From the word Go I had nothing but issues with Elite Mobile with arrival time and lack of communication, however Miko the office manager made things right and took full responsibility for the company actions. Miko saved the day and would be the only reason I use Elite Mobile again. Miko is a sweetheart and understands customer satisfaction!

I made an appointment for a Mobile detail of my vehicle date and time set via email with Courtney Hunt. No show, no call, no text nothing. I even sent an email about the no show and no response from Courtney Hunt. Very unprofessional. I would not consider this business for a mobile detailer if you expect someone to show up or communicate with you.

They charged $25 on my card but told me it was just to hold the appointment. After they washed my car, I paid in cash with tip and they still charged my card. I've called them 3 times and each time they said they would take care of it and they have not. I'm sure at this point, it will never be taken care of. Keep it....I've wasted too much time chasing this around.

I took my car here because they had good prices and they do a good job. The first time I went there they broke my door handle, when I complained the guy got defensive and didn't offer me an apology. He argued with me and called his manager who then said they would pull security and follow up with no time frame given. I said that is not acceptable and wanted to wait for them to get their and review the security footage. I waited there for 2.5 hours or so until a manager came. When the manager came he said his guys were not responsible because there is electric tape on my door handle and they didn't do that. I asked them how they know they didn't do it because I purchased my car new, he stated they didn't do it again,. I then asked how he knows and he said because of the electrical tape. I asked to review the security footage and they stated they didn't even get to view it, but I can pull it from the security office. The manager then asked me if I thought they did this on purpose. What a bizarre question for a manager to ask someone - when I said no he asked if I was mad that it happened, and I again said no, I am mad that no one is owning up to it and you guys cant even properly review the footage to ensure it wasn't your employees - he stated they didn't do it and I then left. They were not apologetic, did not offer to help me in anyway, and did not thoroughly investigate the situation - I highly recommend watching them wash your car, or staying away in general because they will not take ownership or investigate if your vehicle is damaged under their care.

First off I would like to say from the time I called the company was on it. I called with a special need I needed not 1 but 3 of my semi trucks cleaned inside they were very bad. They made the appt for today Sept 27 2020. Steven was exactly one time came in looked at my trucks and told me no problem! He went to work they were, amazing the job they did was absolutely wonderful. My trucks looked amazing they look so good inside I was so impressed I will be definitely calling them back and I have 4 more trucks to do.

I called them the night before and set up a wash for the following day at 9am. They gave me a courtesy call when the mobile carwash van was on the way to me. They arrived right on time, very friendly, awesome smiles, and their work was professional. They did an amazing job with my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was very refreshing to see a ziplock bag with all the change and other small items that Elite had placed on the center console! The crew at Elite mobile wash are the real deal!!! Thank you so much for the stand up job!
