Sales associate was Cordelia 03/06/2020 at 10:23am Just because this store is a $1 does not mean that the customer experience should also be $1 worth. I legitimately had to bag my own items. Cordelia stayed there long enough to scan my items, bagging 2 of 12 items, then let me insert my card. Cordelia then left. Leaving me to reach across to get my receipt. Leaving me to reach over to bag my items! Leaving me to reach over to take the bags! No one even told me to have a nice day. That is one thousand percent uncalled for!

I drove to several dollar tree stores to see if they had an item i had seen at one store. I walk in to this store and ask this lady who looked like a manager can't remember her name but she was rude it was like i didn't matter to her and was bothering her. Then this store was nasty looking on the inside there was nothing on the shelf. I finally asked a guy and he did apologize for not having my item in stock. I asked him about the lady that looked like the manager and he did say she was in charge. If i treated a customer the way she treated me i would have been fired. I will never go to that store again!!!

Most Dollar Trees are understaffed. Items are either out of stock or the staff hasn't had time to restock. Why can't the company hire a manager and 2 0r 3 people to restock before of after store hours. This would create more jobs, and make for happier shoppers. A guard during peak Holidays should help cut down on shoplifters and panhandlers outside there doors.

Terrible store, consumers feel mistreated, there is disorganization, shortages and lack of hygiene, they promise on the website to close at 9 pm but at 5:40 pm it is already closed.

We drove to this one from etown on our way to Ronald McDonald house. I've been in a lot of dollar trees, all clean, great stuff. This store was the biggest dump of a store I have ever been in. Crap all over the floors, shelves empty, horrible selection. This store was disgusting to the max! Don't listen to other reviews! I do want to add, the gentleman working in the aisles was very nice and asked if I needed help with anything.

They were busy when we first went in and the store wasn't messy. They had everything that we needed and some more things that I just wanted to get. I only meant to go in there and get nightlight bulbs but then I felt compelled to pick up all these other items, how does one dollar item in up being twenty dollars worth 😂 of items 🤔? So let's go do the 👩🏫 math 📈 I investigated 🔎🕶️ the situation the only theory that I could come up with was this was a conspiracy 🤷

Waited 20+ minutes to try to check out but couldn't because of an ongoing and seemingly neverending disagreement between the cashier/manager and customer over a double charge. Ended up having to put my items back and walk out.

This is the 1st time I did not particularly enjoy shopping at this Dollar Tree...I've not ever had problems with any of the staff before (seems like they had a total replacement of staff). I had been there 2 days before & I had forgotten I was waiting on my replacement debit card & I didn't remember that until the cashier was done ringing up my items so I tried using my American Express credit card, which was declined, (my payments & the card is up to date; upon Google searching this their website says they accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover but nothing about American Express) the cashier was polite about everything but kept eyeing me like I was trying to pull a fast one. So I left & my new debit card was in the mailbox when I got home, if they weren't closed after I left I would've went back. So, finally 2 days later I was able to go back & get the stuff I needed. I wasn't even in there 2 minutes when the manager (I assume she was the manager because she was dressed like a customer, no name tag or vest saying she was an employee) asked me if I had my bank card on me, I answered yes I did. Wow, she remembered me & that made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I was just about done with my shopping, the store's stock was severely depleted just like 2 days before, I over heard another employee talking to the cashier about people shopping & after having their items rang up tell the cashier that they forgot their money, debit, or credit card....She said more but lowered her voice when she realized I was nearby. I told the cashier I had my debit card because I explained how I had been in the other night & didn't have my debit card & how my American Express credit card was declined. The cashier rudely asked why I was going to use the same credit card again if Dollar Tree didn't accept American Express & I tried again to explain that I had my debit card & wasn't going to use that card. During this exchange with the cashier "the manager" & the other employee had made their way to the cash register next to the one next to where I was at. When my debit card finalized the transaction & I gathered all of my things, to carry them out to my truck because I was rudely told that I could not take the shopping cart out the door, "the manager" told me to "have a nice night!" Needless to say I will go to another Dollar Tree because of their rude staff & not having much of their usual items.

It's a new store, big and bright with a lot of things. The staff is friendly. They didn't have what I needed but it was fun looking around

Instead of policing "Yelling" your paying customers about carrying a purse bigger than a piece of paper. OR Yelling at a kid that was looking at toys that were donated for Christmas. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, you put away your shipment instead of playing tetris in your isles. Half the store is not accessible due to boxes stacked taller than the shelves. God forbid you bring a diaper bag for your kid. The old lady and the really skinny girl needs to kick rocks. Horrible customer service.

Severely understaffed on a Saturday. The staff that IS there is very nice, and provide great care. They have nice things — but shelves are not stocked so it can be challenging to buy more than one of the same things in the houseware section. I hope they’re able to recruit more staff soon.

This Dollar Tree is a joke. Their registers don't work. They're making employees work two weeks in a row with no off days. I've never seen that many people working for Dollar Tree, yet the store is so unorganized and cluttered compared to others I've been to. I recommend going to any other Dollar Tree, but this one if you're looking for convenience and good stock. The Hikes Ln and West Buechel Dollar Tree are my go-to's. I will wave this one good bye with a middle finger when it gets closed down.

They got a truck in so they don’t let you shop til they get done. The guy was telling people to come back in an hour. There is 3 guys unloading the truck and 1 lady inside. You shut down the store for this????? She could be taking care of customers. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Now that messes up my plans. Guess I’ll go somewhere else to get what I need. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I love all the dollar trees !! I could walk around and look at stuff for hours!! I wanted to write this review and say sepcificlly that every electronic device I ever bought at the dollar tree has worked! Once you start seeing just how much of a large variety of items they have that are 1.25$ each that are made and work good you will save bundles of money. It will put in to perspective just how disgusting corporate greed is!! I can buy the same name brand energy drink at dollar tree for 1.25 and the very same energy drink at Kroger’s is 3.79$!!!! See the greed and hiking the price up 300% !!! The food caramel popcorn is delicious the snack cakes are good! I could get lost in the beauty , makeup section for hours. They have amazing nail products and makeup. The skin care with retinol for 1.25 work just as good as the ones at Kroger for 29.99. It’s just insane how obvious the corporate greed!!! If you’re not shopping at the dollar tree you are truly missing out on some amazing deals!!
