Top quality customer service and products. Mario did a full front PPF/ceramic coating and corrected a prior installers mistake. Car came out beautiful. I took my brand new F250 to E1 within 5 days of getting it. E1 debadged it, installed Xpel protective film on the hood & headlights, ceramic coated it, and treated all the leather inside. They did a great job for a fair price. Chris and Heather are always welcoming. Chris was especially patient in answering all of my questions and explaining all the products. The rest of their staff has always been great! I take my truck back to E1 every few months to have them do a full detail. I trust E1 and they will have earned my business for years! Update... I had Xpel 98% tint on all interior windows and exterior Xpel on the front clip and mirror caps of my Wife's car. E1 did a great job!

I decided to try E1 AutoSpa. They came highly recommended and for good reason. I brought in my Tesla for a full front paint protection film and tinted all the glass (if you have a Tesla, you know they’re fish bowls). The attention to detail, answering all my questions, following up to make sure everything was ok, and the convenience of scheduling were phenomenal. They threw in a car wash and the whole crew did such a fantastic job. Took great care of my car and the knowledgable service reps were an added bonus. I usually don’t leave reviews but this being a local business deserves it. Thank you, you’ve gained a loyal customer.

I brought my 2011 black Tacoma in to see if they could do anything with the faded paint. The truck had never been garaged and the Texas sun had done its work on it over 14 years. They color corrected and Ceramic coated the whole thing and covered the badly faded roof with a color matching paint protective film. It looks brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the top shelf service and outcome. Communication throughout the process including status photos was also amazing

Brought my Fiancées Tiguan in for tint and a full detail and could not have had a better experience! I had reached out to get info on the service super last minute(I felt bad because I needed about 24 hour turnaround), and Katy was outstanding! Here's a polished version: I worked with Chris at E1 Autospa for window tinting and a full detail—great experience overall. The sales process was seamless. I handled most of it via text, got helpful recommendations on standard options, and could adjust my package right up until drop-off. They even arranged a taxi to and from the shop, which made everything effortless. The only hiccup was a one-day delay due to more cleaning needed than expected, but they gave me plenty of notice and it was completely understandable given the circumstances. Highly recommend!

Brought my used but new to me golf R for paint chips. Decided on paint correction, matte/stealth ppf, and ceramic coating. The car looks genuinely incredible. Compliments all the time. The service was fast and efficient, they even had a loaner. When there were minor issues with the ppf at the 2 week checkin, they completely replaced the affected panels for free with not even a grumble. Theres a reason why they have so many awesome reviews. It’s rare to find great service these days, and almost impossible to find service that truly WOWS you. Katy and the team at E1 did exactly that. The whole process was smooth from start to finish—quoting, check-in, updates along the way, all of it. And the final result was incredible. My truck had been sandblasted by a huge dust storm in the Panhandle, leaving the paint etched, pitted, and dull. I wasn’t sure what was even possible, but it now looks better than it did the day I bought it. Thank you for the work you put into it. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life.
