The monthly subscription is a Very good valued service that allows you to have a clean and shiny car whenever you want without having to worry about paying at the kiosk. I was in my road trip when I seen this carwash that looked like it was state of the art. I needed my vehicle washed so I pulled in and fell in love. I love going to this car wash because of the great service I always receive. Not only at the car wash itself but also the friendly staff. The place is always clean and I really love the way my truck comes out super shiny and clean. Other places do not compare to the Alsip location, not even close! The worst car wash place I’ve ever been to!! Leaves car looking spotty and dirty! The manager is so rude. I showed my car to him and he said can’t help you!! Are you kidding I paid for this crap car wash. And wouldn’t even allow me to re wash it!! Because I didn’t get the upgraded membership!! Awful place!!

I was a monthly pass customer for years. They ran a promotion if you bought a gift card, you would get a 50% bonus. The web site did not mention this at all. They only said purchase and would charge you the full amount. Talked to their customer support (Chris) and they stated it would have shown up on the amount after you purchased it, but again the web site did not state that anywhere. They offered a 20% discount on the gift card now instead of the 50%. I will not go back to this company as they do not honor their promotions. Chris was very rude when talking to you and would not agree with any terms except the 20% as this was out of kindness. Chris also stated their is no owner but yet in the reviews it was answered by somebody who says he was the owner. They must lie to the customers I guess or they don't want you to talk to the owner. Chris stated the complaint stops with him. I will now go to one his competitors for a monthly pass.

I stopped by the Alsip Eco CSR Wash and was seriously impressed! The staff was super friendly and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. The place is clean, organized, and they really take pride in their work. My truck came out shining like new — even the tires were spotless. Definitely worth every dollar! Highly recommend this location if you want professional results and great customer service.

This car wash is way too small for the amount of traffic it gets. Once it’s crowded, there’s literally no way to get through to the vacuums. And to make it worse… they raised the prices. Definitely canceling my membership Tight space + higher prices = do better.

Similar to the hometown location, this is the best car wash across the Chicagoland area. Really strong vacuums is what keeps me going. Their membership is the most affordable across any other car wash I’ve been to. Also love the fact that they have a huge tub of water and a broom (when weather permits) to clean off your tire and other tough grime before you take your car into the wash. Kind staff. And most of all, I like that you get a complimentary air freshener with every wash. Only gave it a 4 of 5 because they recently went up on the membership by $4, and at this location, it can be tough going out of the wash and into the vacuum station, then exiting especially when it’s packed.

Hello Eco Brite customers, I wanted to share an experience I recently had at this Eco Brite location. After more than five years of coming here as a monthly member with no issues, my antenna spoiler cover was unfortunately blown off in the dryer section of the car wash(as I was told when I asked about the footage). When I filed an incident claim, I was told the review would take about 1–2 weeks. I was contacted the next day with a decision, and although my claim was not approved, I appreciate that they reached out quickly. Since I was rejected from the claim, it feels like there’s no hope for customers in situations like this. I’ll be switching to a touchless car wash moving forward, as it seems like a better fit for my vehicle. Wishing everyone safe and smooth washes—take your business where you feel most comfortable and appreciated!
