Best Carwash & Detail in Houston. My husband *regularly* gets his car hand washed and detailed. Been doing it for 5 years now. Yesterday he went to Eagle Hand and came home and WOULD NOT stop talking about the job they did and specifically, the detail of their cleaning. Important note: My husband raves about nothing and when it comes to any service based job, he's normally neutral or un-impressed because standards of a lot of businesses are low these days. So for him to talk about every crevice they cleaned, pulling out all the mats and literally scrubbing them down, not one bit of debris in the cup holder area- these are people that go the extra mile. This is the cleanest his car has looked since he drove it off the lot. Thanks for the AWESOME job, he is a loyal customer now and will tell everyone!

I went to two different details shops and I got the best results from Eagle Car and Detail! Eddie was such a gentleman he helped me understand what I needed to get done to my car and the ladies did exactly that and more, my experience here was everything. Came with a dirty car and left with it looking brand new again and that was everything to me since I'm a Chef and I waste food everywhere by traveling for drop off. I recommend this place 🔥 10/10.

First time I came here they didn’t clean under my daughters car seat and when I went back to tell them the lady had an attitude and said it was bc it wasn’t unbuckled for them. After I showed her that it was, they had me pull it back in. Second time trying them out and my car is full of dirt. Spoke with the lady at the front and she had a bad attitude AGAIN and told me they can’t do anything and it’s not their fault I wanted to leave it when there is construction. I had to take my car to the car wash my self after picking it up from them. I’m more disappointed with the attitude than I am about my dirty car. Terrible customer service.

If you don't have a Mercedes-Benz or a really expensive car, they don't wash it properly. You always have to keep an eye on your car to make sure they wash it correctly, but they do charge very fairly and efficiently.

On Friday November 29th, I came to get a car wash and I left out of there with damage to my windshield. I went back to day after and they guaranteed that it was not their doing. There’s specs all over my windshield that was not there before. My windshield was clear, perfectly fine. When the sun hits my windshield there’s millions of specs, looks like glitter. I’m a single mother of two small children, I live paycheck by paycheck and it’s very disappointing that the car I’m almost done paying off was damaged by this company and they do not want to fix the problem they caused.. they keep undermining me and blaming it on rocks when in fact all of a sudden I have this issue after leaving their place of business! I wish my camera can do better justice as to what I see in my windshield day in and at night it’s even worse! I’ve shown them before and after and they still choose to blame small rocks on the freeway. Those dots are scattered all over my windshield!

⭐ 0/5 Brought in my brand new car for its first wash and left with swirl scratches all over the paint. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she was dismissive and showed zero accountability or concern. Terrible customer service and even worse attention to detail. I definitely won’t be returning.

I went yesterday and got my vehicle detailed for the first time. I paid $90+tax and left a tip. Assuming that for the price I’d get a fully detailed vehicle. I should’ve checked to make sure everything was done correctly but I waited almost 2 hours. I thought that was plenty of time to clean the vehicle and check to make sure everything was clean. Unfortunately I checked today and this is what I see in the back.. I don’t drive with the windows open so I know that it wasn’t from any drive… I would just expect that if you’re charging your customers that much for a service maybe next time complete the service and I’ll also make sure to inspect my vehicle before leaving..

We dropped our car off for a full detail and had it returned with multiple exterior damage including dents, dings, and paint scrapes. This was most likely caused by workers working on other cars around ours. It was not damaged when we dropped it off.

One of the best car washes I’ve been to. Even though I paid for the basic Q-tip wash, the team did such a thorough job, I thought they were accidentally giving me the premium wash. Highly recommend for trucks. They have a small pressure washer to spray under the wheel base. Thought it was really cool that their AC waiting room had free wine, coffee, water and a massage chair. I’ll be going back soon.
