I haven’t been to a car wash in many years. I drive old cars and I always washed them myself. I recently bought a new truck and I wanted to get the road salt off the body and particularly undercarriage of the truck. First off I wish someone would have told me that a car wash was almost $30 now a days! $27.99 to be exact. Last time I got a car wash I remember the cost was somewhere around $7-$12 depending if you went for the “full service” wash. Today I didn’t know what to ask for so when I pulled up I said “please vacuum the inside as well”. I guess that signaled a full service wash. After seeing the ticket price of $25 I began looking for signs for what all that included. I was happy to see that it included the undercarriage of the vehicle. I wasn’t upset with the price, I understand inflation very well so it’s to be expected. To be clear….This review is NOT based on my unsatisfaction with the price point of the car wash. When checking out there was difficulty with the businesses card reader. I usually tap and pay with an Apple Watch but for some reason the card reader wasn’t accepting it. Check out experience are important to me. It shows me that a business cares about the fine details of their business. Tap and pay is a feature that has become more mainstream. The person at the counter should be familiar with how it works. The exterior body of the wash was done within what I expected. However the inside vacuum and the undercarriage of my vehicle was not done with any particular care that would warrant an almost $30 price point. Let me explain. As far as the interior goes the floor wasn’t vacuumed enough. There was visible dirt and gravel left behind on parts of the floor that could have been easily accessible by the vacuum. This was just laziness on behalf of the service personnel. The door panels did appear to be wiped down and in my opinion were satisfactory. The undercarriage of my truck being washed, which is my main reason for me going to the wash in the first place, was not sprayed with the washers until I asked the service men to do so. That in my opinion was a huge fail. If a customer pays for a particular upgrade in service the customer should be ensured they get that service without having to request it. This is in my lived experience a common occurrence overall. Many times you pay for a particular service to be done and it’s either forgotten or not done with any particular care. It’s almost as if there is no pride in the work being done or service being provided. This is a result of inflation of our money. Cost goes up across the board wages stay the same or increase at increments that do not keep up with rising costs. As a result the work being done by service people is done with no particular diligence. I don’t want to turn this review into a lesson in economics. My overall review based on a five star system is 2 stars. I was satisfied with what was done to my truck however it was an incomplete service and I wouldn’t recommend this car wash.

Just went there today and ask the cashier that I needed my car waxed she told me see manager outside. Lol. This guy had no interest on waxing my car ,sucked his teeth like his doing me a favor. Taking my business somewhere else where there's custumer service.

Charges arm and a leg. 30 dollar car wash doesnt even get you tire shine. Empire hand wash is ten times better and cheaper. All around better experience at empire than here. As a transportation company owner none of my subs coming back here to this rip off of a place

I came here to wash my new truck,after they done when they bring out I see my truck tire is totally damaged and totally flat,i compliant them and they are not Listening me then I took my car to tire shop near to them and guy told me so many people getting same issues with this car wash I paid them 35 $ and I get damaged my truck tire and wash is totally bad dirt everywhere same as no wash ..please don’t waste your time and money here try somewhere else ..pictures available Thank you

They Threw My 6 Recyclable Bags Away That I Had Stored In My Car. When I Returned The Following Day, They Basically Acted As If It Was No Big Deal & Offered Me Just $2. Godfrey The Manager Is A Prick! And Was Absolutely No Help & Very Disrespectful, He Said $2 Should Satisfy My Needs...I Turned Around & Walked Out! Never To Return! Mind You, This Simple Car Wash Cost Me $55 😡

This place uses the same rags to dry off your car as they do to wipe down the interior of your windows. Not only is it gross but after they’re done, seeing through your windshield is impossible until you clean it off after you get home. Outside of that it’s an ok car wash. But I don’t go here anymore after I got sick of cleaning my windows after I just paid to have them cleaned.

Service was okay not as expected. New car and they used Amor all on my dashboard and the leather smell is gone now. Worst thing was that they didn't give me a reciept i asked for a reciept and they refused to provide that is disappointing from this carwash.

I went to get a full service car wash & a partial interior roof cleaning. The cashier at the beginning of the car wash gave me receipts with the incorrect prices. I caught him on that and he changed it to the correct price however, I went inside to pay and I rec’d a receipt for $29.34 got the full service wash and the interior cleaning a receipt for $54.34. Upon viewing my credit card I was billed $30.22 for the full service and $57.34 for interior cleaning. I called and spoke to Mimi ( very loud person) who I believe may be the cashier she took my number and said I am to call the Manager he will be in after 10 the next day I called back Saturday May 3rd she’s telling me I didn’t speak to her but she gave me her name then. I told her I want my card refunded the difference which she’s going to tell me there’s a 3% charge. I told her that should have reflected on my receipt. It should not show a different amount on my credit card . Again she says the Manager will call, she took my name and number. Customers check your receipts it’s a deceptive practice to give a receipt with one amount and then bill your card a different amount. It is few dollars but it’s not about the money it’s the principle. They are going to give me back that money or I will go to Consumer affairs and Better Business Bureau to straighten this out. Mimi is unprofessional she shouts and try to dismiss you. Will never go there again. First and last time plus I had to have the guy vacuum dirt from my car after they claim they were done the sentiments of many others.

I feel so compelled and elated about the service I received today. I used to go to this car wash years ago until I moved. Today I decided to get my car washed and I met Pierre who spent over 30 minutes cleaning my car to perfection! The tip I gave him wasn’t enough so I had to come here to let you all know not to believe all of the negative comments. Pierre deserves his flowers because he was pleasurable, hardworking, committed to doing an excellent job and eager to make me a happy customer. I can’t say how happy I am with my car wash!! It looks like I had my car detailed!!! If you go to 5 star hand wash please ask for Pierre as he deserves all of these accolades and customers that will treat him right for his hard work! Thank you Pierre, it’s because of you that I will be back as promised! 😊

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went there on a Friday afternoon, it was pretty empty and not busy at all. Now I know why. I got "The Works" package which includes inside cleaning and outside wash for $30. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning here. They do a half-a** job and are very sloppy. I'll let the photos speak for itself.

Don’t even waste your time going here. First all, the price is high and they rush to clean the car and don’t do good job. Being here 3 time and these the last for me. I rather go To the one opposite them. The lady at the reception is even worse, she don’t care and I guess she’s not part of the owner smh. Never again. I paid $50 and my car still has dirty inside just almost the way I brought it.

This is how they wash cars here, and it’s not the first time mine has been handled this way. My car is consistently washed like this at this location. Meanwhile, the car wash across the street which is also owned by them provides far better and superior service. The staff here is rude and does not listen to customers. I have a monthly membership, but I’ve only used it 2-3 times. My rims were in perfect condition before I started coming here. However, they apply so much tire shine with a brush that the excess spills onto the rims, causing damage. This time, I had to stop the worker from applying tire shine to my wheels. I’m definitely canceling my membership. More importantly, I specifically asked the attendant in the back to wash my rims properly, but they ignored me. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable.

This is a great car wash. The machines get my car nice and clean and the staff is very attentive. If you have any issues or something you want cleaned just mention it and they will clean it for you
