Love this carwash! Bryon always takes good care of me when I get my oil changed, which is often. Unlike other oil change places where you wait for them to up sell you, Bryon actually told me not to change the oil until I got a gasket repaired. How’s that for honest work? This carwash also has a grill that cooks beef and chicken fajitas over mesquite wood. You smell it when you enter the main building to pay. The owner posts Christian messages and usually there is a message on the sign out from to lift your spirits. Just good people all around. I highly recommend this business.

I had such a great experience at Dr. Gleam! They were incredibly fast with my oil change, which I really appreciated since I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever. A special shoutout to Amy, who did my oil change—she was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. The customer service was also excellent! China and Mary at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. Overall, the team here goes above and beyond, and I left feeling very taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Dr. Gleam to friends and family!

With the weather in Houston hitting the mid-90s and clear skies for the week leading into a holiday weekend, I determined it was finally time to get my car washed—a task I felt was overdue. When I worked nearby last year, I used to bring my car to this wash at least twice a month, and they consistently provided exceptional service for a great price. There was once a straightforward fee for full service that included an exterior wash and interior cleaning, with optional add-ons for an extra cost. Given that I hadn’t washed my car in a few weeks, I chose the "Super Clean" package, which claims to offer nearly a thorough detailing of the interior (minus carpet shampooing). I regret not taking a photo of the menu before leaving; I might consider returning if I'm in the area, but this experience has soured my impression significantly. The regular full-service wash is $27, while the Super Clean package for my Toyota RAV4 set me back an additional $60. I was informed that the Super Clean package would take about an hour to complete, so I went to grab lunch across the street and returned as expected. Upon arrival, I found my vehicle near the back of the building with the front door left open, which was concerning. The young lady who checked me out gave me a thumbs up and claimed my car was finished. As I approached, I noticed several stubborn spots on my vehicle. My initial assumption was that those would require extra attention at an additional charge. At first, I didn’t mind because I expected the interior to be spotless. However, once I entered my car, it was clear that the dashboard and some areas that had been dirty before my wash were still untouched. It was evident that I received nothing more than a regular full-service wash, despite paying for the Super Clean service. I called the young lady back to wipe down my dusty dashboard, which had clearly been neglected. Given that I was in a hurry, I chose not to make them redo the entire car. Overall, I am outrageously disappointed. I will not return to this establishment. It once was one of my favorites, but if there’s been a change in management or quality, it's unacceptable. Today's experience was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, while they promote a free basic wash (exterior only) within 3 to 5 days after the service, I have no intention of coming back.

Well I wasn’t going to write a view but the woman stood inside my door and wouldn’t let me leave until I scanned the QR to write one. I came in for a basic wash and clean (I have a membership elsewhere that I self clean my car weekly) but just needed an overall deep clean of windows etc. the woman that was checking me in told me it’d be $250, then she brought it down to $130, finally she said $70 which is still not the wash and clean I was asking for. Got back into my car, there is still trash in the sides and dog hair and footprints on the back seat. Would not return and would not recommend.

⭐ 1 Star Review Car Wash – Dr. Gleem I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Gleem. The outside of my car was not cleaned properly — there were still visible dirt marks and spots all over the paint and windows. Inside, they used some kind of greasy product on every surface, leaving everything oily to the touch and with a strong residue smell. What’s worse, I specifically asked them not to clean the screens, but they ignored my instructions, wiped them anyway, and ended up scratching the glass and leaving it even greasier. For the price they charge, I expected a professional wash, but instead I got one of the poorest and most careless services I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I’ve heard great things about this spot and wanted to give it a try after work (3pm), I chose the basic wash ($33) and was unfortunately disappointed with the quality. I understand it was the lowest option, but my dogs nose prints were barely wiped off of my windows and dust remained in corners. Would love to speak with someone about trying again, maybe it was an off day?

I’ve been coming to Gleam Car Wash for a while, and overall, I’m very happy with their service. Sometimes I do have to take it back for a spot they missed on tires etc which I dislike but i understand there busy that’s why I give them this rating.What I like most is that they don’t just run your car through the wash they actually take the time to hand dry and hand clean both the exterior and interior, which makes a big difference compared to other places. They work pretty quickly, though it depends on the day you go. I usually stop by on Saturday mornings, and it takes around 45 minutes or so. For me, that’s reasonable considering the level of detail they put into the cleaning. The staff is consistent and keeps things moving along, so even when it’s busy, you know your car is being taken care of. I leave every time with my car looking fresh I love a clean car.Definitely a solid option if you want more than just a basic drive-through wash I hate washing my own car so I will never do.

I love this place! It’s truly a one-stop shop for so many car services. The team is fast, friendly, and always takes great care of my car. Today we got an inspection and a Supreme car wash, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Amie was super helpful, patient, and kind. She assisted us with our inspection, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Chayo did amazing by taking care of my tires and rims. Our car came out of the wash sparkly clean and smelling amazing! Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants great service and a spotless car.
