They’ve fallen off. Not as detailed as they’ve been in the past. This is the third time I’ve had to ask them to do what’s already included in the package. My steering wheel and seats weren’t wiped down, nor was my trunk vacuumed without having to ask. Not returning.

Today was the last time I'm using their services. Used to go there with multiple vehicles in our household. Something has changed in the past few months. Their quality has become terrible, mud and dirt left on the car. Tires aren't cleaned good, just spray shine over dirt. Taking almost 2 hours for a car wash and still having to come home and finish it properly. Employees walk around with zero sense of urgency. When they started out, there seemed to be a supervisor that kept everyone in check and pushed them to do good. Now, it doesn't seem like anyone is in charge, just going through the motions. Like I said, I was a repeat customer, and they have lost me over the last few washes. If you're thinking of going, find a different place. You're just wasting your money. Good luck!

I have came to this establishment countless times. Before they use to give awesome service made your car spotless. But now they half-ass almost everything. This is the second time where I had to grab a rag and wipe smudges off my car. I do it in front of the workers to see if they take some initiative and start making sure other parts of my car is clean. But he just stood there expecting a tip. I went to the manager shed to express my concerns, it was a young skinny girl with sunglasses, I told her the issue and she received me with sarcasm. She spoke spanish to the other workers, she probably didn’t realized I spoke spanish, but she was basically mocking me in spanish. Then I started speaking spanish then she fixed her attitude quick. Any ways she was giving half-ass excuses on why they suck now. The only reason I didn’t give this place 1 star is because the new manager Flor was the only one to take initiative and actually tried to address my concerns and apologized. She was even generous enough to give me a coupon and hoped I would come back. Hopefully she can get this place back on track.

Would not suggest going unless you want just a basic wash. Paid for a full interior clean and five star wash. They did a decent job on the inside from what I can tell, the outside not so much. Still have dirt in door jams, dirt on the top side of the hood, roof and trunk. And didn't even bother to try and remove the brake dust off the rims but put on tire shine. And they had my car for like 7Hrs. Again if you are going for just a basic wash and dry they may be decent. But if you want anything more than that their attention to detail and care to do a decent job doesn't seem to be there

My truck needed a good scrubbing thanks to a tree I was parking under. I knew a drive thru car wash wouldn't cut it and the self-service washes in my area don't get great reviews. I drove here from Sandbridge and I'm glad I did. There were 2 gentlemen scrubbing my truck and one definitely did a better job than the other but overall I'm pleased with the results. The gentleman that dried my truck was friendly and also did a great job. I'll definitely be back.

The most efficient hand car wash in Virginia Beach. You get more than your money’s worth as compared to any other drive through car wash in the 757. I’ve done multiple full washes as well as the headlight restoration and super interior packages. I was impressed each time by the outcome of every service. Multiple people work on your car at the same time to get you in and out quickly. I’ll continue to take both my cars here as long as they’re around!

I thought they did a great job cleaning out the seats since I had baby food stain on them. Then I noticed the back windows were not clean. I turned around and they cleaned it up. I thought I’d let that slide since it’s a truck, so the back windows might get overlooked. Then I came home to find out both of the back doors did not get cleaned at all. Paid 55 for a car wash to get this result? And the guy who was cleaning the car left in the middle of it to go do something else, my car was sitting there for a while then somebody came and clean it here and there a bit until the guy came back. I thought I would still return since the back window was a small mistake, but with the doors, it’s not acceptable. Sorry, you seem to be doing a great job on everybody else’s cars but mine.

Drove 20 minutes and rearranged my schedule to make it here before closing. Arrived at 6:22 pm only to find the entrance coned off and employees packing up. An employee told me they were closed, even though their posted closing time is 8 pm. No explanation, no apology, just a dismissive response. If you plan to close nearly two hours early, update your hours or communicate it clearly. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Highly recommend!! Lady owned , mad respect for her the the others out here making a dollar in this heat … This place is no joke , they hand wash your car and they jump right on it as soon as you pull up the the price they charge is ridiculous good , no reason not to give them a reasonable tip . Glad I found this place .

I recently visited El Mexicano Hand Carwash #4 and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took the time to thoroughly wash every inch of my car by hand, and the results were amazing! Picked up my truck and Everything on the inside was just smothered in shiny oily grease, including my steering wheel and floor mats. Took me forever to try to scrub it off, so my hands and feet weren’t sliding all over the place why trying to drive. Whatever grease they sprayed also got all over my glass which they never touched with glass cleaner. Could barely see out of my windshield. Half of my exterior was missed During the wash and dirt was still everywhere

This was my first time at this car wash and I’ve found a home. Best HAND car wash I’ve ever experienced in life. So much attention to detail, care, and teamwork went into my truck and 20 other vehicles that were processed! They’re fast but get it right the first time. The work was immaculate, inexpensive, and aesthetically pleasing to watch. They missed NOTHING. I recommend having your vehicle completely empty, free of trash and personal items. This helps them work faster. If your vehicle is new, new to you, or just needs consistent attention, polishes, waxes, “dressing up,” come on the weekend or during the week. If your vehicle is DISGUISING and extremely dirty, I still recommend clearing your vehicle of trash and personal items completely, but come first thing in the morning on a weekday only! The weekends can get very heavy and it’s going to take about 1.5 hrs for them to fully clean a horrible horrible vehicle (like mine was!) The time waited is DEFINITELY worth their time and hard work. You’ll never want to eat, smoke, drink in your ever car again after they detail you. 😂

I paid $50 for a full interior and exterior wash, and it was worth every penny. I was a little hesitant to come in because of some of the reviews, but everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing job—everything was done by hand, and the attention to detail really showed. They definitely earned that tip! My car was a total mess before, and I drove away feeling like it was brand new. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my second visit to this place. The first time, I had to return the next day and demand them to clean my car again. I don't know why I thought this time would be any different... I paid $30 for a five-star wash, which included a vacuum, door jambs, undercarriage, dash, mats, etc. Yet I left the car wash with my car still very dirty. $30 dollars down the drain. It's evident that they care more about making money and getting cars in and out than they do about actually doing a good job. I will never be back again, and I would strongly suggest saving your money and going to a different place if you are considering coming here...
