They have gone down hill. I bought 3 packs of bar s hotdogs that had expired on May 10th. I bought them on May 26th. When I called the closing manager just said "oh thanks for telling me & hung up". I went back the next day & noticed they STILL had expired hot dogs. When I spoke to another manager she said she was told about it & she will have another manager take care of it. She couldn't even be bothered to stop what she was doing to take care of it herself or even stop & talk to me. My family & I will never shop there again since they clearly don't care at all

I just checked out. Its 11:15 am on Monday 10/17. The young girl checking me out, literally pick up her cell phone while scanning my items to call someone and remind them that someone had a interview at chicken express. The phone call continued and she told them that she doesnt get off til 530. Im being descriptive in hopes that the manager sees this. The girl finally tells the person on the other end that she has to go, because she has customers in line. This doesnt happen until 3 other people get in line. Please note that she was not on the phone when I walked up. I watched her dial and lay her phone down on the belt. She also put my bag in handbasket and told me that it goes back by the door. I was a retail manager for 20 years. If this happened in my store, I would be mortified! I get good help is hard to find, but DANG! This was the dollar tree on Highway 80 in Longview

I found the items I wanted without too much difficulty. The problem was there were no carts when I came into the store so I walked around with an armful of stuff for awhile. I couldn't locate a public restroom either. Not very customer friendly. I didn't have to wait in line for too long. I would go here again.

ok I wouldn't usually leave a review for a Dollar Tree but this one is AMAZING. It's the biggest one I've ever been in, even ones in major TX cities. The shelves were exceptionally well-stocked, even having items I hadn't seen before in my recent visits to other Dollar Trees. It's like, spacious too, which wouldn't really matter in a Dollar Tree but it elevates the experience. 😂 High ceilings, numerous wide aisles. Usually there's unopened boxes in the aisles of other Dollar Trees, but not this one. No clutter. Well-lit inside and outside in the evening. Definitely gonna be coming back here a lot.

No bathroom. Absolute mess. Boxes everywhere. Only one cashier. Who was more concerned with talking to and hugging people instead of checking out people. No merchandise. Do not stop here if you can avoid it.

I love dollar tree. This evening tho, I was a bit taken aback by finding out from the cashier that they cannot give you back your money when the cashier clearly failed to notice that my items we're finished and she then took an item from the next person and added it to my ticket. I and the other customer told her quickly that that item was hers not mine. She then told me that it didn't ring up and I wasn't charged. She told me if I wanted a receipt to hit yes on this machine. I did so and the item was indeed rung up and I told her. She said we're not allowed to give money back. I was surprised. Another worker came and confirmed that and offered me .30! The cashier who did it said all I have are pennies. Yes, it was just 1 dollar. And yes I maybe should have just let it go but it was the principal of it. Now I wonder how much extra that store makes because of such a policy? Those dollars add up. It's unethical. And I really loved the dollar tree.

This store is up and down. Clean not clean, stocked not stocked I go here all the time because it's close to me but I'm gonna start going to one of the others. Edit: There is a crasher here that is absolutely rude!!! Red haired older I will not be going here at all she should not be anywhere near customers!!! Don't go here!!!

Great products.. off brand but most of them are as good or better than the very expensive. Makeup section definitely check out . Great dupes.. hair accessories.. definitely go here . Even the food and drink selection are fantastic.. 1.25 for canned coffee drinks that are delicious.. love this store. Shop like a millionaire 😃

I used to absolutely love coming to this store! But now that there is no store manager the store gives me anxiety and looks like absolute chaos. The cashier Pearlie is rude and does not consider costumers. Whoever the old manager was did an amazing job and kept the store neat. They need to get there minds together and clean up this store because this is just sad and pathetic. Corporate needs to do something about these workers and this store, because it used to be amazing!!! The picture below is taken 2 days apart.

This dollar tree is much bigger than most and has a lot of stuff. Kept decently clean. With the holidays people are leaving the shelves a mess, but the workers are doing their best to keep up. I love this store
