Despite the terrible job they do at cleaning your car I’ve been going here for the last 6 months because I have a membership. But stealing is where I draw the line. I literally watch this light skin dude , with glasses and tattoos on his lower right leg literally take all my quarters out my cup holder. When he comes out the car he looked at me and He then proceeds to hand me the change he took because he knew I saw him. My membership is now canceled and this place can go to hell. Loyalty to your customers is important. P.s btw the inside cashier lady is really nice. Probably the only good person there.

Generally they do good work, it's a bit pricey. My most consistent issue is that when they wash your car mats, they don't dry the bottom of it (which is also wet). So they put soaking wet car mats into a cleaned car, then your interior will smell musty 2-3 days later. I always have to stand over them to make sure they dry my car mats completely. I go here cause its the only hand car wash in this area. (Hand car washes are better for your cars exterior)

Avoid - it says they are a “hand car wash” but they use a sweeping broom to clean your car which obviously leaves scratches - they use the broom to clean the tires FIRST, then work their way up scratching your paint with all the dirt and debris collected from the tires. Just today I even saw them use the same broom on the floor to push the water, then used it on my car. This place is no different than a regalar car wash where u would expect swirl marks and scratches from the auto machines. spend your money on an actual hand wash where they will clean with proper technique and not destroy your paint.

I had a bad experience with the car wash service. The manager offered to clean my car again, but I had to get back in that long line. I will be canceling my monthly plan. It's like having my 8-year-old wash my car. When I first got the membership plan, I thought they did a bad job because they were 4 minutes away from closing and seemed rushed. While my car was getting washed, I was inside signing up for the monthly plan. This is my second time here, and despite arriving on time, they still rushed the service. The car wash is poor, and they don't even vacuum properly.There goes the tip 0.00

Worst car wash I ever visited. And ULTRA expensive. I had to clean up my car at home afterwards. Extremely disappointed 😡😡😡

I only went here because I heard they was good and they came with the auto care app free cash wash I said okay I try it out I don’t have to pay the first round especially if I don’t like it. Well long story short they seen I had the redeemable free car wash and seen it wouldn’t let me pay because it was redeemable and they still charge me because they couldn’t see it on their app but it was clean my phone and I showed them. If I knew I had to pay $30 dollars and they didn’t even vacuum my vehicle out good or wipe anything down I’m going to go where I know next time I just take that drive to Brooklyn where the owner would have not allowed me to pay because they see it’s redeemable. I never had this issue. So lesson learned go inside to make sure a manager is available first to get the redeemable free car wash at this car wash. Never again. ALWAYS GO WHERE YOU KNOW.

Disappointing Experience, Terrible Job, Long Lines, and Messy Interior I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with long lines, which was the first indicator of a potentially unpleasant experience. Upon finally reaching the front of the line, I was hoping for a thorough and professional car wash, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Firstly, the quality of the wash was subpar at best. There was residue left all over my car, especially noticeable on the windows and side mirrors. It was clear that the wash was rushed and not done with attention to detail. Additionally, despite their claim of offering a 100% hand wash, it was evident that machines were used for a significant portion of the process, which likely contributed to the lackluster results. Furthermore, the interior of my car was left in a mess. Not only was there still dirt and debris in various nooks and crannies, but the seats and floors were also wet and left with streaks, indicating that minimal effort was put into drying and cleaning the interior surfaces. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The long lines, lack of attention to detail, and messy interior left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone seeking a thorough and professional cleaning for their vehicle.

Zero! Scam artists. I stopped the car and they immediately started vacuuming without asking what I want. 2 minutes later a crook walks over and ask what I want I said exterior he said it doesn’t come with vacuuming so you have to pay $34 instead of $22. Didn’t want my car damaged by these crooks so I didn’t fight. They did not dry the car and even worse they put the weather tech back wet on both sides and I had to ask them to dry the one on my side at least so I could drive it. Don’t go to these conmen!

I used to like this place due to a couple of my vehicle being lowered and not being able to go to any car wash place. Then I decided to take my brand new car 1st wash there and they damaged my carbon fiber on my doors. I contacted the store but was only able to speak to an employee and I left my information so management or the owner could reach out it's been months havent heard anything back and have gone back to leave my information in person and still nothing

I paid $150 for the monthly membership to get the exclusive wash but the wants me to pay $16 more for the exclusive wash and they don’t even wipe the car properly after wash and they just spray the water to mats no rubbing nothing

I went here because I heard they were good, especially with nicer cars. However, I wasn't Impressed with the wash on my Mercedes. I had to get rag and clean the inside myself. Especially on the sides of the middle area. The inside mirrors weren't cleaned at all

I wash one or two time a week They increase the prices for TLC drivers. It's almost $170 per month for regular wash TLC Driver make sure you cancel the personal cars membership too there's so many good car washes still give discount prices to TLC drivers

They not deserve one star. Don't waste your time and waste your money at this place. I was wait 45 minutes in the line because I see it's hand wash and you will see the result of hand wash in the pictures but better than this place you can go to home Depot car wash in this neighborhood.

I belong to the Empire Carwash Groups membership program EVERWASH. I was over in Elmont and was pleased to find as part of group I could get a wash there as well. They did a great job on my truck and the girl at the front desk was a darling! Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING ROBBED I paid 61 dollars plus tax for what they claimed was there top tier service it’s 51 plus ten dollars for the wheels to get extra clean and shine this isn’t even a hand wash they use brooms on the car which are terrible for your paint my wheels where not cleaned the vip plus claims they do under carriage my cars still covered in salt the wash was terrible they didnt even dry it properly terrible experience would never go back there

I’m extremely disappointed with this car wash. I paid for a full wash and left with my vehicle still covered in dirt, streaks, and residue—especially on the front bumper, grille, and around the headlights. There are visible swirl marks and grime that clearly should have been removed, but weren’t. The job looks rushed and careless, as if the car was barely touched. For what I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness, not to have to rewash parts of the car myself afterward. A car wash should improve the appearance of your vehicle, not leave it looking neglected. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their car. Save your money and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.
