Horrible server. I had to repeat my order two times, standing at the counter. He put the foisted donut in the same bag as a cheddar bagel twist. Practically threw my drink at me, probably because I told him I wanted a new bagel twist. It's DD, so good product, just horrible service.

Worst Dunkin ever. Dirty. Smells donuts are days old. They also don't have a public bathroom. The only dunkin I have ever seen without a restroom. And the woman behind the counter had terrible terrible body odor. I didn't order I walked out.

They sell reusable cups but don't let you reuse them; only one time when you buy them. Food was also sloppy. I asked for a bagel cut in half, and the sandwich was crushed in the process. When they made my order wrong, and I showed them my receipt, the store manager still blamed me for the wrongly made order instead of taking responsibility, and apologizing

Great place to grab a cup of coffee and bagels or anything that Dunkin sells. The staff makes all the difference, they know all their customers, they are super friendly. Definitely recommended.

Not a good reststop. We stopped here hoping for some doughnuts and to use the bathroom. There is No public restroom. Needless to say we skipped the doughnuts, but the ratings suggest that was probably a good idea.

If you are heading North on Rte 15, Merritt Parkway, skip this Dunkin at exit 9 and go to exit 10! Just trust me on this!!

Some of the rudest staff ever! I’ve been here a few times and half the time the staff sucks. Don’t take the gamble just go to the different Dunkin.

This particular location lacks a sense of urgency. There were no other customers around and instead of taking care of our order, the worker decides to get ready for the day by pulling out donuts. I also noticed a fly buzzing around; yuck !

The store is very small. I ordered online and they did very good job. They got my drink ready while I was ordering a something additionally. The location doesn’t have a restroom for customer. The floor was a little dirty. Everything is was clean. It was full of people. They have parking but limited.

Be aware that you will be rejected using a restroom as a customer because bathroom is only for employees. What a mess that after being a customer and drinking coffee (which is a diuretic) you will not be let use the restroom

Every time I go here something is wrong. Running out of donuts at 9:30 on a Saturday? No bacon on a “bacon egg and cheese”? The staff always just look at you like “what is wrong with you”?

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. I went to pick up an order I, myself, placed on uber eats. My bag and drink were out in the open so I went to check the bag that had MY NAME ON IT. A worker approached mw very rudely with no greeting saying “why you opening it”. I said it has my name and it’s mine so I’m checking it. Another worker then approaches and says why are you being rude, going back and forth with me. Get your act together and learn how to approach people. There are people that WILL answer back to you, like me.

Very small and outdated location. Staff is very incompetent, donuts are generally stale and lacking customer service. Usually understaffed (1 person working) so expect to wait. Overpriced when compared to same brand locations in the area. I've visited this location multiple times throughout the past couples years and it's always a similar experience.
