviews. One states the staff was arguing over tips. I dont tip staff individually; there is a clearly marked box for tips. They simply are efficient and have good customer service. Oh and I dont work at Englewood nor am I paid to do reviews.
