I used to like Drive and Shine but several things have changed. 1. My cars aren't coming out of the wash very clean, with multiple areas of the vehicles left unwashed. Cars never come out all that dry either, and if left the water will leave spots. 2. They make you download an app now to get your car wash after an oil change. I pull around after downloading and setting up this app, and it doesn't work. No car wash credited. Guy there said that happens all the time with lube jobs. What's the point of an app that doesn't work? Also I don't like that you have to allow it to know your location. No thanks. 3. Got an oil change recently, very nice people in the facility, but at the end the guy had grease all over his hands and reached in pushing a bunch of buttons in my car trying to reset my oil light. No thanks.

Just left drive and shine where Dakota helped me out I just needed some air in my tire and it was 3° outside. He did fill up my coolant as well and he was very knowledgeable on a few things that my car could use in the future. it was very warm and welcoming.Definitely recommend

Wouldn’t even for 1 star if it would let me choose zero. The dryer blew off my hood vent on my jeep and they said since it was the dryer they couldn’t cover the damage. It’s a $45 dollar part and they are willing to lose me as a monthly vip member. The manager said there was no point in looking up a number online to call corporate because the only numbers online lead to payroll, not customer service. He said he would give my information to his regional manager and he would call me back if he had time. Terrible service. There washes aren’t even that good lol. The only reason I used them was for the speed and convenience.

I typically get an oil change at the Drive & Shine Locations. Today, I decided to go the one closest to home. When I arrived, Austin W. was very friendly and professional. I only needed an oil change. (Plus some air in my tires!) He walked me through what he was going to do and later on, informed me of things I would need to get done for my car in the near future. He didn’t pressure me into it and reassured me to do it whenever I was ready. Had a good experience today with Austin and assisting staff. Highly recommend!

The attendants especially Rob ,are all so friendly. I love the way, even when there are a lot of cars , I am able to through quickly and the car wash gets my car super clean. I also take advantage of vacuuming my car. When the weather was really bad out, I was thankful to be able to use the car wash on Michigan Street with the heated garage to dry my car and clean it thoroughly! 💯 worth the membership!
