I have been coming here for years through one owner to the next. No one answers the phone when you call to find out if they're open or not because the last few times I've been there they have been closed. For whatever reason I understand things break down. I understand that stuff happens but when nobody answers a phone. You don't know and you drive all. The way out there just to find out that they're closed this could all be fixed by putting it on your website that you're closed due to whatever reason. You would get a better review for me if this wasn't the case I am a member and have been forplease fix this thank you

Good location. Most car washes I’ve been to do a good job on the outside but this place took care of the inside with extreme detail, I always find stuff between the seats but somehow they were able to clean it. Veteran owned too, Semper Fi!

I not much of a writer so it comes to show that this was worth writing. I have bought a brand new dodge Challenger and drove it from Florida to visit family. And from the mess of the travels from rocks hitting my car, bugs and my lovely messy passenger. I wanted to show off the car at its prime. I have had the blessings of this place for taking care of my car to make it feel like I bought it brand new again! I wish there was one near where I live down in Florida !

I just came from there, I was only customer, not busy at all. I paid $32 for wax raise & for very mediocre job. Smudges all over, they didn’t even wipe the back of the Jeep, still had a dirty film on the hatch. None of the door frames were wiped dry. They were wet, grimy and dirty.. I am very upset because it was a poor job done!!

This was the worse car wash that I have ever had. Dash and other area of the car were never wiped down. Never bothered to vaccuming the back of my SUV. Tires were not done. Poor poor service. Biggest waste of 23.00 dollars ever. Had to come home and clean inside and outside myself. Thought I would give this one a try but will not be going back. Roy's on Crain Hwy is a couple of dollars more but they do a much better job. Go try Roy's if you want it done right.

My husband took his car there last weekend to have it washed. We have used this car wash for years and have never had any issues. Today there was a mechanical issue with the car wash itself. Things happen, it's understandable, he waited and once things were up and running he got his car washed and gave a $10 tip. As he was coming home he stopped somewhere to get a soda and went to grab some change he keeps in the car, only there was alot less then there should have been . All the silver change was gone and only pennies remained. We called the car wash when he arrived home to express his disappointment. We were told they were going to check the cameras and call us back (it has now been 3 days and we have not gotten a call back ) Problem is I do not think the change was taken on camera, I believe it was done while his vehicle was sitting in the back waiting for the mechanical issue to be fixed where there probably are no cameras. I also think they have no intention or ever had any intention on calling us back. When we called abt the issue , I was told they were busy and they would check the cameras etc but did not ask the make and model of our vehicle, what time we were there or any other pertinent information you would need to look in to the issue. I guess that shows how important their customers are to them.

This is the second time I went and was NOT happy with my service. The first time someone cleaned my windows with a cloth with oil on it and it took me 2 days to get my windows cleaned properly and today I had to come home and vacuum and clean my rims because there was still dirt on the rims. I don't know why the service is getting, but I will not be going any more.

The last time I was at the car wash they did a really bad job. I would never go there again. Heard from a friend it was a new owner. So I thought I would give it a try again. Very pleased with the service. My car was extremely clean. And would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best car wash in Anne Arundel County! They do a really nice job and they have fair prices. The crew is very friendly, Dennis at the front desk is great and there's a new manager named Watt that introduced himself to me today. Overall great experience!

They done a horrible job. Last time I went it was bad too. But I thought I just need a quick wash it's gonna rain tomorrow anyway. Well it was so bad the interior that is. So I pulled one of the guys to the side and explained it to him. Well when he was done it was still in the same condition. Stuff had spilled in the console. I had wiped it up. But it still needed cleaning. So I had to pull over and do their job for them. The last time I told the manager. She twisted the whole convo around like it was my fault. So I didn't even bother. Trust me I have learned my lesson this time. They will not get another $30 out of my pocket. Word to the wise DONOT take your car there. Well since posting this the owner contacted me. And has went above and beyond to rectify my issue . I've very pleased. Will be letting you know how the next car wash goes Thanks Dr Car w. Wash 😊

This is my go to car wash spot living in south Baltimore. Service is always good an quick. They do a great job on the vacuuming and the after wash wipe down and dry. Also they do the power prewash which really makes a difference when there is a person who concentrates on areas that need it verse just a machine. The birds are a nightmare in my parking pad so this really helps get the car cleaned up

I went to get a car wash and noticed they did not shine my tires at all(WHICH IS WHAT I PAID FOR) the manager stated that when I come back to get another car wash to give them my name and they would deduct the price of it from my service. By the time I get back I was once again unsatisfied with the service and let the manager know. She refused to have one of the employees wipe out the car which again is what I asked and was told to me that I would receive it. I will literally never go back to this place!!!! Go to a better car wash and save yourself the troubles or you’ll be inconvenienced, not once but twice apparently!

The prices are ok probably even cheaper than most car washes(my guess only). I went twice so far and I plan to continue to return. The first time I paid $34 for the wash which included vacuuming the interior, the machine car wash and the wipe down after the wash(including rims). I paid an extra $2 because i have a XL truck(extra $2 charge for bigger vehicles). Came out very clean! The second time I paid $42 for the same, except this time I paid for the wiping down of the inside of my truck. I think they could have done a better job with that, so me personally I wouldn't pay to get that done again. So that's why I gave the 4 stars🌟They also offer a 48 hour insurance for if it rains. Which i believe they said is included in the price. Would I recommend? Yes 👍 I would!

I've driven past Dr Car Wash the past few weeks and noticed a few high end cars coming out of the wash and how great of a job the workers were doing in wiping the cars down and sprucing them up. I decided to stop by today with my Audi S4 (I've always been very particular in how it's cleaned because of it being a high end car). I was extremely happy with how amazing my car turned out and I was also really impressed by the quality of the staff and how polite they were. Dr Car Wash will absolutely be my new go to spot when I'm in the area.

Great service! I would recommend it to anyone. Recently decided to treat my new 2022 Toyota Tundra to its first car wash after a few months of accumulating grime and bird poop and decided to visit this location. I was blown away by the number of people that went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience and a thoroughly cleaned truck. First 2 people vacuumed the entire interior of my truck and then escorted me to the car wash tunnel. After going through the car wash tunnel, 4-5 people swarmed my truck and sprayed and polished every inch of my truck’s interior and exterior. By the end of it my truck was looking brand new. Looking forward to coming back once my truck becomes dirty once again.

This place have some of the nicest staff members. Everyone greeted me from the moment I drive up to the drop off stand to the the time I get back into my car. The owner greeted me at the door and engaged in conversation with me. A very nice and professional man. The service was complete pretty quickly. I did the the in and out car wash + vacuuming. They did a great job on my car. My belongings that was found under the seats were neatly placed in a single pile for me. I very happy with my service and would 100% recommend this place to my family and friends. I’ll be back soon. Thank you guys!
