Was disappointed in Longview on the loop, store was nasty and cluttered! One on Gilmer Rd was closed! One in Gladewater is nice with nice people, Kilgore is good as well.

Customer service is non existent unfortunately and the overall store has gone downhill. Teena stood behind the register drinking her Starbucks while looking at her phone. Then she walked off. I asked if anyone was checking out. The man there said “yes on no. 3”-which is where I was. Will shop at location on Gilmer rd.

The store is clean and organized except for customers sticking stuff in places it doesn't belong. Overall, very nice store with friendly staff. If you decide you don't want an item, please put it back where you got it from.

Had an amazing experience with the gentleman at check out. I didn't request receipt so I am not sure his name but he was so friendly, helpful and talkative in a good way!! Definitely recommend going there!!

Arrived for an early dinner. The air conditioning was on so high that the temperature in the dining room was 62°. We ordered coffee which took 3 tries to get. The waitress seemed to be more interested in other customers. Perhaps Red Lobster has been doing too much "curbside" pickup, but the waitressing skills need to be worked on. I ordered fried shrimp with cole slaw and a baked potato. The shrimp arrived with the potato, but we had to remind her about the cole slaw. We asked for water with our meal. Never got that. I left a 20% tip in the Hope's that she uses the money to complete her studies in something besides waitressing. The food was very good.

I love Dollar Tree because they make cleaning supplies affordable, plus SOCKS, hair supplies, and even rugs. For a dollar I can throw them away after 3 or 4 times washing without feeling bad. And most of the employees are helpful and polite. I LOVE LOVE DOLLAR TREE. So .... As far as I'm concerned they way outdo WalMart. Walmart employees have become ANYTHING BUT HELPFUL AND SURE NOT POLITE.

This is the nastiest dollar tree I have ever been in. It needs a good cleaning and an update. It also needs more staff. There must have been 15 people in line and one person checking them out SLOWLY. I left my stuff there and just left because it was so disgusting...

I used to do a lot of bulk online ordering and this store was where I picked it up. After repeated mishaps with opened and/or damaged boxes and it taking so long to get help retrieving the shipment I finally gave up and seldom shop there any longer. The last time I shopped there the air conditioning was out and it was unbearable. I don't understand why management didn't temporarily close the store. No wonder they have such a hard time keeping help. But, you can get excellent prices on small items so for that reason it may still be worth your time to shop there.

Everything is a dollar, what is not to like? There was a long line at the checkout, but when they noticed the situation, they added another checker, unlike other places I have visited. Good variety. The cleanliness is kind of what you would expect from a dollar store, but it is bright and organized.

I love $ Tree. The one on Loop 281 & Gilmer Rd is where I always go. Today I was blown away by the improvements! All staff was busy stocking shelves but were quick to come to register when I was ready. Much greater selection of items. I went in to spend $5 on polymailers and $26 later came out with a whole lot more!! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this store! Staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

I go here bc I'm broke. The shelves are empty on literally every aisle. Obviously they are only open bc everyone is obviously broke. But the black guy who checks everyone out couldn't be a better guy

I don't come to the Dollar Tree much just because I don't live near one, however today I was taking my mother to an eye doctor appointment and I desperately needed water in my life so I ran into your store to grab a bottle. All of your cold beverage end caps were all cleaned out but I went ahead and asked the cashier Jonathon if y'all had some I missed.Yall did not do Jonathan pulled a bottle of water out of his own lunch and gave it to me for free(it was HIS water that was free just to clarify)!!! He could tell i was stressed and thirsty so he gave me his. Most people in this world now are nothing like that young man and I just wanted to let y'all know what a kind and good man you have working for you . I appreciate him caring for another human being that needed help even small help . Take care of Jonathan he is a breath of fresh air!

A mess! I felt sorry for the young gal working the til. She wasn't happy, didn't smile, seemed to be only 1 of two people there and overwhelmed! There was freight/boxes piled everywhere, blocking the shelves etc. I love this store but today it was a pig sty

Everyone is tired of reviewing this store and not seeing any action to fix the issues. I made sure to go in when they first open so the store would not be busy. When I asked if they had something they ignored me. Verbal communication was no existent. Will not be going back. Hobby Lobby is right down the street along with Michael's and Ellis Pottery. I will pay more for a better experience. Thank you.

This place is falling apart. Everything is unorganized and the floor tiles are coming up. There's a weird male cashier that makes people uncomfortable. He creeps people out with multiple compliments or awkward conversations. He should pay attention to the look on their face or weirded out body language. If I see him working, I'll go to a different Dollar Tree.
